Description
本発明の好ましい実施形態に従って、平行移動するピストンを有するタイプの分配装置用の偏位センサが提供される。該センサはピストンに連結するプランジャロッドを備え、該プランジャロッドは、符号化特徴の符号化パターンを有する。光源は符号化パターンを照らし、そして、検出信号を基礎として、プロセッサが起点の基準位置に関するプランジャロッドの偏位を決定するように、検出アレーは照らされた符号化パターンから光を検出して、検出器信号を生成する。装置によって分配される物質の供給速度は、また決定され得る。加えて、符号化パターンは、例えば、分配装置によって供給される治療薬の異なった濃度によって特徴づけられるリザーバタイプを識別するのに役立つことができる。
治療薬を患者の体内に供給するためのポンプの主要素は、図1に関して記載されている。
薬剤リザーバ11(典型的には円筒形状)は、ハウジング16内に保持され、供給管18および皮下注射針(図示せず)を介して患者に供給される液状薬剤を含む。そのリザーバに含まれる液状薬剤は、リザーバの軸と同軸方向8に沿って、ピストン30の線形運動によって、決定された速さでリザーバから押し出される。減速ギアドライブを介してスクリュードライブ14に連結されたモーター(見えない)によって、ピストンは、順番に、所定の速度で駆動されるプランジャロッド12によって動かされる。本発明は、ポンプ(例えばインスリンペン)以外の供給装置のために都合よく適用され得ると理解され、同様に、様々な流体の供給、または薬剤または他の物質であり得る物質の供給装置のために都合よく適用され得ると理解される。ポンプの、そして患者への治療薬の供給に関する説明は限定することなく、そして、実施形態だけとしてある。本発明の実施形態は、例えば、給水に浄化剤の供給のためにも、都合よく適用され得る。供給される流体は典型的には液体であるが、本願明細書において記載され、そして添付の特許請求の範囲でクレームしているように、他の物質の供給もまた本発明の範囲内である。

c. リザーバに残っている流体量を決定すること;および
d. リザーバの適切な負荷を検査すること。
本発明の好ましい実施形態において、ほぼ16μmのピクセル解像度については、検出器44は、512ピクセルの線形配列として理解される。検出器44は、プランジャロッド38の移動線に沿ってかつ平行に配置され、リードねじ40の端部で実質的に開始する。特に、集束光学素子が使用されないとき、検出器44がプランジャロッド38に非常に近くに配置されるのが好ましい。
Claims (15)
- リザーバと平行移動するピストンとを有する医療用液体ポンプ用の偏位センサであって、
a. 該ピストンに連結されたプランジャロッドであって、該プランジャロッドは、複数の符号化特徴の符号化パターンを有し、該複数の符号化特徴は、複数のスロットを含み、該複数の符号化特徴の互いの間隔は、隣接した任意の2つの間隔が一意的な配列を形成するように間隔を定義する、プランジャロッドと、
b. 該符号化パターンを照明する光源と、
c. 該照明された符号化パターンからの光を検出し、検出器信号を生成する検出器アレーであって、該検出器アレーは、該複数のスロットのうちの少なくとも2つのスロットを同時に検出するように構成されている、検出器アレーと、
d. 該検出器信号に少なくとも基づいて、基準位置に対する該プランジャロッドの偏位を決定するプロセッサであって、該プランジャロッドの偏位は、該プランジャロッドの任意の移動または非移動の後に、いつでも決定することが可能である、プロセッサと
を備える偏位センサ。 - 前記複数の符号化特徴は、前記プランジャロッドを通した変調された光学的透過の領域を含む、請求項1に記載の偏位センサ。
- 前記複数の符号化特徴は、前記プランジャロッドによる変調された光学的反射の領域を含む、請求項1に記載の偏位センサ。
- 前記複数の符号化特徴は、前記プランジャロッドを通した強化された透過の複数のスロットを含む、請求項1に記載の偏位センサ。
- 各スロットは、一意的な組み合わせの距離だけ、最も近い隣の各ペアから離れている、請求項4に記載の偏位センサ。

e. 該照明された符号化パターンからの光を検出し、検出器信号を生成する検出器アレーであって、該検出器アレーは、該複数のスロットのうちの少なくとも2つのスロットを同時に検出するように構成されている、検出器アレーと、
f. 該検出器信号に少なくとも基づいて、基準位置に対する該プランジャロッドの偏位を決定するプロセッサであって、該プランジャロッドの偏位は、いつでも決定することが可能である、プロセッサと
を備えた医療用液体供給装置。 - 前記複数の符号化特徴は、前記プランジャロッドを通して変調された光学的透過の領域を含む、請求項11に記載の供給装置。
