- 互いに重ね合わされて配置された、少なくとも1つの色遷移効果生成干渉素子(I)、反射性金属層(R)及び磁気特性をもつ層(M)を有してなる、物体、特に、銀行券、クレジットカード等といった有価印刷物(300)のためのセキュリティ素子(1,200)において、前記干渉素子(I)が多層干渉素子であり、前記反射性金属層(R)が前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)と前記多層干渉素子(I)の間に配置されており、
前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)及び前記反射性金属層(R)がシンボルまたはパターンまたはコードの形態の空隙(10,20)を有することを特徴とするセキュリティ素子。 - 前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)の前記空隙(10)が前記反射性金属層(R)の前記空隙(20)より大きく、機械読取可能なコード(11)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 回折構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 上に前記多層干渉素子(I)、前記反射性金属層(R)および前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)が存在する基板(S)を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記基板(S)に回折構造(2)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記回折構造(2)が前記基板(S)の表面に型押しされていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 付加層が、前記基板(S)と前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)の間、前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)と前記反射性金属層(R)の間、または前記多層干渉素子の上面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記回折構造(2)が前記付加層に一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記反射性金属層(R)が前記回折構造(2)に隣接していることを特徴とする請求項3から8のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記多層干渉素子(I)が、前記回折構造に隣接した吸収体層(A)を有することを特徴とする請求項3から8のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記セキュリティ素子がセキュリティスレッド(200)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記セキュリティ素子が物体、特に有価印刷物に貼り付けるための面素子またはストライプとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記セキュリティ素子が移載素子として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子(1)を有することを特徴とする物体。
- 前記物体が有価印刷物(300)であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の物体。
- 前記セキュリティ素子がセキュリティスレッド(200)であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の物体。
- 前記セキュリティスレッド(200)がウィンドウスレッドとして前記有価印刷物(300)に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の物体。
- 前記セキュリティ素子(1)が前記物体に付けられていることを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の物体。
- 前記物体が銀行券(300)であることを特徴とする請求項14から18のいずれか1項記載の物体。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子を作成する方法において、
− 基板(S)を提供する工程、及び
− 前記基板(S)を、少なくとも1つの多層干渉素子(I)、磁気特性をもつ層(M)及び反射性金属層(R)により、前記反射性金属層(R)が前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)と前記多層干渉素子(I)の間に配置されるようにコーティングする工程、
を含み、
前記多層干渉素子(I)、前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)および前記反射性金属層(R)を蒸着法を用いて作成することを特徴とする方法。 - 付加層を、前記基板(S)と前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)の間、前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)と前記反射性金属層(R)の間、または前記多層干渉素子の上面に配置することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 回折構造(2)を、前記基板(S)または前記付加層の中または上面に配置することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記回折構造(2)の配置を、型押しにより行なうことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記多層干渉素子(I)、前記反射性金属層(R)および前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)を前記基板(S)の片面に被着することを特徴とする請求項20から23のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子を作成する方法において、
− 基板(S)を提供する工程、及び
− 前記基板(S)を、少なくとも1つの多層干渉素子(I)、磁気特性をもつ層(M)及び反射性金属層(R)により、前記反射性金属層(R)が前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)と前記多層干渉素子(I)の間に配置されるようにコーティングする工程、
を含み、
前記反射性金属層(R)及び前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)の部分的除去により、シンボル、パターンまたはコードの形態の空隙(10、20)をつくることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記多層干渉素子(I)が透明または半透明であり、前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)が前記反射性金属層(R)の前記空隙(20)とは異なる機械読取可能なコード(11)を形成するように、前記反射性金属層(R)から除去される部分より大きい部分が前記磁気特性をもつ層(M)から除去されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子(1)をもつ物体を作成する方法において、前記セキュリティ素子(1)を請求項20から26の内の少なくとも1つに記載の方法にしたがって作成し、そのようにして作成された前記セキュリティ素子を物体に付けることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティ素子(1)をもつ物体を作成する方法において、前記セキュリティ素子を請求項20から26の内の少なくとも1つに記載の方法にしたがって作成し、そのようにして作成された前記セキュリティ素子(1)を紙に埋め込むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記セキュリティ素子(1)をウィンドウスレッドの態様で前記紙に埋め込むことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の方法。
