Description
本発明の実施形態1について説明する。本実施形態の空調機(10)は、本発明に係る流体機械を備えている。
図1に示すように、上記空調機(10)は、いわゆるセパレート型のものであって、室外機(11)と室内機(13)とを備えている。上記室外機(11)には、室外ファン(12)、室外熱交換器(23)、第1四路切換弁(21)、第2四路切換弁(22)および圧縮膨張ユニット(30)が収納されている。一方、上記室内機(13)には、室内ファン(14)および室内熱交換器(24)が収納されている。上記室外機(11)は屋外に設置され、室内機(13)は屋内に設置されている。また、上記室外機(11)と室内機(13)とは、一対の連絡配管(15,16)で接続されている。尚、上記圧縮膨張ユニット(30)の詳細は後述する。
図2に示すように、上記圧縮膨張ユニット(30)は、本発明に係る流体機械を構成し、縦長で円筒形の密閉容器であるケーシング(31)を備えている。このケーシング(31)の内部には、下から上に向かって順に、圧縮機構(50)と、電動機(40)と、膨張機構(60)とが配設されている。
上記膨張機構(60)では、冷媒が膨張することによって発生した動力が膨張回転軸(80)の回転動力に変換されるようになっている。
次に、上記空調機(10)の冷房運転時および暖房運転時の動作を簡単に説明した後、圧縮膨張ユニット(30)の動作について説明する。
この冷房運転時には、第1四路切換弁(21)および第2四路切換弁(22)が図1に破線で示す状態に切り換えられる。この状態で圧縮膨張ユニット(30)の電動機(40)に通電すると、冷媒回路(20)で冷媒が循環して蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルが行われる。
この暖房運転時には、第1四路切換弁(21)および第2四路切換弁(22)が図1に実線で示す状態に切り換えられる。この状態で圧縮膨張ユニット(30)の電動機(40)に通電すると、冷媒回路(20)で冷媒が循環して蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルが行われる。
上記圧縮機構(50)は、電動機(40)の回転動力が圧縮回転軸(70)によって伝達されて駆動する。一方、上記膨張機構(60)では、高圧冷媒が膨張すると、その内部エネルギが膨張回転軸(80)の回転動力に変換される。この回転動力は、両回転軸(70,80)の動力伝達凸部(87)および動力伝達凹部(77)によって確実に圧縮回転軸(70)へ伝達され、圧縮機構(50)を確実に駆動する。これにより、電動機(40)の動力負荷が低減される。特に、上記圧縮行程における圧縮トルクのピーク時に、膨張行程において発生する最大の回転動力が圧縮機構(50)に伝達されるので、確実に最適な効率で運転が行われる。
以上説明したように、本実施形態1によれば、圧縮機構(50)と膨張機構(60)とを双方の回転軸(70,80)同士で連結するようにしたので、つまり回転軸(70,80)を分割構造としたので、各機器を単独で組み上げた後に連結可能となり、流体機械の組立の簡略化を図ることができる。

Claims (9)
- 流体を圧縮する圧縮機構(50)と、流体の膨張により回転動力を発生する膨張機構(60)とがケーシング(31)内に収納された流体機械であって、
上記圧縮機構(50)の回転軸(70)と膨張機構(60)の回転軸(80)とが連結され、
上記各回転軸(70,80)は、互いに連通する給油溝(74,84)がそれぞれ形成され、
上記両回転軸(70,80)の連結部間をシールするためのシール機構(S,R)を備え、
上記一方の回転軸(80)の軸端には凸部(85)が形成され、他方の回転軸(70)の軸端には上記凸部(85)が嵌め込まれる凹部(75)が形成される一方、
上記シール機構(S,R)は、上記凸部(85)および凹部(75)の何れか一方の周面に周方向に亘って形成されたシール溝(S)と、該シール溝(S)に嵌め込まれたシール部材(R)とにより構成されている
ことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項1において、
上記凸部(85)は、上記回転軸(80)の軸端面から軸方向に突出し、
上記凹部(75)は、上記回転軸(70)の軸端面から軸方向に凹んでおり、
上記各給油溝(74,84)は、上記凸部(85)の端面と上記凹部(75)の底面に開口し、上記凸部(85)と上記凹部(75)とが嵌合することにより互いに接続される
ことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記圧縮機構(50)の圧縮行程における圧縮トルクがピークとなる位相と膨張機構(60)の膨張行程における膨張トルクがピークとなる位相とが一致する位相関係で上記両回転軸(70,80)を連結させるための位置決め手段(8)を備えている
ことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項3において、
上記凸部(85)には、回転動力を伝達する断面視が多角形状の動力伝達凸部(87)が形成される一方、上記凹部(75)には、上記動力伝達凸部(87)が嵌め込まれる動力伝達凹部(77)が形成され、
上記位置決め手段(8)は、一方の回転軸(70,80)の軸端面における軸中心から偏心して設けられた棒状の位置決めピン(88)と、他方の回転軸(80,70)に形成され、上記位置決めピン(88)が嵌め込まれるピン孔(78)とにより構成されている
ことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項3において、
上記位置決め手段(8)は、凸部(85)および凹部(75)の一方の周面に形成されたキー部(8a)と、他方の周面に形成されたキー溝(7a)とにより構成されている
ことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項4または5において、
上記圧縮機構(50)には、該圧縮機構(50)を駆動する電動機(40)が圧縮機構(50)の回転軸(70)によって接続されている
ことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項6において、
上記凸部(85)の動力伝達凸部(87)と上記凹部(75)の動力伝達凹部(77)には、表面硬化処理が施されている
ことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項6において、
冷媒が循環して蒸気圧縮機式冷凍サイクルを行う冷媒回路(20)に用いられる
