Description
本発明は、電気機械に用いられる界磁コイル、特に二層重ね巻線を備えた界磁コイルを製作するための巻成装置であって、界磁コイルが、電気的に直列にかつ/または並列に接続された複数の巻線束から形成されている形式のものから出発する。
本発明は、電気機械に用いられる界磁コイル、特に二層重ね巻線を備えた界磁コイルを製作するための巻成装置であって、界磁コイルが、電気的に直列にかつ/または並列に接続された複数の巻線束から形成されている形式のものから出発する。
図1には、電気機械に用いられる界磁コイル30を製作するための有利な巻成装置が分解図に類似して示してある。図2には、同時に製作可能である概略的に示した巻線束31a,32a,33a〜31j,32j,33jを備えた界磁コイル30が示してある。この場合、第1の相コイル31の巻線束31a〜31j、第2の相コイル32の巻線束32a〜32jおよび第3の相コイル33の巻線束33a〜33jがそれぞれ生ぜしめられる。図4a〜図4eには、以下に記載する線材案内の詳細が示してある。
Claims (15)
- 電気機械に用いられる界磁コイル(30)、特に二層重ね巻線を備えた界磁コイル(30)を製作するための巻成装置であって、界磁コイルが、電気的に直列にかつ/または並列に接続された複数の巻線束(31a,32a,33a〜31j,32j,33j)から形成されており、軸方向で互いに間隔を置いて配置された少なくとも2つの巻線束(31a,32a,33a)を同時に形成することができる巻成心棒(10)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、巻成心棒(10)が、駆動装置(40)によって半径方向に外方旋回可能なかつ内方旋回可能な薄板(11)を有しており、それぞれ1つの巻線束(31a,32a,33a)が、外方旋回させられた2つの薄板(11)の間に設けられた溝(12)内に挿入可能であることを特徴とする、巻成装置。
- 巻成心棒(10)に供給される線材(u,v,w)が、少なくとも2つの軸(y,z)を中心として旋回可能であるように、線材供給ユニット(18)が設けられている、請求項1記載の巻成装置。
- 線材供給ユニット(18)が、巻成心棒(10)の長手方向軸線(x)に対して垂直に移動可能である、請求項2記載の巻成装置。
- 線材供給ユニット(18)が、巻成心棒(10)の上方に位置している、請求項3記載の巻成装置。
- 線材(u,v,w)を巻成心棒(10)に位置決めするための位置決め装置(13)が、巻成心棒(10)と連行するように配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の巻成装置。
- 後続の巻線束(31b,32b,33b)を巻成するために、巻成された巻線束(31a,32a,33a)が、軸方向に移動可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の巻成装置。
- 巻線束(31a,32a,33a)を把持しかつ軸方向に移動させるための送り装置(23)が設けられている、請求項6記載の巻成装置。
- 線材(u,v,w)を巻線束(31a,32a,33a)の軸方向の移動時に位置決めするために、巻成心棒(10)に対して半径方向で間隔を置いて配置された案内装置(15,16)が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の巻成装置。
- 巻線束(31a,32a,33a)に通じる線材(u,v,w)を巻線束(31a,32a,33a)の軸方向の移動時に位置固定するための把持装置(15a〜c,16a〜c)が設けられている、請求項8項記載の巻成装置。
- 案内装置(15,16)と線材供給ユニット(18)とが作用結合可能であり、これによって、平行に案内された線材(u,v,w)において、外側の少なくとも2つの線材(u,w)が交換可能であり、内側の1つの線材(v)が、その位置を維持するようになっている、請求項8または9記載の巻成装置。
- 案内装置(15,16)と送り装置(23)とが、共通の送りキャリッジ(26)に配置されている、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の巻成装置。
- 巻成心棒(10)が、完全な界磁コイル(30)と、それぞれ1つの極(N,S)に対して、先行する個別巻条および後続する個別巻条とに相当する長さを有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の巻成装置。
- 電気機械に用いられる界磁コイル(30)、特に二層重ね巻線を備えた界磁コイル(30)を製作するための巻成装置を備えた製造装置であって、界磁コイルが、電気的に直列にかつ/または並列に接続された複数の巻線束(31a,32a,33a〜31j,32j,33j)から形成されている形式のものにおいて、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の巻成装置が形成されていることを特徴とする、製造装置。
- 巻線束(31a,32a,33a〜31j,32j,33j)を、巻成心棒(10)に対して設定された順序で嵌め込むことができると共に交差させることができる交差工具が設けられている、請求項13記載の製造装置。
- 電気機械において、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の巻成装置によって製作された界磁コイル(30)が設けられていることを特徴とする、電気機械。
