Claims (6)
- 実質的に筒状の一次コイルベース(2)に支持された一次コイル(1)と、その一次コイル(1)を低電圧に接続するための低電圧接続エリア(10)と、上記一次コイル(1)に電磁結合されると共に実質的に筒状の二次コイルベース(4)上に位置し、高電圧を内燃機関の点火プラグに供するための二次コイル(3)とを有し、一次コイルベース(2)と二次コイルベース(4)とが、互いに同心的に位置し、さらに高電圧接続エリア(5)を有し、その高電圧接続エリア(5)内で、上記二次コイル(3)が上記点火プラグに接し、実質的に筒状に形成され衝撃吸収特性を有する導電性の層(16)が、上記2つのコイル(1、3)のうち外側のコイルにより区画された環状の空間内に位置された内燃機関のイグニッションコイルにおいて、
上記導電性の層(16)は、少なくとも2つの導電性の部分的な層(16a、16b)と、それらの間に位置し衝撃吸収特性を有する導電性の中間層(17)とを備えたサンドイッチ構造として形成され、
上記2つの導電性の部分的な層(16a、16b)のうち1つが、グランド上に位置する一次コイル(1)のコイルエリアに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする内燃機関のイグニッションコイル。 - 上記導電性の層(16)は、上記一次コイル(1)と上記二次コイル(3)の間に位置する環状の空間内に位置し、かつ上記2つのコイル(1、3)のうち内側のコイルを囲む請求項1記載の内燃機関のイグニッションコイル。
- 上記導電性の層(16)が、上記2つのコイル(1、3)のうち内側のコイル内に配置された磁気コア(6)を囲む請求項1または2記載の内燃機関のイグニッションコイル。
- 上記部分的な層の少なくとも1つが、箔(16)として形成された請求項1から3いずれかに記載の内燃機関のイグニッションコイル。
- 上記導電性の層(16)が、上記イグニッションコイルの長手方向に延びるスリット(18)を有する請求項1から4いずれかに記載の内燃機関のイグニッションコイル。
- 上記導電性の層(16)と上記2つのコイル(1、3)のうちの1つとの接触が、上記層(16)の導電性部分と対応するコイル(1、3)の非絶縁部分との直接接触によりなされる請求項1から5いずれかに記載の内燃機関のイグニッションコイル。
