Claims (15)
- 暖かい湿った呼吸ガスを提供する加湿器において、
閉鎖頂部と、囲み側面と、エアゾール化して蒸気になる液体を収容するように構成された容器を連結して受容するように構成された開放底面とを有する呼吸ガス加熱室(100)と、
前記呼吸ガス加熱室に流体連通し、その流体連通している液体からエアロゾル化した蒸気を形成する蒸気形成流量制御室(21)と、
一端で前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通し、他端(26)で呼吸ガスを受容し、前記受容した呼吸ガスと前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通している液体とからエアロゾル化した蒸気をつくるノズル手段(22)と、
前記ノズル手段(22)によってつくられたエアロゾル化した蒸気を暖める加熱手段(11)と、
前記蒸気形成流量制御室(21)に流体連通し、前記加熱手段(11)により暖められたエアロゾル化した蒸気を使用者の吸入用の鼻カニューレに供給する放出口(23)と、
前記鼻カニューレと前記放出口(23)の間に配置され、前記鼻カニューレへの前記暖められたエアロゾル化した蒸気の供給中に、前記暖められたエアロゾル化した蒸気を冷却することで形成された凝縮液を通導する凝縮液導管手段(35)と、
前記ノズル手段(22)がその一端から前記呼吸ガスを放出することにより自身のまわりに減圧状態を生成し、これにより前記凝縮液導管手段(35)から凝縮液が吸引されるように、一端で前記凝縮液導管手段(35)に流体連通し他端で前記ノズル手段に流体連通する位置に配置される第1オリフィス(27)と、
前記ノズル手段がその一端から前記呼吸ガスを放出することにより自身のまわりに減圧状態を生成し、これにより前記呼吸ガス加熱室(100)と連結された容器内の液体がアスピレータ(16)を介して吸引されるように、前記ノズル手段(22)に流体連通する位置であって、且つ前記第1オリフィス(27)から間隔を置いた位置に配置される第2オリフィス(28)とを備える加湿器。 - ヒーター(5)と共に使用して暖かい湿った呼吸ガスを提供する加湿器であって、
閉鎖頂部と、囲み側面と、エアゾール化して蒸気になる液体を収容するように構成された容器を連結して受容するようになっており、且つエアロゾル化した蒸気を暖める前記ヒーター(5)を保持するように構成された開放底面とを有する呼吸ガス加熱室(100)と、
前記呼吸ガス加熱室に流体連通し、その流体連通している液体からエアロゾル化した蒸気を形成する蒸気形成流量制御室(21)と、
一端で前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通し、他端(26)で呼吸ガスを受容し、前記受容した呼吸ガスと前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通している液体とからエアロゾル化した蒸気をつくるノズル手段(22)と、
前記蒸気形成流量制御室(21)に流体連通し、前記ヒーター(5)により暖められたエアロゾル化した蒸気を使用者の吸入用の鼻カニューレに供給する放出口(23)と、
前記鼻カニューレと前記放出口(23)の間に配置され、前記鼻カニューレへの前記暖められたエアロゾル化した蒸気の供給中に、前記暖められたエアロゾル化した蒸気を冷却することで形成された凝縮液を通導する凝縮液導管手段(35)と、
前記ノズル手段(22)がその一端から前記呼吸ガスを放出することにより自身のまわりに減圧状態を生成し、これにより前記凝縮液導管手段(35)から凝縮液が吸引されるように、一端で前記凝縮液導管手段(35)に流体連通し他端で前記ノズル手段に流体連通する位置に配置される第1オリフィス(27)と、
前記ノズル手段がその一端から前記呼吸ガスを放出することにより自身のまわりに減圧状態を生成し、これにより前記呼吸ガス加熱室(100)と連結された容器内の液体がアスピレータ(16)を介して吸引されるように、前記ノズル手段(22)に流体連通する位置であって、且つ前記第1オリフィス(27)から間隔を置いた位置に配置される第2オリフィス(28)とを備える加湿器。 - 前記加熱手段は表面接触ヒーターからなる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記呼吸ガス加熱室は熱エネルギをエアロゾル化した蒸気に与える熱伝導物加熱板を含む請求項2記載の装置。
- 滅菌水を収容する容器を更に含み、前記容器は前記呼吸ガス加熱室とネジ係合するように構成された請求項2記載の装置。
- エアロゾル化して蒸気になる液体を収容する容器を受容するように構成された前記呼吸ガス加熱室の底面が、前記容器が前記呼吸ガス加熱室とネジ係合するとき、前記容器の頂部開口と係合する下方に向いた形状の部分を有する請求項2記載の装置。
- 凝縮液を通して吸引する前記第1オリフィスが、前記呼吸ガス加熱室に連結された容器に収容された液体を吸引する前記第2オリフィスよりも、前記ノズル手段により近接した位置に配置されている請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記第1オリフィスと前記第2オリフィスは一定の間隔をあけて、順次前記ノズル手段に流体連通する請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記蒸気形成流量制御室は、そこに生成された凝縮液が前記加熱板に流れる流量を測定する計量オリフィス手段を有する請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記放出口と前記凝縮液導管手段とに流体連通している鼻カニューレを更に有する請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記放出口は、暖かいエアロゾル化した蒸気を前記鼻カニューレに供給する放出導管と連結している請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記凝縮液導管手段は前記放出導管の内部に担持されている請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記放出導管及び前記凝縮液導管手段に流体連通している水分捕集カニューレコネクタを更に有する請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記水分捕集カニューレコネクタの内部に担持され、前記暖かいエアロゾル化した蒸気から過剰な水分を取り除き、当該過剰の水分を前記流量制御室に戻す水分捕集手段を更に有する請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記流量制御室は、前記容器に流体連通し、過剰な凝縮液を前記容器に導くオーバーフロー放出口手段を有する請求項2記載の装置。
