Claims (3)
- 少なくとも一つの段に一つの反応器を備えることにより、少なくとも水素と、一酸化炭素と、二酸化炭素と、さらに所望されていない不純物とを含む合成ガスから、加圧下でメタノールを接触製造する方法であって、
メタノールを製造するための各接触反応システムの上流に、メタノールを合成するための吸着剤として触媒材料を収容する吸着段を接続し、この吸着段をメタノールに接触変換するための温度よりも低い状態にある温度で稼動させる方法において
吸着剤として、30〜50%のCuO,30〜50%のZnOおよび10〜30%のAl2O3の組成を有する触媒材料を使用することを特徴とする方法。 - 吸着装置において、吸着温度を100℃〜200℃の間に、好ましくは150℃〜160℃の間に調節することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 吸着装置において、吸着温度を150℃〜160℃の間に調節することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
