Claims (4)
- 排気ターボチャージャ(2)の排気タービンであって、ハウジング内に回転可能に取り付けられるタービンホイール(14)を備え、排気ガスが入口側チャネル(16)を介して前記タービンホイール(14)へ供給され、排気ガスは出口側ダクト(13)を介して前記排気タービン(3)から排出されることができ、前記排気タービンはさらに、前記入口側チャネル(16)から前記タービンホイール(14)までの移行部に、2つの側方画成壁(24、25)の間に形成されたタービン入口断面(15)を有し、前記タービン入口断面(15)には案内格子(17)と、該案内格子(17)と相互作用し軸方向に調節可能である軸方向スライド(19)と、が配置され、前記タービン入口断面(15)の前記画成壁(24、25)の一方は、移動可能であるように設計され、前記軸方向スライド(19)によって形成され、前記案内格子(17)は、前記ハウジングに固定されるように前記タービン入口断面(15)に取り付けられ、前記軸方向スライド(19)は、前記出口側ダクト(13)の方を向く側に配置され、前記タービン入口断面(15)の前記画成壁(24)は前記出口側ダクト(13)から離れる方を向き前記ハウジングに固定され、前記タービンホイール(14)のタービンホイール羽根と軸方向に同一平面に終端し、前記タービン入口断面(15)と前記出口側ダクト(13)との間の排出経路(26)が、前記軸方向スライド(19)が後退位置にあるとき開口される排気タービンにおいて、
前記軸方向スライド(19)が、前記タービンホイール(14)を包み込む形状をなしたスリーブ(20)上に配置され、前記スリーブ上を移動可能であるように取り付けられ、少なくとも1つの排出開口部(22)が前記スリーブ(20)に形成され、前記排出開口部(22)は、前記軸方向スライド(19)が最大開口位置にあるとき、前記入口側チャネル(16)から前記出口側ダクト(13)への直接の排出経路を形成するために開口され、有効なタービン入口断面(15)を最小化する遮断位置にあるとき閉じられ、及び前記案内格子(17)が、前記排出開口部(22)のレベルまで軸方向に延在し、前記軸方向スライド(19)が最大開口位置にあるとき、前記案内格子(17)による前記排出開口部(22)の重なり部分が依然として存在することを特徴とする、排気タービン。 - 前記排出開口部(22)の上に延在する前記案内羽根(18)の部分が形状の付けられた領域(27)を有し、それにより前記案内羽根の外形のコード長が最大30%短くされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気タービン。
- 前記ハウジングに固定され前記タービンホイール羽根(18)と共に軸方向に終端する、前記タービン入口断面(5)の前記画成壁(24)が、タービンロータの回転軸に垂直な半径方向面に対して30°未満の角度を有することを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の排気タービン。
- 前記タービンホイール羽根の出口側の直径の、入口側の直径に対する比率(TRIM)が、0.6〜0.85の範囲:
0.6<TRIM<0.85
にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の排気タービン。
