Description
エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体及び有機過酸化物を含む太陽電池用封止膜において、有機過酸化物として、
下記式I:
で表されるジアルキルパーオキサイドである有機過酸化物Aと、
下記式II:
で表されるパーオキシエステルである有機過酸化物Bとを少なくとも含み、
有機過酸化物Bの有機過酸化物Aに対する質量比(有機過酸化物B/有機過酸化物A)が0.05/1.3〜9/91の範囲にあり、且つ
架橋温度155〜180℃、架橋時間5〜15分の架橋条件で用いられることを特徴とする太陽電池用封止膜により達成することができる。
(3)さらにジヒドロキシジメトキシベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤を含む。上記有機過酸化物を用いた際の黄変防止効果が優れている。
(4)さらにシランカップリング剤を含んでいる。接着性が向上し、耐熱性等が向上する。
(5)エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体の酢酸ビニル単位が、エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して10〜36質量%の範囲にある。優れた透明性を示す。
(6)JIS−C−8917に準拠する環境下(温度85℃及び相対湿度85%)で1000時間放置後の、JIS−K−7501に準拠して測定された黄変度(ΔYI)が1.5以下である。優れた耐湿熱性を示す。
(7)JIS−C−8917に準拠する紫外線照射の環境下(温度63℃、相対湿度53%及び1000W/m2の紫外線照射)で1000時間放置後の、JIS−K−7501に準拠して測定された黄変度(ΔYI)が2.0以下である。優れた耐光性を示す。
表面側透明保護部材と裏面側保護部材との間に封止膜を用いて太陽電池用セルを封止してなる太陽電池において、該太陽電池用セルと裏面側保護部材との間に介在させる封止膜として上記の太陽電池用封止膜を用いて架橋一体化されていることを特徴とする太陽電池にもある。

[EVA樹脂組成物配合1(質量部)]
EVA樹脂: 100
(酢酸ビニル含有量26重量%、メルトフローレート4g/10分)
架橋剤1(有機化酸化物A): 1.3
(2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ビス(t−ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン)
架橋剤2(有機化酸化物B): 0.1
(t−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキシルモノカーボネート)
架橋助剤(トリアリルイソシアヌレート): 1.5
紫外線吸着剤1: 0.03
(2,2−ジヒドロキシ−4,4−ジメトキシベンゾフェノン)
添加剤1(シランカップリング剤: 0.3
(3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン))
上記配合のEVA樹脂組成物を用いて、80℃でカレンダ成形して、EVAフィルムを成膜した。フィルムの厚さは600μmであった。
[EVA樹脂組成物配合2(質量部)]
EVA樹脂: 100
(酢酸ビニル含有量26重量%、メルトフローレート4g/10分)
架橋剤1: 1.3
(2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ビス(t−ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン)
架橋剤2: 0.05
(t−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキシルモノカーボネート)
架橋助剤(トリアリルイソシアヌレート): 1.5
紫外線吸着剤1: 0.03
(2,2−ジヒドロキシ−4,4−ジメトキシベンゾフェノン)
上記配合のEVA樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして太陽電池を作製した。
[EVA樹脂組成物配合3(質量部)]
EVA樹脂: 100
(酢酸ビニル含有量26重量%、メルトフローレート4g/10分)
架橋剤1: 1.5
(2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ビス(t−ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン)
架橋剤2: 0.1
(t−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキシルモノカーボネート)
架橋助剤(トリアリルイソシアヌレート): 1.5
紫外線吸着剤1: 0.03
(2,2−ジヒドロキシ−4,4−ジメトキシベンゾフェノン)
上記配合のEVA樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして太陽電池を作製した。
[EVA樹脂組成物配合3(質量部)]
EVA樹脂: 100
(酢酸ビニル含有量26重量%、メルトフローレート4g/10分)
架橋剤1: 1.5
(2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ビス(t−ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン)
架橋剤2: 0.14
(t−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキシルモノカーボネート)
架橋助剤(トリアリルイソシアヌレート): 1.5
紫外線吸着剤1: 0.03
(2,2−ジヒドロキシ−4,4−ジメトキシベンゾフェノン)
上記配合のEVA樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして太陽電池を作製した。
EVA樹脂組成物配合1において、架橋剤1を1.26質量部及び架橋剤2を0.14質量部使用し、架橋助剤を0.5質量部使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして太陽電池を製造した。
EVA樹脂組成物配合1において、架橋剤1を0.7質量部及び架橋剤2を0.7質量部使用し、架橋助剤を0.5質量部使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして太陽電池を製造した。
EVA樹脂組成物配合1において、架橋剤1を1.0質量部及び架橋剤2を0.35質量部使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして太陽電池を製造した。
(1)ゲル分率
得られた太陽電池の封止膜の一部(約1g)を、100mlのキシレンに浸漬し、120℃、24時間加熱し、その後ろ過して不溶解部を採取し、乾燥後秤量することによりゲル分率を求めた。
(2)耐湿熱性(耐熱130℃耐久試験)
得られた太陽電池を、JIS−C−8917に準拠する環境下(温度85℃及び相対湿度85%)で1000時間放置し、放置前後のYI値の差(ΔYI値)をJIS−K−7501に準拠して測定した。ΔYI値の測定にはSMカラーコンピュータ(スガ試験機(株)製)を用いた。
(3)耐光性(耐候性)(促進耐久性試験)
得られた太陽電池を、JIS−C−8917に準拠する環境下(温度63℃、相対湿度53%及び1000W/m2の紫外線照射)で1000時間放置後、紫外線照射による黄変の程度を調査するために、放置前後のYI値の差(ΔYI値)を求めた。
ΔYI値は、(2)と同様に測定した。
(4)耐熱性
得られた太陽電池を、85℃の環境下で1000時間放置し、放置前後のYI値の差(ΔYI値)を測定した。
ΔYI値は、(2)と同様に測定した。
(5)発泡(フクレ)
得られた太陽電池を、温度85℃及び相対湿度85%の環境下で800時間放置し、放置後の外観(フクレ、発泡)を目視で観察し、下記のように評価した。
○:フクレ、発泡が見られない
×:フクレ、発泡が見られる
得られた結果を下記に示す。
Claims (10)
- エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体及び有機過酸化物を含む太陽電池用封止膜において、有機過酸化物として、
下記式I:
で表されるジアルキルパーオキサイドである有機過酸化物Aと、
下記式II:
で表されるパーオキシエステルである有機過酸化物Bとを少なくとも含み、
有機過酸化物Bの有機過酸化物Aに対する質量比(有機過酸化物B/有機過酸化物A)が0.05/1.3〜9/91の範囲にあり、且つ
架橋温度155〜180℃、架橋時間5〜15分の架橋条件で用いられることを特徴とする太陽電池用封止膜。 - 有機過酸化物を、エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して0.1〜5.0質量部含有している請求項1に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 架橋助剤を、エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して0.1〜5.0質量部含有している請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- さらにジヒドロキシジメトキシベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- さらにシランカップリング剤を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体の酢酸ビニル単位が、エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して10〜36質量%の範囲にある請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- JIS−C−8917に準拠する環境下(温度85℃及び相対湿度85%)で1000時間放置後の、JIS−K−7501に準拠して測定された黄変度(ΔYI)が1.5以下である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- JIS−C−8917に準拠する紫外線照射の環境下(温度63℃、相対湿度53%及び1000W/m2の紫外線照射)で1000時間放置後の、JIS−K−7501に準拠して測定された黄変度(ΔYI)が2.0以下である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 表面側透明保護部材と裏面側保護部材との間に封止膜を用いて太陽電池用セルを封止してなる太陽電池において、該太陽電池用セルと裏面側保護部材との間に請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜を介在させ、架橋一体化されていることを特徴とする太陽電池。
- 表面側透明保護部材と裏面側保護部材との間に二枚の封止膜、及び二枚の封止膜の間に太陽電池用セルを挟持し、これらを圧着して太陽電池用セルを封止する太陽電池の製造方法において、該封止膜として請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜を用いて、155〜180℃の温度で、5〜15分間加熱圧着することによりこれらを架橋一体化することを特徴とする太陽電池の製造方法。
