Description
Claims (11)
- ピストンおよびエンジン弁を有する少なくとも1つの燃焼シリンダを備える内燃機関に用いられる弁作動システムであって、
前記内燃機関の少なくとも1つのシリンダの弁−ピストン間の間隙の距離に基づいて油圧出力を生じるように構成された油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプと連結された高圧リザーバと、
前記高圧リザーバと連結し、前記油圧ポンプの出力に応じて前記内燃機関の少なくとも1つのエンジン弁を作動させるように構成された電動油圧弁アクチュエータとを備え、
前記電動油圧弁アクチュエータは、前記高圧リザーバに連結された制御室と、前記制御室に流体接続され前記少なくとも1つのエンジン弁に機械的に接続された少なくとも1つのプランジャとを備え、前記弁作動システムは、前記制御室から前記高圧リザーバにいたる少なくとも1つのバイパス通路をさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つのバイパス通路は、第1の逆止弁が配置される第1のバイパス通路を備え、前記第1の逆止弁は、前記制御室内の圧力が前記高圧リザーバ内の圧力を超える際に油圧流体を前記制御室から前記高圧リザーバに流すように構成される弁作動システム。 - 前記高圧リザーバ内の圧力が前記電動油圧弁アクチュエータ内の圧力よりも低い際に油圧流体が前記電動油圧弁アクチュエータから前記高圧リザーバへと戻って流れるように、前記電動油圧弁アクチュエータから前記高圧リザーバにいたる少なくとも1つのバイパス通路をさらに備える請求項1に記載の弁作動システム。
- 前記油圧ポンプは、カムとプランジャとを備え、前記カムは、前記ピストンおよび前記エンジン弁の弁−ピストン間の間隙がゼロに近づく際に前記プランジャが前記カムに向かって移動するように、前記少なくとも1つの内燃機関シリンダの前記弁−ピストン間の間隙の距離に基づいて前記油圧出力を生じるように選択された形状を有する請求項1に記載の弁作動システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィードバックループは、制御弁が配置される第2のバイパス通路をさらに備える請求項1に記載の弁作動システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバイパス通路は、第2の制御弁および第2の逆止弁が配置される第2のバイパス通路をさらに備え、前記第2の制御弁が開放されている際には、油圧流体は、低圧領域に流れるようになされ、前記高圧リザーバ内の圧力が前記低圧領域内の圧力よりも低い際には、前記第2の逆止弁は、油圧流体を前記低圧領域から前記高圧リザーバに流すようにさせる請求項1に記載の弁作動システム。
- 前記高圧リザーバと連結されたアキュムレータをさらに備える請求項1に記載の弁作動システム。
- 前記アキュムレータは、過度な油圧流体を蓄積し、前記逆止弁が前記流体圧力の高圧変化に対応して開放されるように機能する請求項6に記載の弁作動システム。
- ピストンおよびエンジン弁を有する少なくとも1つの燃焼シリンダを備える内燃機関に用いられる弁作動方法であって、前記内燃機関は、前記エンジン弁を開閉する電動油圧弁作動システムを備え、前記電動油圧弁作動システムは、カムと機械的に連結するプランジャを備える油圧ポンプを備え、前記カムは、油圧を生成するように前記プランジャを移動し、エンジンクランク軸に機械的に連結されており、前記電動油圧弁作動システムは、前記油圧ポンプに流体接続されるとともに、前記エンジン弁と機械的に接続され該エンジン弁を開閉する第2のプランジャをも備え、
前記少なくとも1つの燃焼シリンダ用の前記ピストンおよび前記エンジン弁のピストン−弁間の間隙の距離を把握する工程と、
前記ピストンと前記エンジン弁の弁−ピストン間の間隙がゼロに近づく際に前記プランジャが前記カムに向かって移動するように、前記ピストン−弁間の間隙の距離に基づいて前記油圧ポンプの前記カムの向きを選択する工程とを含み、
前記電動油圧弁作動システムは、制御弁を介して高圧リザーバと連結された制御室をさらに備え、前記方法は、
アキュムレータを前記高圧リザーバと連結する工程と、
前記制御室内の圧力が前記高圧リザーバ内の圧力を超える際にピストン−弁間の衝突を防ぐために油圧流体流が前記制御室から前記高圧リザーバに流れるように、前記制御室から逆止弁を介して前記高圧リザーバにいたるバイパス通路を設ける工程とをさらに含む弁作動方法。 - 前記逆止弁が流体圧力の高圧変化に対応して開放されるように前記アキュムレータを構成する工程をさらに含む請求項8に記載の弁作動方法。
- エンジンピストンおよびエンジン弁を有する少なくとも1つの燃焼シリンダを備える内燃機関に用いられる電動油圧弁作動システムであって、
前記内燃機関の少なくとも1つのシリンダの弁−ピストン間の間隙の距離に基づいて油圧流体の油圧出力を生じる油圧ポンプ手段と、
前記油圧ポンプ手段の油圧流体の出力に応じて前記内燃機関の少なくとも1つのエンジン弁を作動させる弁作動手段と、
前記油圧ポンプと連結された高圧リザーバ手段と、
前記高圧リザーバに連結された制御室手段と、
前記エンジンピストンが前記エンジン弁の近くに移動する際に前記弁作動手段からの油圧流体の方向を変えるバイパス手段と、
前記バイパス手段に配置され、前記制御室内の圧力が前記高圧リザーバ内の圧力を超える際に油圧流体流を前記制御室から前記高圧リザーバに流す逆止弁手段とを備える電動油圧弁作動システム。 - 前記ポンプ手段からの出力から過度な油圧流体を蓄積するためのアキュムレータ手段をさらに備える請求項10に記載の弁作動システム。
