Claims (2)
- ランセットを形成する方法において、針がモールド内に保持され、該モールドは、針の基部を保持するための支持本体と、尖った針先端のまわりの取り外し可能な保護部とを製作するために、かつ該支持本体と該保護部との間に破断可能な首部を形成するために形成されたものであり、該モールドは、針尖状端から遠い保護部の端部にプラスチック材料のための入口点を有しており、該入口点が外縁の厚い中空領域に到っており、該外縁の厚い中空領域が針先端に近い薄い中空部分を介して針先端のまわりの拡大中空領域に到っており、該プラスチック材料が該入口点を介し該モールド内に注入されて前記針先端のまわりに前記保護部が製作される方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料が、前記入口点の近くに配置されたピンの両側の周りを、前記縁の厚い中空領域に向かって流れる請求項1に記載の方法。
