Description
Claims (4)
- 実質的に継ぎ目がない柔軟な電子写真撮像部材ベルトを製作するための方法であって、
材料の細片(strip)を含んだ柔軟基板支持シートを設け、前記材料は、少なくとも第1および第2の垂直縁部のカーボンブラック充填ポリイミドポリマーを含み、第1の垂直な細片縁部と第2の垂直な細片縁部と表面撮像面および裏面非撮像面とを有する柔軟基板支持シートを設けるステップと、
前記第1の垂直細片縁部を前記第2の垂直縁部に超音波溶接して継ぎ目を形成するステップと、
前記柔軟基板支持シートの少なくとも前記像側面上の隆起した材料を除去するために、前記継ぎ目をレーザで切除するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記材料の細片が、カーボ充填(carbo-loaded)ポリイミドポリマーを支配的に含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法により製作されたことを特徴とする、継ぎ目のない柔軟電子写真撮像部材。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法により製作された電子写真撮像部材ベルトを含むことを特徴とする、電子写真印刷システム。
