Claims (10)
- 線材束(33)から、多相の電気機械に用いられる二層の重ね巻線(12)を製作するための方法であって、線材束(33)を巻成用ビーム(10)に巻き付け、第1のステップにおいて、第1の相巻線(14)の第1のループ(20)を巻成し、引き続き、第1の相巻線(14)のループ接続体(18)を第1の方向に敷設して、二層の重ね巻線を製作するための方法において、後続のステップにおいて、第2の相巻線(14)のループ(16)を巻成用ビーム(10)にかつ第1の相巻線(14)のループ接続体(18)に巻成することを特徴とする、多相の電気機械に用いられる二層の重ね巻線を製作するための方法。
- 1つの相巻線(14)の、互いに連続して続く2つのループの少なくとも1つのループ(16,20,22)が、2つのループ接続体(18)を取り囲んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- まず、第1の相巻線(14)を巻成し、次いで、第2の相巻線(14)を巻成する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 後続のステップにおいて巻成したループ(16)が、第2の相巻線(14)の第1のループ(20)であり、同じくループ接続体(18)を第1の方向に敷設する、請求項1記載の方法。
- すでに敷設した2つのループ接続体(18)に第3の相巻線(14)の第1のループ(20)を巻成する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 全ての相巻線(14)のそれぞれ第1のループ(20)の巻成後、該第1のループ(20)から出発する全てのループ接続体(18)を、各相巻線(14)の各第2のループ(22)の始端位置(A1,A2,A3)にまで敷設する、請求項1、4または5記載の方法。
- 各相巻線(14)の第2のループ(22)を、相巻線(14)の第1のループ(20)と同じ順序で巻成し、それぞれ各相巻線の後続の各第1のループ(20)の始端位置(A1,A2,A3)にまで達するループ接続体(18)によって続ける、請求項6記載の方法。
- 1つの相巻線(14)あたり、第1のループ(20)と第2のループ(22)とが交互に連続して配置されており、各ループが、それぞれ少なくとも1つの第1のループサイド(26)と少なくとも1つの第2のループサイド(27)とを有しており、両ループサイド(26,27)が、互いに反対の側に位置しており、相巻線(14)の巻成後、巻成用ビーム(10)を巻線(12)から取り出し、第1のループ(20)と第2のループ(22)とを旋回させ、これによって、1つの相巻線(14)の1つのループ(16)の少なくとも1つの第2のループサイド(27)を、同じ相巻線(14)の、巻線方向で見て後続のループ(16,20,22)の少なくとも1つの第1のループサイド(26)上に位置させるようにする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 線材束(33)が、少なくとも2つの個別線材から成っている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ステータを製作するための方法において、第1のステップにおいて、一方の側に溝と歯とを備えたストリップ状のステータ鉄(29)を形成し、後続のステップにおいて、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製作された二層の重ね巻線(12)を溝内に挿入し、後続のステップにおいて、ステータ鉄(29)と重ね巻線(12)とから成るアッセンブリを円形に曲げ加工し、これによって、中空円筒状のステータを形成することを特徴とする、ステータを製作するための方法。
