Description

The present invention relates to a plate material suction and transfer apparatus for sequentially sucking and transferring plate materials stacked in multiple stages from the uppermost stage, and an improvement of the method.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, production lines that handle plate materials made of wood, plywood, resin, metal, etc., have used plate material suction and transfer devices that sequentially lift and lift plate materials stacked on a table etc. from the top level and transfer them to other locations. .

However, in this type of equipment, not only the uppermost plate material but also the lower one is due to the fact that the overlapping surfaces of the loaded plate materials are in a vacuum state and the degree of adhesion increases due to moisture etc. There is a problem of lifting together. Further, if the plate material itself has air permeability, a plurality of sheets may be lifted by suction due to the air permeability.

Conventionally, when such a situation occurs, after temporarily lifting by suction, it waits temporarily at the top, waits for the plate material to fall by its own weight, or hits the lifted plate material from above, etc. Given that, the measures were taken to drop only the lower plate due to the impact.

However, such a method not only takes time but also cannot obtain certain certainty depending on the position of the loaded stage, the adhesion of each plate material, the contact area of the plate material, and the like.

In addition, the following document describes that the uppermost plate material stacked in an inclined state is pushed out by a pusher from the side edge direction of the plate material, and the front end portion of the plate material is slightly lifted and leveled, and the front of the extruded plate material An apparatus is disclosed in which a portion is separated from a plate material of the next stage by a rotating brush having an air blowing hole and transferred forward.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-79400

However, since the method of the above-mentioned literature is intended to lift the tip of the plate material with a pusher, there is no problem with a device that directly transports it with a roller or the like in the same direction as the push-out direction, but suction is performed from above with a suction pad. As for the material, since pressure is applied by the suction pad from above the plate material, the lifted plate material tip may sink again, which is not an appropriate method. In addition, since it is necessary to load the plate materials in an inclined manner in advance, there is a concern that the plate materials may be displaced during loading.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is that the next-stage plate material is lifted together when the uppermost plate material is sucked and transferred among the multi-layered plate materials. It is an object of the present invention to provide a plate material suction transfer device and method that can efficiently transfer the plate material.

In order to achieve the above object, the plate material suction and transfer device according to claim 1 is a plate material suction and transfer device that sequentially transfers plate materials stacked in multiple stages by suction transfer means, and among the stacked plate materials, Each time the uppermost plate is lifted and transferred by the suction transfer means, the next-stage plate is lifted and moved to the uppermost height, and is held in that state, and one of the plates loaded on the lifter. It is provided on the side, the plate material extruding means for extruding the uppermost plate material to the other side, and on the other side of the plate material loaded on the lifter, the uppermost plate material is extruded by the plate material extruding means. when the a push-up means for pushing up the pop-out portion from the lower, the same time when the uppermost sheet is pushed up by the push-up means, and the lifted uppermost sheet Characterized by comprising a air injection means for injecting air into the gap generated between the plate stage.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, a stopper is provided on the opposite side of the plate material extruding means to prevent the lower plate material from being displaced when the plate material is extruded.

The plate material suction and transfer method according to claim 3 is characterized in that the plate material is sucked and transferred using the plate material suction and transfer device according to claim 1 or 2.

According to the plate material suction transfer device according to claim 1, when the plate material is sequentially transferred by the suction transfer means, the protruding portion of the uppermost plate material pushed out to the other side by the plate material pushing means is At the same time, air is injected into the gap generated between the uppermost plate and the next plate by the air injection means, so that the force to lift the plate from below, Separation of the plate material is facilitated by the air blown between the next-stage plate material. Therefore, when the uppermost plate is sucked by the suction transfer means, it is possible to prevent the next plate from being lifted at the same time.

In particular, even after the gap is formed between the plate members, the push-up means supports the tip of the uppermost plate member from below, so that a gap is maintained. Also, adsorption can be easily performed without sinking the plate material. Thus, since it adsorb | sucks, hold | maintaining a peeling state, it is not simultaneously sucked by the close_contact | adherence between board | plate materials, or two or more sheets are attracted | sucked by the air permeability of a board | plate material. Further, a secondary effect of removing dust between the plate materials by the air jetting means can be expected.

According to the plate material suction and transfer device of the second aspect, since the stopper is further provided on the opposite side of the plate material pushing means, it is possible to prevent the lower plate material from being displaced when the plate material is pushed out.

According to the plate material suction and transfer method of the third aspect, since the apparatus is used, the same effect can be obtained.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1A to 1E are schematic views showing a method of sucking and transferring a plate material by the plate material suction and transfer apparatus of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the uppermost plate material among the loaded plate materials is sucked and lifted up, and illustration of the transfer to other places is omitted. 2A and 2B illustrate the transfer to the processing apparatus by the suction transfer means, where FIG. 2A is a front view as viewed from the B side of the apparatus of FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is a plan view thereof.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the apparatus and the suction transfer operation will be described with reference to these drawings.

The plate material suction and transfer device 20 includes a lifter 2 for loading a plurality of plate materials P, a plate material pushing means 3 provided on one side A of the plate material P loaded on the lifter 2, and a plate material P loaded on the lifter 2. It adsorbs the push-up means 4 provided on the other side B, the air injection means 5 provided on the other side B, the stopper 6 provided on the other side B, and the uppermost plate P1. And a suction transfer means 1 having a plurality of (three in the illustrated example) suction pads 1a for lifting (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

In FIG. 2, 7 is a laying plate on which the plate material P is placed, 8 is a travel rail on which the suction transfer means 1 travels, 9a is a support column that supports the suction transfer means 1 and the travel rail on the starting point side, and 9b is A support arch supported on the end point side, 10 is a processing device that is the next processing device for the plate material, 11 is a platen loading table for processing device that is a plate material transfer place, and 12 is a support beam that supports the plate material pushing means 3.

The suction transfer means 1 suspends a lifting device 1b composed of a cylinder or the like for lifting and lowering the suction pads 1a, a traveling device 1c composed of a motor for traveling on the traveling rail 8, and the suction pads 1a. And a pad support plate 1d for supporting it to be lowered. The three suction pads 1a are arranged and suspended at equal intervals in the push-out direction, and the suction pad 1a on the other side B side is arranged at a position shifted from the loading position of the plate material P. ing. In FIG. 2B, the three suction pads 1a and the pad support plate 1d are shown, and the lifting device 1b and the traveling device 1c are not shown.

The lifter 2 lifts and moves the next-stage plate material P2 to the uppermost height position each time the upper-most plate material P1 is lifted and transferred by the suction transfer means 1 among the loaded plate materials P. It has a structure to hold in. That is, the lifter 2 is provided with a drive device (not shown) such as a hydraulic pressure or a motor so that the lifter 2 can be raised and lowered, and an upper limit detection sensor (not shown) for stopping the uppermost plate member P1 at a fixed position. Have.

The plate material pushing means 3 is constituted by a pushing cylinder 3a and a pushing end 3b, and the pushing-up means 4 is constituted by a pushing cylinder 4a and an operating rod 4c having a pushing-up part 4b at the tip. As shown in FIG. 2, the operating rod 4c is fixed at a fulcrum 4d, and the cylinder 4a connected to the opposite end of the operating rod 4c is operated to move the push-up portion 4b up and down by the principle of the rod.

The air injection means 5 is installed so as to inject air to the vicinity between the uppermost plate material P1 and the next plate material P2.

Although the stopper 6 is configured to prevent the lower plate material P from being displaced, it may be configured to prevent the floor plate 7 from being displaced.

Next, a method for sucking the uppermost plate material P1 will be described.

A plurality of plate materials P to be sequentially transferred are loaded on the lifter 2. It is desirable that the plate material P is not placed directly on the lifter 2 but is stacked via the floor plate 7 in order to prevent scratches. Then, after loading the plate material P, the stopper 6 is raised to prevent deviation. The stopper 6 moves up and down by a stopper cylinder 6a.

Next, the other end of the plate material P1 is moved forward, that is, on the other side B side by operating the plate material pushing means 3 to push out one side end portion P11 of the plate material P1. The part P12 is protruded (see FIGS. 1A and 1B). The other side end portion P12 of the plate material P1 is pushed out and is located immediately below the suction pad 1a disposed on the other side B side. That is, it may be controlled to extrude a little longer than the diameter of the suction pad 1a so that the other side end portion P12 can be sucked by the suction pad 1a.

In this state, the protruding portion P12 of the plate material P1 is lifted from below by the push-up means 4, and air is injected by the air injection means 5 into the gap formed between the uppermost plate material P1 and the next-stage plate material P2. (See FIGS. 1B and 1C). That is, air is sent into the gap to be opened by the push-up means 4 so that the plate material P1 can be easily pulled away from the next plate material P2.

While the air injection is continued in the state where the plate material P1 is pushed up, the lifting device 1b is driven to lower the suction pad 1a..., Adsorb the plate material P1, and raise the adsorbed plate material P1 (FIG. 1D). (See (e)).

In the illustrated example, the height of the suction pads 1a... Is adjusted to be inclined in accordance with the inclination of the plate material P1 in which the other end P12 is lifted by the push-up means 4, so that three places can be adsorbed simultaneously. It has become. In addition, you may provide the raising / lowering apparatus corresponding to each so that suction pad 1a ... can be controlled by changing a stroke separately.

And if the board | plate material P1 is lifted upwards, the traveling apparatus 1c will be driven after that and it will be transferred to the processing apparatus 10 side along the traveling rail 8. FIG.
During or after the transfer of the plate material P1, the lifter 2 is operated to lift the next-stage plate material P2 to the uppermost height position to prepare for the transfer of the next plate material P2.

Due to the apparatus configuration as described above, two plate members are generated by the force to lift the protruding portion P12 of the plate member P1 from below and the air blown between the uppermost plate and the next plate member P1, P2. P1 and P2 can be easily peeled off. Therefore, when the uppermost plate material P1 is to be sucked and lifted, the next plate material P2 can be prevented from being lifted simultaneously.

Even if the next plate member P2 is lifted simultaneously by the push-up means 4 because of the vacuum contact between the plate members, air is blown by the air injection means 5, so that the uppermost plate member P1 and the next plate member P2 The vacuum state formed between the two is broken, and the plate materials can be easily separated from each other.

Further, even after the gap is formed between the plate materials, the push-up means 4 supports the tip portion P12 of the uppermost plate material P1 from below, so that the gap is maintained. Also when performing, adsorption | suction can be performed easily, without the board | plate material P1 sinking by the pressure from upper direction. Thus, since it is the apparatus structure which adsorb | sucks, hold | maintaining a peeling state, it is not sucked simultaneously by the close_contact | adherence between board | plate materials P1 and P2, nor multiple sheets are attracted | sucked by the air permeability of a board | plate material.
Further, a secondary effect of removing dust between the plate materials P1 and P2 by the air injection means 5 can be expected.

The plate material P1 sucked and lifted as described above is transported in the direction orthogonal to the pushing direction of the plate material P1 by traveling on the traveling rail 8, and is a predetermined position P1b of the processing device plate material loading platform 11 which is a transfer end point. (See FIG. 2). 2B, P1a indicates the position of the plate placed at the loading position, and P1c indicates the plate standby position before processing in the processing apparatus 10.
