Claims (20)
- ステータの内周側に該ステータに対して同心円状に配置されたロータを有する電動機と、動力を伝達する伝動機構とを備えた動力伝達装置において、
前記伝動機構における所定の構成部材の一部が、前記ステータもしくはロータ側に突出し、その突出部分が前記ロータを前記ステータと同心円状に組み付けるためのガイド部となり、かつ前記突出部分は、前記伝動機構に動力を伝達する軸を含み、該軸と前記ロータとが相対回転可能に嵌合し、かつ前記軸と前記ロータとの間に、これら軸とロータとをトルク伝達可能に連結する連結部材が介装されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記電動機と伝動機構とがケースの内部に収容されるとともに、該ケースと一体の隔壁部が前記電動機と伝動機構との間に配置され、前記伝動機構が前記隔壁部によって閉じられた収容室に収容され、前記電動機が前記隔壁部を挟んで前記伝動機構とは反対側の収容室に前記隔壁部に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記軸は、前記隔壁部を貫通して前記電動機側に突出するとともに前記隔壁部によって支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。

- 前記出力部材もしくは該出力部材と一体の部材の一部と前記軸もしくは前記ロータとの少なくともいずれかがスプライン嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記伝動機構は、機械的手段で動力の伝達経路を変化させて変速比を変える機械的変速機を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記機械的変速機は、遊星歯車機構を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記機械的変速機は、後進段を設定する機構を含むことを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載の動力伝達装置。
- ステータの内周側に該ステータに対して同心円状に配置されたロータを有する電動機と、動力を伝達する伝動機構とがケースの内部に収容された動力伝達装置の組立方法において、
前記伝動機構を構成する部品を前記ケースの一方の開口端側から前記ケースの内部に挿入して互いに組み付けることにより前記伝動機構を組み立てた後、該伝動機構を収容する収容室を区画する隔壁部を前記ケースの内部に取り付けるとともに、その隔壁部に前記伝動機構の入力軸を貫通させかつその隔壁部で回転自在に支持し、その入力軸をガイド部材として前記ロータを前記入力軸の外周側に挿入し、そのロータの軸線方向での一端部を前記隔壁部によって回転自在に支持させ、さらに前記入力軸の外周面と前記ロータの内周面との間に連結部材を挿入し、その連結部材を介して前記入力軸と前記ロータとを連結することを特徴とする動力伝達装置の組立方法。 - 前記連結部材は、予め組み立てられた無段変速部の出力軸を含み、前記ロータの両端部を前記隔壁部と他の隔壁部とによって回転自在に支持した後、前記出力軸の先端部を、前記他の隔壁部を貫通させて前記入力軸の外周面と前記ロータの内周面との間に連結部材を挿入しかつこれら入力軸の外周面と前記ロータの内周面とにスプライン嵌合させることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の動力伝達装置の組立方法。
