Description

本発明は、少なくとも2層の結合体に基づく容器を閉じるための、開口補助部を有する蓋に関し、この容器に面している結合体の層は、容器の縁で封止し、これらの結合体を分離する際に生じる、容器の中にある包装内容物を取り出すための開口部が形成される。
容器を閉じるための少なくとも2層の蓋を、例えば、食料品のために必要とされる香りを保護することを可能とするために、用いる事が知られている。
さらに、特に傷みやすい食料品の場合、消費者たちが、出所、内容物、若しくは品質保証に関する情報を強く必要とすることが示されてきた。これらの情報のために十分なスペースをもうけるために、2層の蓋の外側の層にこれらの情報を印刷することに移行され、それに対して、内側の層は、可能な限り印刷されないままである。これは、また、印刷用インキと食料品との可能性のある接触を避けるべきだからである。
上記の2層の蓋は、そのうえ、蓋の包装内容物に面している層に、取り出し用の開口部が設けられている場合、香りの保護が改善されている。これは、包装を開ける際に、すなわち、蓋の複数の層を互いに分離する際に、露出される複数の線状の弱い部分(Schwa”chungslinien)に従って、行なわれることが好ましい。これらの線状の弱い部分を押すこと(Eindrucken)により、取り出し用開口部が生じ、この開口部を介して、包装内容物を完全に、又は部分的に取り出すことができる。特に、大きな包装の場合には、取り出し用開口部を再び閉じることを可能にするため、外側の蓋の層の内側に、例えば、感圧性接着剤が設けられていれば、好都合である。
それにもかかわらず、これらの包装の解決法は、包装内容物に面している、蓋の層の線状の弱い部分により欠陥位置があらかじめ設定されているという欠点を有する。特に、これは、蓋の外側の層が、例えば、輸送の際に損傷され、それで、線状の弱い部分を介して、湿気又は場合によってはバクテリアの形態の汚染物質が包装内容物に侵入する場合である。さらに、線状の弱い部分の領域でのアルミニウムフォイルは、特に、望ましくない腐食の特性を示す。
したがって、本発明の課題は、従来技術で知られている、容器を閉じるための、少なくとも2層の蓋に対する欠点を避けて、それにもかかわらず、同時に、消費者がより簡単な方法で、好ましくは、包装を開く際に、アクセスすることができる、取り出し用開口部をこの蓋に設けることである。
本発明に係われば、この課題は、冒頭で述べられた技術の蓋を用いて解決される。この蓋は、連続した結合体の複数の層の構成を有し、容器に面している結合体の層が、主に、プラスチックから形成され、このプラスチックの内部引き裂き抵抗は、取り出し用開口部の領域で、容器の反対を向いている結合体の層の蓋の残りの領域における結合のための接着よりも弱く、このプラスチックの結合層の容器の縁への接着は、少なくとも、開口補助部の領域で他の結合体の層に対する結合のための接着よりも大きいことを特徴とする。このことは、容器に面している結合体の層の中に存在するプラスチックが、取り出し用開口部の領域で外側の結合体の層に非常に強く接着し、その結果、開く際、取り出し用開口部に対応する領域は、破り取られ、容器に面している蓋の残りの層は、容器の縁で封止する効果により、この容器の縁(diesem)に接着しつづける。消費者が、簡単な方法で、取り出し用開口部を介して包装内容物にアクセスできるように、消費者は、蓋をこの蓋の開口補助部でつかんで、容器の反対に向いている層をこの層の下にあるプラスチック層から「はがす」。加えられた力により、少なくとも開口補助部の領域で容器の縁からプラスチック層が破れ、この結果、この容器は、部分的に、取り出し用開口部を例外として、閉じられたままである。
さらに、開けられていない状態では、素材の複数の層がそれ自身連続しているので、汚染物質が侵入する可能性の危険が避けられる、すなわち、形成される可能性のある取り出し用開口部のためのどんな線状の弱い部分も設けられていない。
本発明は、以下で図1乃至6及び本発明の可能な実施の形態を参照してより詳細に説明される。
本発明に係る蓋1を製造するために、結合体の層(Verbundlage)2として、すなわち、この蓋の容器に面している結合体の層として、主にプラスチックが、単一の若しくは、複数層の層の形態で用いられている。このプラスチックからなる結合体の層2は、例えば、6乃至100μmの範囲の厚さを有している。用いられているプラスチックは、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、及びこれらに対応する共重合体、及び混合物から準備されている。これらプラスチック自身が、充填され、又は、充填されていない可能性があり、充填物質(Fu”llstoff)として、タルク、珪酸、又はチョーク(Kleide)が、用いられると好都合である。
本発明に係る蓋の特に有利な実施の形態は、容器に面しているプラスチック層2が容器の縁17’で封止していることに認められる。この結果、例えば、図1(e)に示されているような、スケールワックス(Siegellack)の形態の封止媒質を加えることなく済ませることができる。
さらに、容器に面している結合体の層2には、外側に、すなわち、「はがす」(Peelen)際に、消費者に向く側に、場合によっては、情報を表示する印刷文を設けることができる。
容器の反対を向いている(abgewandte)結合体の層3は、例えば、10乃至100μmの厚さを有するアルミニウムホイルからなっている。しかしながら、強化されたプラスチックホイルを用い、このプラスチックホイルを、場合によっては、このプラスチックホイルの外側で、アルミニウム又は紙と結合させることも考えられる。
層2、3のための素材を選択した後、蓋1のためにはがすことが可能な結合体(Verbund)が製造される。これは、例えば、共押し出し法を通して行なわれ、層2にプラスチックを用いる際と同様に、層3にプラスチックを用いる際にも特別な利点を示す。さらに、層2を押し出しコーティングにより層3に塗布することが可能である。これは、層2のプラスチックを層3に押し出し、それからこの層3と、層2と層3とをはがすことができることが保たれるように結合されるという意味で行なわれる。
さらに、層2と層3とからなる結合体をラミネートコーティングにより製造することが考えられる。プラスチックのタイプ並びに/もしくは共重合体でのその部分(Anteil)によって、接着剤(Haftvermittler)を追加し、又は、追加せずに行なうことができる。
蓋1のためのはがすことができる結合体を作った後に、この蓋は、印刷され、必要な場合には、封止媒質を設けられる。その際、(図1(e)を見よ)通常のスケールワックス7が、プラスチック層2の容器に向けられた側に塗布され、通常、倉庫で重なり合って保管されている蓋を取り上げること(Entstapeln)を本質的に容易にするために、この容器を(diesen)粗い表面でデザインすることは好都合である。複数の粗面のスペーサ(Abstandhalter)7’(図1(f)を見よ)が、幾何学的に配置されている形態の粗面のデザインは、特に好都合である。
さらに、外側の結合体の層3上のプリント用ラッカー(Drucklack)6も(図1(c)、(d)を見よ)粗面であってもよく、その結果、加えて、積み上げたところから取り上げることが容易になり、場合によっては、特別の印刷上の装飾を達成する。この際、プリント用ラッカー6は、幾何学的に配置されているスペーサ6’(図1(d)を見よ)の形態で設けられていると好都合である。層2と層3との間の結合のための接着が残りの蓋領域に比較して強い、領域4により正確にマークをするために、この領域は、同じように、表面のデザインが、滑らかで情報を示している印刷された表示(Druckbild)を有する。これは、この後、領域4に設けられる取り出し用開口部を通して部分的に取り出すことの可能性を消費者に示すためである。
今度は、層2と層3との間では、結合体は強く接着され、また、今後、図5に示されているような取り出し用開口部19の形式に対応する、領域4を準備することができるように、例えば、以下の方法が使用できる。図2、3に従って、結合体の接着が強化された領域4の製造が、いわゆるローラ原理にしたがって、行なわれる。その際、ローラ8又は10には、その表面に複数の高まった部分が付与されている。これらローラ自身は、100℃と300℃との間の温度に加熱されている。
図2によれば、層2と層3とからなる結合は、ローラ9、8の間で実行される。複数のローラの間の隙間の中でのローラの接触圧力(Anpressdruck)により、そして、複数の高まった部分8’により、例えば、図1(a)に概略的に描かれているような、結合体が強く接着された領域4を生じる。
滞在時間を長くするために、図3によれば、加熱されたドラム10が設けられ、この加熱ドラムでは、複数の偏向ローラ(Umlenkwalzen)11により、結合体の層2、3が、この加熱ドラムの表面に近づけられている。このドラムの形状と大きさとこのドラムに設けられている複数の高まった部分10’とにより、図2による案内(Verfahrensfu”hrung)に比べて滞在時間を高めることができる。複数の接触ローラ12に従って、結合体の層2、3は、広い領域に渡って、ドラムローラの圧力にさらされ、特に、複数の高まった部分10’にさらされ、この結果、領域4においては、特に強い結合のための接着を、すなわち、ほとんど、結合体の層2、3の溶接を達成することができる。
図4は、強い結合の接着の領域の製造が、同様に連続的に、ロールとしてある材料を打ち抜いて個々の蓋にする際に、実行されることを示している。この際、結合体の層2、3は、ロール製品として、押圧工具(Stanzewerkzeug)13と加熱されたプレート14との間を案内され、この押圧工具は、層3へと下げられ、同時に、加熱されたプレート14により、2つの層2、3は、層3を介して溶接される。この結果、領域4に設けられているような結合体の強い接着を達成することができ、その直後に通常の打ち抜き工具15を用いて、例えば、図1(a)に示されているような、まだロール製品としてある結合物を、個々の蓋に打ち抜き、出口開口部16を介して取り出すことができる。
しかしながら、もし、結合物の層2、3が、熱塑性プラスチック材料から形成されているならば、これらは、液体に加熱され、所定の領域で共に押圧されることができる。この領域は、結合体の強い接着が形成される領域4であることが好ましい。これは、例えば、超音波溶接又は誘導溶接により実行される。
さらに、従来のラミネートの複数の方法により、層2、3の間に架橋を促進する触媒(Vernetzungsbeschleuniger)が潜在的に加えられた接着剤を塗布することが可能である。この結合体の所定の複数の領域が、高い圧力と高温とを受けると、この結果、残りの蓋の断面に比較して、結合体が、この所定の領域4で強く接着されるように、架橋反応が開始する。
領域4で強められた結合体の接着は、それから結合体の層2、3を分離するのに必要な平均的な剥離力(Scha”lkraft)を用いて測定される。この際、結合体の層2、3からなる試料が作成される。この試料は、走行方向(Laufrichtung)に15mmの幅であり、縦方向に約300mmの長さである。引き続き、結合体の層2、3は、それらの端部で手で互いに分離され、例えば、Zwick会社からでている張力試験装置のクランプ装置の中へとぴんと張って入れられる。毎分100mmの離脱速度(Abzugsgeschwindigkeit)、最大50mmのクランプ間距離(Einspannla”nge)、及び90°の離脱角度(Abzugswinkel)でさらなる試験が行なわれる。測定結果若しくは剥離抵抗力の経過は、結合体の接着の測定に対応し、張力試験装置それ自身かダイアグラムレコーダで記録される。一連の試験の測定結果からN/15mmで(in)平均値が計算される。その際、結合層の接着が強化された領域4において、5N/15mmより大きく(>)、最大で160N/15mmの測定値が達成されることが示される。すなわち、領域4における結合体の接着はとても強く、図5に示されているように、開口を設ける際に、結合体の層2の一部分が、「破り取られ」、結合体の接着が強いために、層3に部分領域2’として接着し続ける。これに反して、残りの容器の断面では、0.1から5N/15mmまでで結合体は接着され、0.2から0.4N/15mmの領域で結合体が接着することにより、消費者にとって、「快適な剥離力(angenehme Peelkraft)」が与えられる。この結合体の接着は、また、層2と容器の縁17’との間の接着より弱く、この結果、残りの蓋の領域の層2、3を、簡単に互いに分離する(はがす)ことができる。この過程は、図5を用いて説明されている。
この際、把持用タブの形状の開放補助部18が、矢印Fの方向に引かれ、この結果、加えられた力により、層2、3は、互いに分離される(はがされる)。領域4において結合体は強く接着されているため(図1(a)を見よ)、この場合、取り出し用開口部19の寸法に対応して、プラスチック層2からなる層2’は、結合体が強く接着されているために、この層2’(diese)が、層3に、すなわち、容器の反対の結合体の層に、接着し続けるように、破り取られる。印加された力のために、プラスチック層2は、容器の縁17’からさらに少なくとも把持用タブ18の領域内で破れ、この結果、容器は、取り出し用開口部を例外として、部分的に閉じられたままでである。容器の縁17’と層2との間の封止の接合強度のために、結果として大部分が閉じられたままであり、飲用ヨーグルト(Trinkyoghurt)にスパイスのような包装内容物を取り出し用開口部19を通して取り出すことができる。
しかしながら、包装内容物の一部分だけが取り出され、容器が引き続き少なくともゆるく再び閉じられるならば、容器の外側を向いている結合体の層3には、感圧性接着剤20が設けられていれば好都合である。図6に示されているように、容器17は、矢印Fの方向に蓋1を引き離すことにより開かれ、この結果、包装内容物を、部分的に取り出すことができる。引き続いて、層3は、矢印Fと反対方向に、開いた後にまだとどまっている結合体の層2に、再びのせられ、この層2に(diese)少なくとも軽く押圧される。その結果、感圧性接着剤20の接着作用が発揮されることができる。この感圧性接着剤20は、把持用タブ18の領域にも付けられることができる。この結果、この把持用タブを容器の縁17’でひっくり返すことにより、この把持用タブが固定される。これにより、容器17を再び閉じることが可能であることが全体として改善される。
要約すると、本発明の実施の形態を、以下のように表現することができる。
本発明に係り、本質的に結合体の層2、3からなっている蓋1が述べられ、容器の方を向いている結合体の層2は、連続的に、すなわち、場合によって生じ得る複数の線状の弱い部分(Schwa”chungslinien)を生じずに、プラスチックから形成され、このプラスチックの内在的な引張り強度は、可能性のある取り出し用開口部の領域で、外側の結合体の層3への、すなわち、容器の外側を向いている層への、このプラスチックの(dessen)接着よりも弱い。この結果、この層3をこの層3の下にある層2から開口補助部18ではがす際、この層2の取り出し用開口部19に対応する部分2’が破り取られ、それに対して、残りの結合体の層は、容器の縁17’に接着し続ける。むく(はがす)際に加えられる力のために、さらに、少なくとも開口補助部18の領域でプラスチック層2が容器の縁17’から破れ、この結果、この容器は、部分的に、取り出し用開口部を例外として、閉じられたままである。この効果は、一方では、蓋部材の層2、3の間の結合体の接着を調節して設定し、他方では、容器の縁17’と容器の方を向いている層2との間の接着を調節して設定したために達成されている。こうして、結合体の接着は、取り出し用開口部4、19の可能性のある領域で、層2、3の間に存在する結合体の接着と比較して強められている。しかしながら、層2、3の間に存在する結合体の接着(Sie)は、容器に面している層2の間(zwischen der dem Beha”alter zugewandten Lage 2)の後者の結合体の接着、すなわち、蓋の内側の層2と容器の縁17’との間に封止のための接合強度を生じさせる後者の結合体の接着と、少なくとも同じ強さである。このことは、層2、3を互いに分離する際に、確かに、取り出し用開口部19は形成されているが、それでも、内側の層2は、引き続き大部分で容器の縁17’に接着し続けていることを意味している。この結果、部分的にも包装内容物を取り出すことができ、このように取り出した後で、容器は、少なくとも部分的に再び閉じられることができる。

Claims (21)

  1. 開口補助部(18)を有し、容器(17)を閉じるための、少なくとも2層の結合体に基づいている蓋(1)であって、この容器に面している結合体の層(2)は、この容器の縁(17’)を封止し、これら結合体の層(2、3)を分離する際に生じる、この容器の中にある包装内容物の取り出し用開口部(19)が形成される、蓋において、この蓋(1)は、構成が、前記容器に面し、線状の弱い部分が発生しない連続している結合体の層(2)と、この容器とは反対側に位置し、線状の弱い部分が発生しない連続している結合体の層(3)とを有し、前記容器に面している結合体の層(2)は、主に、プラスチックからなり、このプラスチックの内部引き裂き抵抗は、前記取り出し用開口部(4、19)の領域で、残りの蓋の領域におけるこの容器とは反対側の層(3)に対する前記容器に面している結合体の層の結合のための接着よりも弱く、このプラスチックの前記容器の縁(17’)に対する結合のための接着は、少なくとも開口補助部(18)の領域で前記結合体の層(3)に対する結合のための接着よりも強いため、複数の層(2、3)からなる結合体は、所定の領域(4)で、前記層(2、3)の間の前記結合体の結合が、残りの蓋の断面に比較して強められていて、
    この結合強度の差は、複数の層(2、3)からなる結合体が前記所定の領域(4)で高い圧力及び高い温度にさらされること、前記結合体の複数の層(2、3)を前記所定の領域(4)で誘導溶接すること、前記結合体の複数の層(2、3)を前記所定の領域(4)で超音波溶接すること、及び、2つの層(2、3)を架橋が促進される触媒を潜在的に有する接着剤で結合し、引き続いて、前記所定の領域(4)で高い圧力並びに/もしくは高い温度にさらすことのいずれか1により生じることを特徴とする蓋。
  2. 前記取り出し用開口部(4、19)の外側の前記結合体の接着は、0.1乃至5N/15mmの領域にあることを特徴とする請求項1に係る蓋。
  3. 前記取り出し用開口部(4、19)の外側の前記結合体の接着は、0.2乃至0.4N/15mmの領域にあることを特徴とする請求項2に係る蓋。
  4. 前記容器に面している結合体の層(2)のプラスチックは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリスチレン、これらの共重合体及びこれらの混合物のグループから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に係る蓋。
  5. 前記容器に面している結合体の層(2)は、複数の充填物質を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4に係る蓋。
  6. 前記充填物質は、タルク、並びに/若しくは、珪酸、並びに/若しくは、チョークであることを特徴とする請求項5に係る蓋。
  7. 前記容器に面しているプラスチックの結合体の層(2)は、前記容器の縁(17’)で封止していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に係る蓋。
  8. 前記容器に面しているプラスチックの結合体の層(2)には、熱封止可能な層(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に係る蓋。
  9. 前記熱封止可能な層(7)は、幾何学的形状に配置されているスペーサ(7’)により粗面を有することを特徴とする請求項8に係る蓋。
  10. 前記容器の反対側の結合体の層(3)は、場合によっては、紙と組み合わされる、アルミニウム、並びに/もしくは、プラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に係る蓋。
  11. 前記開口補助部(18)は、把持用タブの形態を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に係る蓋。
  12. 前記結合体の複数の層(2、3)の間には、接着剤が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に係る蓋。
  13. 前記接着剤は、潜在的に架橋を促進する触媒を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項12に係る蓋。
  14. 前記結合体の複数の層(2、3)の間には、感圧性接着剤(20)が、設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に係る蓋。
  15. 前記感圧性接着剤(20)は、前記開口補助部(18)の領域に追加して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項14に係る蓋。
  16. 複数の層(2、3)からなる結合体は、所定の領域(4)で、高い圧力及び高い温度にさらされ、その結果、この領域(4)で、前記層(2、3)の間の前記結合体の結合が、残りの蓋の断面に比較して強められることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1に係る蓋、の製造方法。
  17. 圧力の印加と高温の適用とは、複数の封止工具を用いて行なわれることを特徴とする請求項16に係る方法。
  18. 前記複数の封止工具は、複数の表面が高まった部分(8’、10’)を有する複数のローラ(8、10)であり、これら表面が高まった部分は、結合体の接着(4)が強められた前記領域(4)に対応することを特徴とする請求項17に係る方法。
  19. 前記結合体の複数の層(2、3)を所定の領域(4)で誘導溶接することにより、これら結合体の複数の層(2、3)の間に、この領域で、蓋の残りの断面に比較して強い結合体の接着が達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1に係る蓋、の製造方法。
  20. 前記結合体の複数の層(2、3)を所定の領域(4)で超音波溶接することにより、これら結合体の複数の層(2、3)の間に、この領域で、蓋の残りの断面に比較して強い結合体の接着が達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1に係る蓋、の製造方法。
  21. 2つの層(2、3)は、架橋を促進する触媒を潜在的に有する接着剤で結合され、引き続いて、所定の領域(4)で高い圧力並びに/もしくは高い温度にさらされ、この結果、前記触媒により、架橋反応が引き起こされ、これにより、前記領域(4)で、蓋の残りの断面に比較して高い結合体の接着が達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1に係る蓋、の製造方法。
