Description
本発明に係る粘着シートは、揮発性有機化合物(VOC)除去性能と印刷性、難燃性及び抗菌/脱臭性能に優れた効果がある。
まず、粘着シートを成形するための組成物として、ポリ塩化ビニル(韓国、LG、LS−100)100重量部に対して、トルマリン粉末を8重量部、滑剤としてモンタンワックス(米国、Clariant社、WE−40)を0.8重量部、ホスファイト系酸化防止剤(スイス、Ciba社、IrganoxB−561)を0.5重量部、難燃剤として酸化アンチモンを21重量部、及び顔料として酸化チタン(オーストラリア、KerrMcGee Chemical社、CR−834)を6.0重量部、混合してポリ塩化ビニル組成物を得た。
実施例1のトルマリン8重量部の代わりに貴陽石粉末を8重量部を使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着シートを製作した。その後、防炎効果、アニオン及び遠赤外線の放出を測定し、結果を下記表1に示した。また、脱臭及びVOC低減を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
実施例1のトルマリン粉末8重量部代わりにトルマリン粉末を4重量部及び貴陽石粉末 を4重量部使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着シートを製作した。その後、防炎効果、アニオン及び遠赤外線の放出を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。また、脱臭及びVOC低減を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
ポリ塩化ビニルを銀ナノ粒子で塗布しないことを除いて、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着シートを製作した。その後、防炎効果、アニオン及び遠赤外線の放出を測定し、その結果を表1に示した。また、脱臭及びVOC低減を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
トルマリン粉末及び/又は貴陽石粉末を使用しないことを除いて、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着シートを製作した。その後、防炎効果、アニオン及び遠赤外線の放出を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。また、脱臭及びVOC低減を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示した。

Claims (6)
- ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)100重量部と貴陽石2.0〜30重量部と難燃剤5.0〜50重量部とを含むポリ塩化ビニル組成物から成形されたポリ塩化ビニルシート、及び
前記ポリ塩化ビニルシートの一方の側面に形成された、金、銀、及び銅のナノ粒子よりなる群から選択される1種以上の金属粉末の抗菌/脱臭層、を含んでなることを特徴とする、粘着シート。 - 前記ポリ塩化ビニル組成物が、滑剤、酸化防止剤、及び顔料をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記難燃剤が、酸化アンチモン(Sb2O3)、酸化アルミニウム(Al(OH)3)、及び水酸化マグネシウム(Mg(OH)2)よりなる群から選択される1種以上である、請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記ポリ塩化ビニル組成物が、ポリ塩化ビニル100重量部に対して、貴陽石を2.0〜30重量部、難燃剤を5.0〜50重量部、滑剤を0.1〜2.0重量部、酸化防止剤を0.1〜1.0重量部、及び顔料を4.0〜30重量部、含んでなる、請求項2に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記粘着シートは、前記ポリ塩化ビニルシートの他方の側面に、粘着剤層及び剥離紙が順に積層されたものである、請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記粘着剤層が難燃剤を含有する、請求項5に記載の粘着シート。
