Claims (6)
- 加熱要素を備え;
前記加熱要素が、第一のバス・プレート(119)および第二のバス・プレート(121)と、前記第一のバス・プレート(119)および前記第二のバス・プレート(121)に電気的に接触し、電気的に並列に、前記第一のバス・プレート(119)および前記第二のバス・プレート(121)の間にサンドイッチされた正の温度係数を有する複数の要素(116)とを備え、;
前記正の温度係数を有する複数の要素(116)が、それぞれ、
第一の伝導性プレート(16a)および第二の伝導性プレート(16b)と、
前記第一の伝導性プレート(16a)および前記第二の伝導性プレート(16b)に電気的に接触し、電気的に並列に、前記第一の伝導性プレート(16a)および前記第二の伝導性プレート(16b)の間にサンドイッチされた正の温度係数を有する複数の加熱ストーン(16c)を備え、
前記加熱要素が、第一の表面(126)を有する第一の熱交換器ブロック(114)と、前記第一の表面(126)内に形成されたキャビティ(110)を備え、
前記加熱要素が、前記キャビティ(110)内に位置し、前記加熱要素の前記第一のバス・プレート(119)が前記キャビティ(110)の内面に熱的に接触され、
前記加熱要素が、さらに、前記第一の熱交換器ブロック(114)の前記第一の表面(126)に面対面で接触する第二の表面(128)を有する第二の熱交換器ブロック(120)を備え、それによって、前記加熱要素が前記キャビティ(110)内に完全に取り囲まれ、前記第二の熱交換器ブロック(120)が前記第二のバス・プレート(121)と熱的に接触していることを特徴とする加熱デバイス(10;100)。 - 前記加熱要素が、さらに、前記正の温度係数を有する前記複数の要素(116)の反対側において、前記第一のバス・プレート(119)と面対面で接触するように位置決めされた、熱伝導性を有し、電気的に絶縁性を有する第一のパッド(117)と、前記正の温度係数を有する前記複数の要素(116)の反対側において、前記第二のバス・プレート(121)と面対面で接触するように位置決めされた、熱伝導性を有し、電気的に絶縁性を有する第二のパッド(123)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱デバイス(10;100)。
- さらに、前記第一の熱交換器ブロック(114)内に、流体加熱チューブ(18)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加熱デバイス(10;100)。
- さらに、前記第二の熱交換器ブロック(120)内に、流体加熱チューブ(18)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱デバイス(10;100)。
- 前記第一の表面(126)との面対面の接触および前記第二の表面(128)との面対面の接触によって、前記加熱要素がその内部に取り囲まれている前記キャビティ(110)が防爆アセンブリを構成していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱デバイス(10;100)。
- さらに、前記第二の表面(128)内に形成されたキャビティを備え、前記第一の表面(126)および前記第二の表面(128)のキャビティが協働して、その内部に前記加熱要素を取り囲むキャビティ(110)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱デバイス(10;100)。
