Description
Claims (7)
- 回転・案内装置が上昇管に接続されており、該上昇管内に配置された主軸が、該上昇管の上方に配置された駆動装置に接続されている前記回転・案内装置を駆動し、複部構成のランタン形頭部が前記駆動装置の重量をベースに伝達しており、前記上昇管とエルボとの間の移行領域内に、前記上昇管の直径よりも大きい直径を有するエルボ・入口フランジが形成され、前記上昇管は耐圧性のエルボハウジングに通じている、チューブラポンプにおいて、
前記耐圧性のエルボハウジング(2.3)にはベースプレート(2.4)が設けられ、前記ベースプレート(2.4)は重量及び力を前記ベースに伝達し、前記エルボ(15)に取付けられた外側軸受要素(17)のための力伝達受け部、ガイド及びシールが耐圧性のエルボハウジング(2.3)のベースプレート(2.4)に設けられ、ポンプ部(4)は、前記ベースプレート(2.4)を通り抜けることが可能となっていることを特徴とする、チューブラポンプ。 - 前記ベースプレート(2.4)は、前記複部構成のランタン形頭部(2)の構成部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチューブラポンプ。
- 前記ベースプレート(2.4)は、前記ランタン形頭部(2)に一体化された耐圧性のエルボハウジング(2.3)の構成部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のチューブラポンプ。
- 力を伝達するよう前記回転・案内装置に接続された主軸(6)は、前記ランタン(2,2.1)中においてポンプ部(4)の吐出開口の上方で取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3のいずれかに記載のチューブラポンプ。
- 回転しない前記ポンプ部(4)の振動計算のため振動ノードは、前記ベースプレート(2.4)の開口と前記外側軸受要素装置(17)との間に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載のチューブラポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ部(4)の振動長さ(PLP)及び駆動部(1,2)の振動長さ(PLA)は、前記ベースプレート(2.4)にある振動ノードから延び、前記ポンプ部(4)の振動長さ(PLP)は、前記振動ノードとモータ(1)の上端部との間の長さであり、前記駆動部(1,2)の振動長さ(PLA)は、前記振動ノードと前記ポンプ部(4)の吸入口との間の長さであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のチューブラポンプ。
- 前記ベースプレート(2.4)にある前記振動ノードは、前記主軸(6)及び回転翼(12)により形成された回転する前記ポンプ部(4)の1回転振動長さ(PLR)内に配設され、振動長さ(PLR)は、前記シャフト(6)のアキシアル軸受(5)と、下方の回転翼(12)のポンプインペラ軸受との間の長さであることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のチューブラポンプ。
