Claims (5)
- 反射電極基板と、
前記反射電極基板の上に形成され、入射光を反射する反射電極と、
前記反射電極基板と対向して配置され、前記反射電極よりも小さな幅を有し、電気信号が印加される電極配線層と、
前記電極配線層の上に形成される電極と、
前記反射電極を支持する支持部材と、を備え、
前記電極配線層の一端は前記支持部材に結合され、前記反射電極及び前記反射電極基板に沿って延びる前記電極配線層の他端は前記電極に結合され、
前記電極は前記電極配線層の他端の上面に形成され、前記反射電極基板と対向していること
を特徴とするマイクロミラー光変調装置。 - 前記支持部材は、前記反射電極の固定シャフトとして機能する、請求項1に記載のマイクロミラー光変調装置。
- 前記反射電極は、マイクロミラーを構成する、請求項1に記載のマイクロミラー光変調装置。
- 前記電極配線層に電気信号が印加された場合に、前記反射電極は、前記反射電極と前記電極との間に生成された静電気力により水平方向に対して所定の角度傾けられて、前記電極に接触する、請求項1に記載のマイクロミラー光変調装置。
- 前記反射電極は、前記電極配線層に電気信号が印加されない場合に、水平方向を維持する、請求項1に記載のマイクロミラー光変調装置。
