Description
弾性率を変化させることにより注射針の撓み強度の変化を生じさせることに代えて、注射針の臨界的な慣性モーメントを変更させ、すなわち注射針又は注射針の少なくとも一部分の形状を変化させることにより、撓み強度を変化させることができる。最後に、撓み強度は、弾性率及び慣性モーメントを変化させることの組み合わせによって変化させることもできる。

Claims (9)
- 挿入した状態にて可撓性であり且つ流体を導入するための通路を有する、身体組織内に注射するための注射針(1)において、
単一の管状部材から成り、身体組織に挿入するために鋭利な先端縁を有し、
第一の状態において、挿入に十分な撓み強度を有し、また、第二の状態において減少した撓み強度を有する少なくとも1つの材料(7)により少なくとも部分的に形成され、
力が長手方向に向けて注射針(1)に加わるとき剛性であり、力が注射針の長手方向軸線に対して半径方向に加わるとき可撓性であり、
注射針(1)が、第一の状態において、その円周に長手方向に伸びる少なくとも1つの端縁(2)を有し、第二の状態において、端縁無しの円周を有することを特徴とする、注射針。 - 挿入した状態にて可撓性であり且つ流体を導入するための通路を有する、身体組織内に注射するための注射針(1)において、
単一の管状部材から成り、身体組織に挿入するために鋭利な先端縁を有し、
第一の状態において、挿入に十分な撓み強度を有し、また、第二の状態において減少した撓み強度を有する少なくとも1つの材料(7)により少なくとも部分的に形成され、
力が長手方向に向けて注射針(1)に加わるとき剛性であり、力が注射針の長手方向軸線に対して半径方向に加わるとき可撓性であり、
第一の状態において、内部の中空の空間が存在しない設計とされ、第二の状態において、注射針の長手方向軸線に沿った内部通路(4)が存在する設計とされることを特徴とする、注射針。 - 挿入した状態にて可撓性であり且つ流体を導入するための通路を有する、身体組織内に注射するための注射針(1)において、
単一の管状部材から成り、身体組織に挿入するために鋭利な先端縁を有し、
第一の状態において、挿入に十分な撓み強度を有し、また、第二の状態において減少した撓み強度を有する少なくとも1つの材料(7)により少なくとも部分的に形成され、
力が長手方向に向けて注射針(1)に加わるとき剛性であり、力が注射針の長手方向軸線に対して半径方向に加わるとき可撓性であり、
第一の状態において、閉じた先端(3)を有し、第二の状態において、先端(3)の開口部(6)を有することを特徴とする、注射針。 - 請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の注射針(1)において、少なくとも部分的に形状記憶材料(7)にて出来ていることを特徴とする、注射針。
- 請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の注射針(1)において、その全長に沿って形状記憶材料(7)にて出来ていることを特徴とする、注射針。
- 請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の注射針において、状態を変化させる材料(7)が、第一の状態において1000MPa以上の弾性率と、第二の状態において1000MPa以下の弾性率とを有することを特徴とする、注射針。
- 請求項6に記載の注射針において、その状態を変化させる材料(7)が、第一の状態において少なくとも3000MPaの弾性率と、第二の状態において最大800MPaの弾性率とを有することを特徴とする、注射針。
- 請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の注射針において、注射針に対し電圧又は放射線を印加する、状態を変化させる手段を通じて第一の状態から第二の状態への状態の変化が実現されることを特徴とする、注射針。
- 請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の注射針において、状態の変化が可逆的であることを特徴とする、注射針。
