Description
図1に示した実施形態に係るプラズマディスプレイ装置は、ガス放電現象を利用して画像を具現するPDP10と、PDP10の背面に配置されるシャーシベース30と、を備える。また、シャーシベース30には、PDP10を駆動する回路ボードアセンブリ22が配置される。

Claims (5)
- プラズマディスプレイパネルと、
前記プラズマディスプレイパネルの後方で同じ平面をなすように配置された複数の金属板と電気絶縁性を有し前記金属板の側面を連結する連結部材とを備えるシャーシベースと、を備え、
前記連結部材は、一の前記金属板の側面と他の前記金属板の側面との間に位置することを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイ装置。 - 前記連結部材は、一の前記金属板の側面に結合される第1連結部材と、他の前記金属板の前記一の金属板の側面と対向する側面に結合されて前記第1連結部材と連結する第2連結部材と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1連結部材には凹溝部が形成され、前記第2連結部材には前記凹溝部に対応する形状の突起部が形成され、前記凹溝部と前記突起部とが結合されることによって、前記第1連結部材と前記第2連結部材とが連結されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラズマディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1連結部材と前記第2連結部材は、ボルトによりそれぞれ前記金属板の側面に結合されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のプラズマディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1連結部材と前記第2連結部材の前記金属板に向かう側面には、前記金属板の側面に沿って延びる凹溝が備えられ、前記金属板は、前記凹溝に結合されたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のプラズマディスプレイ装置。
