Description
Claims (10)
- ハウジング(1,101)を備えるフィルタ装置であって、
前記ハウジングは、2つの対向する端部及び少なくとも1つの内壁(8)を有する長手方向に伸びている外側の管状壁を備え、前記内壁(8)は、前記対向する端部間で長手方向に伸び、前記外側の管状壁の内部を2又はそれ以上のろ過区画(2,3,102,103,104)に分割しており、
前記ハウジング(1,101)は、第1及び第2の長手方向に伸びている外殻部(41,42,141,142)を備え、前記外殻部(41,42,141,142)の各々は前記長手方向に伸びている外側の管状壁の1つの長手方向の区画を画定しており、
前記ハウジング(1,101)の前記第2の外殻部(42,142)は、前記外側の管状壁の周長の1/2未満の断面図を描いており、
各ろ過区画は第1の面と第2の面を備える少なくとも1つのフィルタ膜を備え、前記各フィルタ膜の前記第1の面は少なくとも1つの流体ポート(15,16,15a,16a、115,116,126,128)と流体的に連通しており、前記第2の面は少なくとも1つの流体ポート(6,7,7a、11,106,107,109,110,111)と流体的に連通しており、
前記内壁(8)は、前記第1の外殻部(41,141)の内側面と一体的に設けられ、前記第2の外殻部(42,142)の内側面と結合されるように構成されているか、
または、
前記内壁(8)は、第1の長手方向部分(48,148)と第2の長手方向部分(49,149)とを備え、前記第1の部分(48,148)は前記第2の外殻部(42,142)の内側面に取り付けられ、前記第2の部分(49,149)は前記第1の外殻部(41,141)の内側面に取り付けられ、前記第1の部分(48,148)は長手方向の自由端部を有し、かつ前記第2の部分(49,149)は長手方向の自由端部を有し、前記複数の自由端部は互いに接合するように構成され、前記第1の外殻部(41,141)に取り付けられた前記第2の部分(49,149)の前記自由端部は、前記第1の外殻部(41,141)の前記長手方向の自由端部を含む平面を越えて伸びている、
フィルタ装置。 - 前記第2の外殻部は、前記ハウジングの周長の3分の1未満を描いている、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記第2の外殻部は、前記ハウジングの周長の4分の1未満を描いている、請求項2に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのろ過区画は、前記内壁(8)及び前記外側の管状壁に属している、2つの離間した平坦な面(50,52,51,53)によって境界を定められており、前記平坦な面の一方は前記内壁(8)に属しており、前記平坦な面の他方は前記外側の管状壁に属しており、前記内壁(8)の前記平坦な面は、前記外側の管状壁の前記平坦な面に関して平行関係にあることをさらに特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタ装置は3つのろ過区画を備える、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の長手方向に伸びる外殻部のうちの一方は、透明で、着色されていない材料を備え、前記第1及び第2の長手方向に伸びる外殻部のうちの他方は、着色された材料を備え、それにより、レーザまたは電磁放射溶接部を、前記複数の外殻部の境界の間に形成することができる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の長手方向に伸びる外殻部のうちの一方は、第1の反射率を有し、前記第1及び第2の長手方向に伸びる外殻部のうちの他方は、第2の反射率を有し、前記第1の反射率は、前記第2の反射率とは異なる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の長手方向に伸びる外殻部のうちの前記一方は、ポリカーボネートからなり、前記第1及び第2の長手方向に伸びる外殻部のうちの前記他方は、ポリプロピレンからなる、請求項7に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記複数のろ過区画のうちの一つの前記フィルタ膜の前記第2の面は、前記複数のろ過区画のうちの他の一つの前記フィルタ膜の前記第1の面と流体的に連通している、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記複数のろ過区画のうちの一つの前記フィルタ膜の前記第1の面は、外部流体フローポート(7、19、22)を介して、前記複数のろ過区画のうちの他の一つの前記フィルタ膜の前記第2の面と流体的に連通している、請求項7に記載のフィルタ装置。
