Description
前記ロールネックもしくはロールネック上に設けられたロールネックスリーブが、ロールチョック内に設けられた軸受ブッシュにより取囲まれており、
前記軸受ブッシュが、共通の軸方向ライン内に設けられていて、かつ内側に設けられている少なくとも二つの流体静力学的凹部を備え、この流体静力学的凹部が、逆止弁を介して、及び軸受ブッシュ内で延びている孔を介して加圧手段を供給可能であり、
前記孔内の絞り弁が、軸受ブッシュ内においてロールネックあるいはロールネックスリーブが傾いた場合でも、最適な流体静力学的軸受を保証する油膜軸受に関する。
軸受ブッシュ5には、圧力接続部10,10‘が設けられており、この圧力接続部には固定した導管11,11’が取付けられている。導管は接続ブロック12へ案内され、ここで同様に圧力接続部13,13‘により固定されている(図2参照)。接続ブロック12はネジ14,14’を介してロールチョック2に固定されている。

Claims (5)
- ロールネック(4)用の油膜軸受(1)であって、
前記ロールネックもしくはロールネック上に設けられたロールネックスリーブ(3)が、ロールチョック(2)内に設けられた軸受ブッシュ(5)により取囲まれており、
前記軸受ブッシュ(5)が、共通の軸方向ライン内に設けられていて、かつ内側に設けられている少なくとも二つの流体静力学的凹部(9,9’)を備え、この流体静力学的凹部が、逆止弁(18)を介して、及び軸受ブッシュ(5)内で延びている孔(6,6’)を介して加圧手段を供給可能であり、
前記孔(6,6’)内の絞り弁(15,15’)が、軸受ブッシュ(5)内においてロールネック(4)あるいはロールネックスリーブ(3)が傾いた場合でも、最適な流体静力学的軸受を保証する油膜軸受(1)において、
前記少なくとも二つの孔(6,6’)が、接続ブロック(12)と接続していること、絞り弁(15,15’)が前記接続ブロック(12)内に収容されていること、前記逆止弁(18)が前記接続ブロック(12)に取付けられていること、そして
前記接続ブロック(12)が、前記ロールチョック(2)に自由に外部から作業可能に固定されていることを特徴とする油膜軸受。 - 前記孔(6,6’)と前記接続ブロック(12)が、圧力接続部(10,10’;13,13’)を備えていること、及び
孔(6,6’)の前記圧力接続部(10,10’)が、前記接続ブロック(12)の前記圧力接続部(13,13’)と固定した導管(11,11’)を介して互いに接続していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油膜軸受。 - 導管(11,11’)が、2000バール以上の圧力に耐える管体から成り、この管体が軸受ブッシュ(5)とロールチョック(2)との間の偶発的な相対運動を均衡化するために弾性的に変形可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の油膜軸受。
- 逆止弁(18)および/または絞り弁(15,15’)が、接続ブロック(12)に交換可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の油膜軸受。
- カラーを備えていない軸受ブッシュ(5)が使用されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の油膜軸受。
