Description
(i) 車両の走行速度を、設定値以上の高速域と設定値未満の低速域とに分け、
(ii) 高速域で、上記エンジン回転数の変化に対するポンプ容量指令値の変化率が低速域でのエンジン回転数の変化に対するポンプ容量指令値の変化率よりも大きくなるように上記関数を設定し、
(iii) この設定された関数と上記エンジン回転数とによってポンプ容量指令値を決定する
ように構成されたものである。
(I) アクセル域を、上記アクセル量がアクセル量設定値以下の小アクセル域とアクセル量設定値を超える大アクセル域とに分け、
(II) 上記小アクセル域で、上記エンジン回転数の変化に対するポンプ容量指令値の変化率が上記大アクセル域でのエンジン回転数の変化に対するポンプ容量指令値の変化率よりも大きくなるように関数を設定し、
(III) この設定された関数と上記エンジン回転数とによってポンプ容量指令値を決定する
ように構成されたものである。
図1は走行駆動系及び制御系の構成を示す。

Claims (5)
- エンジンによって可変容量型の油圧ポンプを駆動し、この油圧ポンプからの吐出油によって走行用の油圧モータを駆動する油圧式走行車両の制御装置において、走行速度を検出する走行速度検出手段と、上記エンジンの回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出手段と、エンジン回転数と関数とによって決定されるポンプ容量指令値に基づいてポンプ容量をエンジン回転数の上昇に応じて増加させる方向に制御する制御手段とを備え、この制御手段は、
(i) 車両の走行速度を、設定値以上の高速域と設定値未満の低速域とに分け、
(ii) 上記高速域で、上記エンジン回転数の変化に対するポンプ容量指令値の変化率が低速域でのエンジン回転数の変化に対するポンプ容量指令値の変化率よりも大きくなるように上記関数を設定し、
(iii) この設定された関数と上記エンジン回転数とによってポンプ容量指令値を決定する
ように構成されたことを特徴とする油圧式走行車両の制御装置。 - 制御手段は、高速域に設定された上限値以上の速度領域、及び低速域に設定された下限値以下の速度領域では速度変化にかかわらず関数を一定にするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧式走行車両の制御装置。
- 制御手段は、走行速度を制限値以下に制限するエンジン制御を行うように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の油圧式走行車両の制御装置。
- アクセル量を指令するアクセル入力手段と、このアクセル入力手段によって指令されたアクセル量を検出するアクセル量検出手段とを備え、制御手段は、
(I) アクセル域を、上記アクセル量がアクセル量設定値以下の小アクセル域とアクセル量設定値を超える大アクセル域とに分け、
(II) 上記小アクセル域で、上記エンジン回転数の変化に対するポンプ容量指令値の変化率が上記大アクセル域でのエンジン回転数の変化に対するポンプ容量指令値の変化率よりも大きくなるように関数を設定し、
(III) この設定された関数と上記エンジン回転数とによってポンプ容量指令値を決定する
ように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧式走行車両の制御装置。 - 制御手段は、小アクセル域に設定された下限値以下の極小アクセル領域ではアクセル量の変化にかかわらず関数を一定にするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の油圧式走行車両の制御装置。
