Description
前記タンタル酸リチウム単結晶に含有されるプロトン濃度は[OH]伸縮モードにおける赤外吸収係数が0cm −1 〜0.15cm −1 の範囲(但し、0cm −1 および0.15cm −1 を含む)となる濃度であること、を特徴とする強誘電体材料を提供する。
(実施の形態1)
図1は、Li2O−Ta2O5擬2成分系相図の概要を示す。
図7は、本発明による2色ホログラフィック記録媒体に情報を記録する、および/または、2色ホログラフィック記録媒体から情報を再生する記録再生装置700の模式図を示す。
実施の形態1で説明した本発明による強誘電体材料は、波長選択フィルタに用いることができる。

Claims (7)
- 波長が異なる2つの光を照射することによって屈折率変化を発現する強誘電体材料であって、
前記強誘電体材料はモル比Li2O/(Li2O+Ta2O5)=0.4966〜0.4995の組成を有するタンタル酸リチウム単結晶であること、並びに、
前記タンタル酸リチウム単結晶に含有されるプロトン濃度は[OH]伸縮モードにおける赤外吸収係数が0cm −1 〜0.15cm −1 の範囲(但し、0cm −1 および0.15cm −1 を含む)となる濃度であること、
を特徴とする強誘電体材料。 - 前記強誘電体材料はモル比Li2O/(Li2O+Ta2O5)=0.4974〜0.4989の組成を有するタンタル酸リチウム単結晶であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強誘電体材料。
- 波長が異なる2つの光を照射することによって屈折率変化を発現する強誘電体材料を用いた2色ホログラフィック記録媒体であって、
前記強誘電体材料はモル比Li 2 O/(Li 2 O+Ta 2 O 5 )=0.4966〜0.4995の組成を有するタンタル酸リチウム単結晶であること、並びに、
前記タンタル酸リチウム単結晶に含有されるプロトン濃度は[OH]伸縮モードにおける赤外吸収係数が0cm −1 〜0.15cm −1 の範囲(但し、0cm −1 および0.15cm −1 を含む)となる濃度であること、
を特徴とする2色ホログラフィック記録媒体。 - 前記強誘電体材料はモル比Li 2 O/(Li 2 O+Ta 2 O 5 )=0.4974〜0.4989の組成を有するタンタル酸リチウム単結晶であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の2色ホログラフィック記録媒体。
- 波長が異なる2つの光を照射することによって屈折率変化を発現する強誘電体材料を用いた波長選択フィルタであって、
前記強誘電体材料はモル比Li 2 O/(Li 2 O+Ta 2 O 5 )=0.4966〜0.4995の組成を有するタンタル酸リチウム単結晶であり、
前記強誘電体材料は少なくとも1つの屈折率格子を有すること、並びに、
前記タンタル酸リチウム単結晶に含有されるプロトン濃度は[OH]伸縮モードにおける赤外吸収係数が0cm −1 〜0.15cm −1 の範囲(但し、0cm −1 および0.15cm −1 を含む)となる濃度であること、
を特徴とする波長選択フィルタ。 - 前記強誘電体材料は2以上の屈折率格子を含み、
前記2以上の屈折率格子は各々異なる格子間ピッチを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の波長選択フィルタ。 - 前記強誘電体材料はモル比Li 2 O/(Li 2 O+Ta 2 O 5 )=0.4974〜0.4989の組成を有するタンタル酸リチウム単結晶であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の波長選択フィルタ。
