Claims (12)
- 銅基礎合金又はステンレススチールからなる本体とプラチナを含む金基礎合金からなる接触層とを有する電気接触片であり、前記接触層は、厚みが0.5μmから2μmであり、0.5質量%から15質量%のプラチナを含む金からなり、銀又は銀基礎合金又はニッケルからなる中間層が前記本体と接触層との間に設けられ、そして前記中間層は、厚みが0.5μmから10μmであることを特徴とする電気接触片。
- 前記接触層は、厚みが10μmより厚くないことを特徴とする請求項1に定義の電気接触片。
- 前記接触層は、厚みが5μmより厚くないことを特徴とする請求項1に定義の電気接触片。
- 前記接触層は、厚みが0.5μmから1μmの間のものであることを特徴とする請求項1に定義の電気接触片。
- 前記接触層は、プラチナを1質量%から5質量%含む金からなることを特徴とする請求項1に定義の電気接触片。
- 前記接触層は、プラチナを1質量%から3質量%含む金からなることを特徴とする請求項1に定義の電気接触片。
- 前記中間層は、厚さが0.2μmから15μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一つの請求項に定義の電気接触片。
- 前記中間層は、厚さが1μmから2μmであることを特徴とする請求項7に定義の電気接触片。
- 以下のグループからのマテリアルが前記本体のマテリアルとして選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一つの請求項に定義の電気接触片。
(a)CuNiSi(Mg):ASTM によれば、C7025,C7026と表示されているマテリアル
(b)CuFeP:ASTM によれば、C194と表示されているマテリアル

- 前記本体がその長さと幅寸法とに比較して厚さが薄くなっており、前記本体の前面と後面との間にある両側面には、前記中間層を形成するマテリアルが存在していないことを特徴とする請求項11に定義の電気接触片。
