Claims (10)
- 表面から突出する少なくとも1つの断面変形を、レーザによって、少なくとも1枚の塗装金属板の少なくとも1つの側の表面上に生成する塗装金属板のレーザ加工法において、
レーザビームを、塗装金属板の表面上で円周を描くように動かすことによって、前記少なくとも1つの断面変形を生成し、該断面変形はその頂部において球面形状をなし、該頂部の球面形状の半径が、断面変形の高さよりも大きな値を有するように生成し、該高さは、断面変形の底部部分における金属板の窪みの最深部から断面変形の端部までの距離として測定されることを特徴とするレーザ加工法。 - 前記金属板が高張力鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームは、前記少なくとも1つの断面変形を生成する際に、レーザビームの出力及びレーザビームの速度が変化するように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの断面変形を生成する際に、前記レーザビームの焦点を前記表面に合わせないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームが、前記少なくとも1つの断面変形を生成する際に、楕円、又はフェルマー螺旋の図形に沿って動くことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- さらに、少なくとも1枚の金属板を、前記少なくとも1つの断面変形が生成された前記塗装金属板に、前記少なくとも1つの断面変形がこれら少なくとも2枚の金属板の間に間隙を形成するように接触させ、これら少なくとも2枚の金属板を、溶接によって発生する気化生成物が前記間隙を通って漏出し得るように、該間隙の形成された領域において相互に溶接すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記断面変形は複数生成され、前記少なくとも2枚の金属板を溶接する際、該溶接による溶接線が少なくともいくつかの断面変形の上を通過するように溶接することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 表面から突出する少なくとも1つの断面変形が、レーザによって、少なくとも1つの側の表面上に生成された塗装金属板において、 レーザビームを、塗装金属板の表面上で円周を描くように動かすことによって、該断面変形はその頂部において球面形状をなし、該頂部の球面形状の半径が、該断面変形の高さよりも大きな値を有するように生成され、
該高さは、該断面変形の底部部分における該金属板の窪みの最深部から該断面変形の端部までの距離として測定されることを特徴とする塗装金属板。 - 前記半径と前記断面変形の高さが少なくとも2:1の比を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の塗装金属板。
- 前記塗装金属板が高張力鋼であることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の塗装金属板。
