Claims (5)
- 変速機ケース(30)内に配置された主変速装置(2)と、それに後置接続された補助変速装置(32)とを備え、該補助変速装置(32)が2つの副軸(12、14)への動力分割をもたらし、前記主変速装置(2)の主軸(4)上に歯車(6)が半径方向に可動に配置され、該歯車(6)が各副軸(12、14)上の第1歯車(8、10)にかみ合い、変速機ケース(30)内に出力軸(22)が半径方向および軸方向に不動に配置され、該出力軸(22)に歯車(20)が結合され、該歯車(20)が各副軸(12、14)上の第2歯車(16、18)にかみ合っている変速機において、
各副軸(12、14)の第1歯車(8、10)にかみ合う主軸(4)上の歯車(6)が、押圧隆起部(50、52、54、56)によって、出力軸(22)に対する相対軸方向位置を固定されており、
出力軸(22)上の歯車(20)が、軸方向力を受けるために、副軸(12、14)の第2歯車(16、18)に形成された押圧隆起部と接触する押圧隆起部(50、52)を有し、主軸(4)上の歯車(6)が、軸方向力を受けるために、副軸(12、14)の第1歯車(8、10)に形成された押圧隆起部と接触する押圧隆起部(54、56)を有している、ことを特徴とする変速機。 - 副軸(12、14)が、押圧隆起部(50、52)によって、出力軸(22)に対する相対軸方向位置を固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機。
- 出力軸(22)が変速機ケース(30)内に、複列円すいころ軸受装置(26、28)によって軸方向および半径方向に保持されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の変速機。
- 副軸(12、14)が、変速機ケース(30)内に、ラジアル軸受装置(34、36、38、40)だけを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の変速機。
- ラジアル軸受装置がころ軸受(34、36、38、40)を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の変速機。
