Description
Claims (18)
- 供給導管(61)から、噴射口(6)に接続された送出し導管(5)へのガス状燃料用の通路(4)を開閉するように設けた、円板状の機械式可動開閉部材(3)に作用する、電磁アクチュエータ(2)と、送出し導管(5)と機械式可動開閉部材(3)との間に設けた密閉部材(40)とからなり、密閉部材(40)は、機械式可動開閉部材(3)に固定され、機械式可動開閉部材と共に移動する、内燃エンジン、特に自動車用内燃エンジンのシリンダにガス状燃料を供給する電動噴射器(1)において、前記密閉部材(40)は、噴射器(1)が消勢されると、前記送出し導管(5)の端部(43)と協働する、環状の端部(42)に凹部(44)を備え、前記密閉部材(40)は、円錐台形状をしており、噴射器が消勢され、前記ガス通路(4)が、前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)により閉にされると、先細の端部(42)で、前記送出し導管(5)の端部(43)に押し当たるようになっており、前記密閉部材(40)は、弾性材料からなることを特徴とする電動噴射器。
- 前記密閉部材(40)は、前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)の、前記送出し導管(5)に向かい合う面、すなわち第1面(3B)に設けた受部(50)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記密閉部材(40)は、前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)の前記受部(50)と一緒に成型されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記密閉部材(40)の凹部(44)の壁(48)、すなわち内側壁は、前記密閉部材(40)の外側壁(47)とは、異なる傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記密閉部材(40)用の受部(50)は、前記密閉部材が押し当たる突出部(58)を備え、前記密閉部材は、突出部の形状に実質的に倣うことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記突出部(58)は、内側壁(49)と外側壁(59)とを備えた環状形状を有し、内側壁(49)は、前記機械式可動開閉部材による閉塞によって、前記ガス通路(4)を閉にするとき、前記密閉部材用の支持体として機能することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記密閉部材(40)用の受部(50)は、前記密閉部材が押し当たる突出部(58)を備え、前記密閉部材は、突出部の形状に実質的に倣うことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記密閉部材(40)は、前記機械式可動開閉部材の、前記受部(50)を設ける第1面(3B)から突出することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)は、前記密閉部材を支持する第1面(3B)とは反対側の面、すなわち、第2面(3A)に、突出部(35)を備え,突出部は、第2面(A)から突出し、噴射器が開になって、前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)が、前記ガス通路(4)を開放するとき、前記電磁アクチュエータ(2)に押し当たるように設けられることにより、前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)は、噴射器が開であるとき、前記電磁アクチュエータ(1)から少なくとも部分的に離れたままであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記突出部(35)は、環状であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記突出部(35)は、前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)とは別個の部品であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)の第2面(3A)は、前記電磁アクチュエータ(2)の円筒部(13)の内部空洞(13A)に部分的に挿入されたピン(24)の端部(31)用の受部(30)を備え、ピンは、前記電磁アクチュエータ(2)に関する移動方向に対して垂直に、前記機械式可動開閉部材(3)を維持することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記ピンは、耐摩耗性プラスチックから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記送出し導管(5)は、複数個の部分(5A,5B,5C)からなり、これらのうち、2個の部分は、これらの軸線(K)に沿って断面が変化することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動噴射器。
- 断面が変化する第1部分(5A)は、前記導管(5)の、前記機械式可動開閉部材と協働する端部(43)に近接して位置し、当該端部(43)から離れるにつれて。前記軸線(K)に向かって細くなる断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電動噴射器。
- 断面が変化する第2部分(5B)は、第1部分(5A)の後に続き、前記軸線(K)に沿って前記第1部分から離れるにつれて、大となる断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電動噴射器。
- 前記噴射口(6)に導かれるガス流を流量が一定となるように調節する調節穴が、前記送出し導管(5)の第1部分(5A)と第2部分(5B)とを連通するように第1部分(5A)と第2部分(5B)との間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電動噴射器。
- 送出し導管の第3部分(5C)は、前記第2部分(5B)と前記噴射口(6)との間に位置し、断面が一定であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電動噴射器。
