Claims (6)
- シーム溶接時の電流値を溶接パルス単位で検出するパルス検出ステップと、
複数の溶接パルス単位又は複数の溶接パルス群を対象に独立設定される閾値に対して、前記パルス検出ステップで検出された前記溶接パルスの電流値を比較し、前記シーム溶接の溶接異常を判定する異常判定ステップと、を備え、
前記異常判定ステップでは、前記溶接パルスの印加に伴って前記閾値が増大する初期判定領域と、前記溶接パルスの印加に伴って前記閾値が減少する中間判定領域と、前記溶接パルスの印加に伴って前記中間判定領域よりも急峻に前記閾値が減少する後期判定領域と、を有することを特徴とするシーム溶接の溶接異常検出方法。 - シーム溶接に用いられる全ての前記溶接パルスに対して、前記異常判定ステップを実行することを特徴とする請求項1記載のシーム溶接の溶接異常検出方法。
- 前記異常判定ステップにおける前記閾値として上限値及び下限値が設定されており、前記電流値が前記上限値を上回る場合又は前記下限値を下回る場合に異常判定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のシーム溶接の溶接異常検出方法。
- 前記異常判定ステップにおける前記閾値が、シーム溶接に用いられる全ての前記溶接パルス毎に独立設定されることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載のシーム溶接の溶接異常検出方法。
- シーム溶接時における溶接ローラに供給される溶接パルスの電流値を前記溶接パルス単位で検出するパルス検出部と、
複数の前記溶接パルス単位又は複数の前記溶接パルス群を対象に閾値が独立設定される判定条件設定部と、
前記閾値に対して前記パルス検出部で検出された前記溶接パルスの電流値を比較し、前記シーム溶接の溶接異常を判定する異常判定部と、
を備え、
前記異常判定部における複数の前記閾値は、前記溶接パルスの印加に伴って前記閾値が増大する初期判定領域と、前記溶接パルスの印加に伴って前記閾値が減少する中間判定領域と、前記溶接パルスの印加に伴って前記中間判定領域よりも急峻に前記閾値が減少する後期判定領域を有することを特徴とするシーム溶接異常検出装置。 - 一対の溶接ローラと、
前記溶接ローラを移動自在に保持する保持機構と、
交流電流を直流に変換すると共に、前記直流の電流及び電圧を安定化して出力する安定化電源部と、
前記安定化電源部から供給される直流電流を溶接パルスに変換して、前記溶接ローラに供給するパルス制御部と、
請求項5記載の溶接異常検出装置と、
を備えることを特徴とするシーム溶接装置。
