Abstract
"MANCAL DE PELìCULA DE óLEO PARA PINOS DE CILINDROS COM SUPORTE HIDROSTáTICO". A presente invenção se refere a um mancal de película de óleo (1) para pinos de cilindros (4), cuja bucha do munhão (3) que está montada sobre ele é circundada por uma bucha do mancal (5) disposta numa peça de montagem (2), sendo que a bucha do mancal (5) apresenta pelo menos duas bolsas hidrostáticas (9, 9<39>) internas, posicionadas essencialmente numa linha axial conjunta, sendo que estas bolsas devem poder ser alimentadas com um meio de pressão através de uma válvula de retenção (18) e por perfurações (6, 6<39>) que correm dentro da bucha do mancal (5) , e sendo que estrangulamentos (15, 15<39>) dentro das perfurações (6, 6<39>) proporcionam um excelente apoio hidrostático, inclusive no caso de um posicionamento oblíquo do pino de cilindro (4) ou, eventualmente, da bucha do munhão (3) dentro da bucha do mancal (5), que deve ser desenvolvido ulteriormente de tal maneira que a função hidrostática do mancal seja assegurada de maneira pouco dispendiosa e no qual seja possível efetuar inspeções dos estrangulamentos (15, 15<39>) sem maiores problemas. Para tanto, a presente invenção propõe que pelo menos duas perfurações (6, 6<39>) sejam conectadas a um bloco de junção (12), que os estrangulamentos (15, 15<39>) sejam contidos dentro do bloco de junção (12) e que a válvula de retenção (18) seja atribuída ao bloco de junção (12).
