Description
i)少なくとも1の開口を介して、前記放電管にイオン化充填材を充填するステップと、
ii)内部に貫通接続を設置して前記開口を封止し、さらに前記貫通接続を端部封止手段および/または放電管に気密接合して、気密高圧バーナーを得るステップと、
を有する。
本願において、「貫通開口」という用語は、「貫通接続開口」を含む概念を意味することに留意する必要がある。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの端部と放電空洞とを有する放電管であって、
少なくとも1つのコーティング層が設置され、該コーティング層によって、当該放電管の端部とシール材との間、および/またはシール材と端部封止体との間が気密接合され、
前記コーティング層の当該放電管、シール材および/または端部封止体との前記気密接合は、前記シール材と前記端部封止体および/または放電管とを直接気密接合した場合に比べて、密着性が高く、
前記端部封止体は、Mo、MoもしくはAl2O3でコーティングされたTa、Mo3Al金属間化合物、サーメットおよび/またはセラミックで構成され、
前記コーティング層は、少なくとも当該放電管の前記端部を被覆することを特徴とする放電管。 - 前記コーティング層は、膨張係数が4・10-6K-1から12・10-6K-1の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放電管。
- 前記コーティング層は、酸化およびヨウ化に対して化学的に耐性があることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の放電管。
- 前記コーティング層は、少なくともW、Moおよび/またはPtで構成される群から選択される材料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の放電管。
- コーティング層の設置された気密高圧バーナーであって、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の放電管を少なくとも1つ有し、少なくとも1つの端部封止手段と、少なくとも1つの貫通接続部とを有する気密高圧バーナー。
- 少なくとも1つの貫通接続部を有する少なくとも1つの端部封止体を有し、該端部封止体は、少なくとも1つの貫通した貫通開口を有し、該貫通開口の断面は、前記端部封止体の長手方向に沿って変化することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の気密高圧バーナー。
- 請求項5または6に記載の気密高圧バーナーを少なくとも1つ有するランプであって、自動車用のヘッドランプユニットに配置されるランプ。
- 請求項5または6に記載の気密高圧バーナーを製作する方法であって、該気密高圧バーナーは、
a)少なくとも1つの端部封止体と、
b)少なくとも2つの貫通接続端子と、
c)少なくとも1つの接合手段と
d)少なくとも1つのシール材と、
e)コーティング層の設置された少なくとも1つの放電管と、
を有し、
前記コーティング層の前記放電管、シール材および/または端部封止体との前記気密接合は、前記シール材と前記端部封止体および/または放電管とを直接気密接合した場合に比べて、密着性が高く、
当該方法は、
i)少なくとも1つの貫通開口を介して、前記放電管にイオン化充填材を充填するステップと、
ii)前記貫通開口に貫通接続端子を設置して前記貫通開口を封止し、さらに接合手段を用いて、前記端部封止手段および/または前記放電管に、前記貫通接続端子を気密接合して、気密高圧バーナーを得るステップと、
を有する、気密高圧バーナーを製作する方法。
