Description
図9は、本発明の変形例1に係る生体認証装置3の概略構成を表す断面図である。この生体認証装置3は、光源20が設けられる位置と、この光源20の位置に対応して透過率分布フィルタ11の透過率が設定されていること以外は、上記実施の形態の生体認証装置1と同様の構成を有している。よって、上記生体認証装置1と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、適宜説明を省略する。
図10は、本発明の変形例2に係る生体認証装置4の概略構成を表す断面図である。この生体認証装置4は、透過率分布フィルタ21がマイクロレンズアレイ12と撮像素子14との間に設けられていること以外は、上記実施の形態の生体認証装置1と同様の構成を有している。よって、上記生体認証装置1と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、適宜説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- 生体に向けて近赤外光を照射する光源と、
前記生体を置くための検知部と、
前記生体からの光を集光すると共にマイクロレンズアレイからなる撮像レンズ部と、
前記撮像レンズ部によって集光された光に基づき、撮像データを生成する撮像素子と、
前記撮像レンズ部と前記撮像素子との間に設けられると共に、近赤外光を選択的に透過させる透過率分布フィルタとを備え、
前記透過率分布フィルタは、前記光源から遠くなるに従って透過率が段階的に高くなるように互いに厚みの異なる複数の領域を有する
生体撮像装置。 - 前記透過率分布フィルタは、透明基材上に、前記光源から遠くなるに従って段階的に厚みが大きくなるように形成された無機薄膜を有するものである
請求項1に記載の生体撮像装置。 - 前記透過率分布フィルタは、透明基材上に、前記光源から遠くなるに従って段階的に厚みが大きくなるように吸光材が塗布されたものである
請求項1に記載の生体撮像装置。 - 前記透過率分布フィルタは、吸光材が練り込まれてなると共に、前記光源から遠くなるに従って段階的に厚みが大きくなるように形成された透明基材である
請求項1に記載の生体撮像装置。
