Description
Claims (8)
- シリンダーと、前記シリンダー内に回転自在に配置された回転軸を有するローターからなるロータリー熱エンジンであって、
前記シリンダーは、内部へ熱を供給するための受熱部と内部から熱を放出するための放熱部とを備え、
前記シリンダーの受熱部側及び放熱部側のそれぞれには、前記シリンダー内部と連通する気化ガス供給流路及びガス回収流路が設けられたエンジン部本体と、そして
前記回収ガスを凝集・液化させるため、前記気化ガス供給流路とガス回収流路との間には前記気化ガス供給流路とガス回収流路とを流体連通に連絡させ、かつ、内部を通過する流体の逆流を防止するために貫通孔が設けられた断熱堰が配置された作動液貯留部を含んでいることを特徴とする前記ロータリー熱エンジン。 - 前記受熱部と放熱部との間を熱的に絶縁するため、前記受熱部側と放熱部側との間に位置するシリンダー壁の全部又は一部は断熱材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリー熱エンジン。
- 前記放熱部は前記シリンダーの壁と一体的に又は接するように取り付けられており、前記シリンダーは放熱部が取り付けられた区域内の前記シリンダー内壁面と前記ローター先端部との間に、前記シリンダー内壁面から略垂直に延びた熱交換用のフィンを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリー熱エンジン。
- 前記作動液貯留部内の作動液を毛細管現象により吸引し気化させるため、前記気化ガス供給流路はその内部に前記作動液貯留部から延びた繊維状及び/又は管状の毛細管を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリー熱エンジン。
- 前記作動液は、低沸点のアルコール類であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリー熱エンジン。
- 前記ローターの回転軸は、動力伝達手段を介して外部に設けられた電動モーターの出力軸又は発電機の入力軸と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリー熱エンジン。
- 前記動力伝達手段は、永久磁石の磁力により相互に協働して回転することができる非接触に対面配置された入力及び出力カップリングを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のロータリー熱エンジン。
- 前記ロータリー熱エンジンで直接的に発電するため、前記ローターの周縁部に複数の永久磁石が配置され、前記ローターの回転領域外であって、かつ、前記永久磁石による磁力が及ぶ領域内に発電用のコイルが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリー熱エンジン。
