Abstract
【解決手段】 高流量呼吸ガス療法用鼻カニューレに使用される改良型加湿器であって、滅菌液体が、アスピレータ管オリフィスに近接して通る高流量駆動ガスによって、滅菌液体容器から吸引され、そのオリフィスを通して、その滅菌液体が駆動ガスと接触して分散されてミストとなり、このミストが暖められて患者即ちユーザーに供給され、また駆動ガスは凝縮液戻しオリフィスに近くを通過し、そのオリフィスは加湿された呼吸ガス供給システム内に形成された全ての凝縮液をカニューレから吸引し、再利用のためにそのシステムに戻す。

Claims (15)
- 暖かい湿った呼吸ガスを提供する加湿器において、
閉鎖頂部と、囲み側面と、エアゾール化して蒸気になる液体を収容するように構成された容器を連結して受容するように構成された開放底面とを有する呼吸ガス加熱室と、
前記呼吸ガス加熱室に流体連通し、その流体連通している液体からエアロゾル化した蒸気を形成する蒸気形成流量制御室と、
前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通し、呼吸ガスと前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通している液体とからエアロゾル化した蒸気をつくるノズル手段と、
前記ノズル手段からの呼吸ガスの流れにより自身のまわりに減圧状態が生成され、これにより凝縮液が吸引されるように、前記ノズル手段に流体連通する位置に配置される第1オリフィスと、
前記ノズル手段からの呼吸ガスの流れにより自身のまわりに減圧状態が生成され、これにより前記呼吸ガス加熱室と連結された容器内の液体が吸引されるように、前記ノズル手段に流体連通する位置であって、且つ前記第1オリフィスから間隔を置いた位置に配置される第2オリフィスと、
前記ノズル手段によってつくられたエアロゾル化した蒸気を暖める加熱手段と、
前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通し、暖かいエアロゾル化した蒸気を使用者の吸入用の鼻カニューレに供給する放出口と、
温かいエアロゾル化した蒸気が前記鼻カニューレへの供給中に冷却して形成された凝縮液を吸引すべく前記第1オリフィスに流体連通する凝縮液導管手段とからなる加湿器。 - ヒーターと共に使用して暖かい湿った呼吸ガスを提供する加湿器であって、
閉鎖頂部と、囲み側面と、エアゾール化して蒸気になる液体を収容するように構成された容器を連結して受容するようになっており、且つエアロゾル化した蒸気を暖めるヒーターを保持するように構成された開放底面とを有する呼吸ガス加熱室と、
前記呼吸ガス加熱室に流体連通し、その流体連通している液体からエアロゾル化した蒸気を形成する蒸気形成流量制御室と、
前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通し、呼吸ガスと前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通している液体とからエアロゾル化した蒸気をつくるノズル手段と、
前記ノズル手段からの呼吸ガスの流れにより自身のまわりに減圧状態が生成され、これにより凝縮液が吸引されるように、前記ノズル手段に流体連通する位置に配置される第1オリフィスと、
前記ノズル手段からの呼吸ガスの流れにより自身のまわりに減圧状態が生成され、これにより前記呼吸ガス加熱室と連結された容器内の液体が吸引されるように、前記ノズル手段に流体連通する位置であって、且つ前記第1オリフィスから間隔を置いた位置に配置される第2オリフィスと、
前記蒸気形成流量制御室に流体連通し、暖かいエアロゾル化した蒸気を、使用者の吸入用の鼻カニューレに供給する放出口と、
温かいエアロゾル化した蒸気が前記鼻カニューレへの供給中に冷却して形成された凝縮液を吸引すべく前記第1オリフィスに流体連通する凝縮液導管手段とからなる加湿器。 - 前記加熱手段は表面接触ヒーターからなる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記呼吸ガス加熱室は熱エネルギをエアロゾル化した蒸気に与える熱伝導物加熱板を含む請求項2記載の装置。
- 滅菌水を収容する容器を更に含み、前記容器は前記呼吸ガス加熱室とネジ係合するように構成された請求項2記載の装置。
- エアロゾル化して蒸気になる液体を収容する容器を受容するように構成された前記呼吸ガス加熱室の底面が、前記容器が前記呼吸ガス加熱室とネジ係合するとき、前記容器の頂部開口と係合する下方に向いた形状の部分を有する請求項2記載の装置。
- 凝縮液を通して吸引する前記第1オリフィスが、前記呼吸ガス加熱室に連結された容器に収容された液体を吸引する前記第2オリフィスよりも、前記ノズル手段により近接した位置に配置されている請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記第1オリフィスと前記第2オリフィスは一定の間隔をあけて、順次前記ノズル手段に流体連通する請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記蒸気生成流量制御室は、そこに生成された凝縮液が前記加熱板に流れる流量を測定する計量オリフィス手段を有する請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記放出口と前記凝縮液連絡手段とに流体連通している鼻カニューレを更に有する請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記放出口は、暖かいエアロゾル化した蒸気を前記鼻カニューレに供給する放出導管と連結している請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記凝縮液導管手段は前記放出導管の内部に担持されている請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記放出導管及び前記凝縮液導管手段に流体連通している水分捕集カニューレコネクタを更に有する請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記水分捕集カニューレコネクタの内部に担持され、前記暖かいエアロゾル化した蒸気から過剰な水分を取り除き、当該過剰の水分を前記流量制御室に戻す水分捕集手段を更に有する請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記流量制御室は、前記容器に流体連通し、過剰な凝縮液を前記容器に導くオーバーフロー放出口手段を有する請求項2記載の装置。
