Description
a)被検査者の身体部分、好ましくは指頭腹面の侵襲用の収容部を備える筐体、
b)収容部を基準に解放位置および作用位置に移動可能の身体部分用の支承体、
c)リニアの穿刺行程で支承体に対して当接する身体部分の中へ突刺可能の穿刺機構を有する穿刺ユニット、
d)身体部分から流出する体液を適用するための試験テープを有する試験テープユニット、および
e)試験テープの部分に適用した体液を検査するための検出ユニット。
支持構造は位置決め装置を利用して好ましくは弓状の軌道曲線上で装置コンポーネントの各目標位置へ移動可能である場合、
支持構造が装置コンポーネント用の固定要素を備えるプラットホームによって形成される場合、
支持構造が好ましくは装置コンポーネントの着脱可能の固定のためにクリップ−、ねじ−またはラチェット機構を有する場合、
支持構造が網目−または格子状に配設される装置コンポーネント用の固定点を有する場合、
試験手段ユニットが、多数の試験ストリップの処理、特に準備および処分用のマガジンを有する場合。
a)被検査者の身体部分、好ましくは指頭腹面が装置筐体の収容部と係合させられ、身体部分用の支承体が接触される。
b)穿刺機構はリニアの穿刺行程で支承体に対して当接する身体部分の中に突き刺される。
c)それに続き穿刺機構の引き戻し時に支承体が解放位置へ運ばれる。
d)身体部分から流出する体液は、収容部の領域へ移動した試験テープの部分に適用され、検出ユニットを利用して分析される。
自動血液獲得、
試験担体上への自動血液適用、
利用しない試験担体の格納、
使用済みの試験担体の処分。
Claims (22)
- 体液を検査するための分析装置であって、
a)被検査者の身体部分(66)、好ましくは指頭腹面の侵襲用の収容部(12)を設けた筐体(10)と、
b)該身体部分(66)用の収容部(12)を基準に、前記身体部分(66)と接触しない位置である解放位置および前記身体部分(66)と接触する位置である作用位置に移動可能の、前記筐体(10)内に設けられた支承体(14)と、
c)前記身体部分(66)の中へ突刺可能の穿刺機構(18)を有する、前記支承体(14)に支えられる穿刺ユニット(16)と、
d)前記身体部分(66)から流出する体液を受け取るための試験テープ(22)を有する試験テープユニット(20)と、
e)試験テープ(22)の部分に適用される体液を検査するための検出ユニット(24)とを備え、
前記穿刺機構(18)の前進運動の後、前記支承体(14)および前記穿刺機構(18)が前記解放位置に移動し、それによって体液が流出するための自由空間を作ることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 体液を送り込む試験テープ部分が前記支承体(14)の解放位置で前記収容部(12)の領域へ移送可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分析装置。
- 前記穿刺ユニット(16)および試験テープユニット(20)を位置決め装置(70)を利用して交互に前記収容部(12)を基準に機能位置へ移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の分析装置。
- 前記支承体(14)が前記収容部(12)の作用位置に対向する前記穿刺ユニット(16)の前面(26)によって形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記穿刺ユニット(16)および試験テープユニット(20)が画定された相互の位置関係で筐体(10)と相対的に移動可能の共通の構造群を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記穿刺ユニット(16)および試験テープユニット(20)用の筐体(10)と、共通の支持構造(72)とのあいだに結合機構(76、78)が配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記穿刺ユニット(16)および試験テープユニット(20)が専用に組み込まれる、好ましくは相互に結合される移送手段(80)を介して独立の軌道上で交互に前記収容部(12)の領域へ移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記支承体(14)が前記試験テープ(22)用の可動テープ案内部(90)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記穿刺ユニット(16)および試験テープユニット(20)が装置に固定して配設されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の分析装置。
- 前記試験テープユニット(20)が前記収容部(12)の領域に位置決め可能のテープチューブの形成のために往復可動式転向ヘッド(56)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記支承体(14)が作用位置で穿刺行程の高低を画定するための基準手段を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記支承体(14)および/または試験テープ(22)が前記穿刺機構(18)用の突刺開口部(32)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記穿刺ユニット(16)が好ましくは筐体外側から操作可能の、支承体(14)を基準に穿刺行程の調節用の調整装置(38)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記試験テープユニット(20)がテープカセット(42)によって試験テープの部分ごとの移送のために好ましくは巻付コイル体(44、48)を利用して形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記多数のランセット体が穿刺機構(18)として好ましくは交換可能の前記穿刺ユニット(16)のランセットマガジン(36)の中に格納されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記収容部(12)が押圧される身体部分(66)内の体液の内圧を高める圧縮機構(64)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 収容部の領域で締め付けられた試験テープ(22)の部分が支承体(14)として穿刺行程用の基準位置を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記支承体(14)が前記収容部(12)の移送または圧縮運動によって解放位置と作用位置へ移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記収容部(12)の領域へ試験テープ(22)のチューブ(140)を引抜くためのテープ転向ユニット(134、136)を特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 被検査者の身体部分(66)と係合するための収容部(12)が設けられた筐体(10)と、該筐体内に配列された複数の装置コンポーネント(16、20、24)とからなり、
少なくとも身体部分(66)の中へ穿刺機構(18)を穿刺するための穿刺ユニット(16)と、
該身体部分(66)から流出する体液を試験手段、特に試験テープ(22)または試験ストリップ上へ適用するための試験手段ユニット(20’)と、
試験手段(22)上に適用される体液を検査するための任意の検出ユニット(24)と
を備えた体液用の分析装置、特に携帯可能の血糖測定装置であって、
前記少なくとも2つの装置コンポーネント(16、20、24)が前記収容部(12)を基準に交互にその各機能位置へ移動可能であることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 前記装置コンポーネント(16、20、24)が共通の支持構造(150)上に配設されており、かつ装置コンポーネント(16、20、24)の位置決め用の支持構造(150)がその各機能位置で前記筐体(10)に対して移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3〜20のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
- 前記試験手段ユニットが、多数の試験ストリップの処理用のマガジン(66)、特にドラムマガジンまたはステープルマガジンを有することを特徴とする請求項20または21記載の分析装置。
