Claims (16)
- ガスを受け入れる吸引口をもつケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に設けられ前記吸引口からガスを受け入れかつ前記ガスを圧縮する羽根車と、前記ケーシング内の拡散チャネルを囲む前記ケーシングの壁に設けられた環状のプレートと、前記プレートに形成され前記羽根車により生じた音響エネルギーを減衰させる共鳴器列を形成し、その深さが前記プレートの外径部分から内径部分に沿って変化する第1のセル列および第2のセル列とを有するとともに、
前記第1のセル列が前記プレートの1表面から延び、前記第2のセル列が前記プレートの前記反対表面から延び、かつ前記第2のセル列における前記セルは、前記第1のセル列にあるセルにまで延び、前記第1のセル列の各セルの大きさは、前記第2のセル列の各セルの大きさよりも大きく、前記第1のセル列の各セルの前記深さが、前記プレートの外径部分から内径部分にわたって次第に減少し、前記第2のセル列の各セルの前記深さが、次第に増加するガス圧縮装置。 - 前記セルは、前記プレートに形成された孔の形状をもち、前記第1のセル列の各孔の径は、前記第2のセル列の前記孔の径よりも大きい請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 前記第1のセル列の1のセルは、前記第2のセル列の複数のセルと連通している請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 前記プレートの厚さは、前記プレートの外径部分から内径部分にわたって次第に減少する請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 前記第1および第2のセル列の各セルの前記結合した深さは、前記プレートの外径部分から内径部分にわたって次第に減少する請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 前記第1のセル列は前記拡散チャネルに面する前記プレートの前記表面から延びている請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 渦形室が、前記拡散チャネルから圧縮されたガスを受け入れるために前記拡散チャネルと連通して前記ケーシング内に形成された請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 前記セルの個数および大きさは、前記装置に関連する音響エネルギーの主要なノイズ成分を減衰化するよう形成および配置されている請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 前記共鳴器は、ヘルムホルツ共鳴器または四分の一波長共鳴器のいずれかである請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置を使用し、ガス圧縮を行なうガス圧縮方法。
- 請求項1に記載の前記装置の前記セルは、前記プレートに形成された孔の形状を有し、前記第1のセル列の各前記孔の径は、前記第2のセル列の前記孔の径よりも大きい請求項10に記載のガス圧縮方法。
- 請求項1に記載の前記装置の前記第1のセル列の1のセルは、前記第2のセル列の複数のセルと連通している請求項11に記載のガス圧縮方法。
- 請求項1に記載の前記装置の前記プレートの厚さは、前記プレートの外径部分から前記内径部分にかけて次第に減少する請求項10に記載のガス圧縮方法。
- 請求項1に記載の前記装置の前記第1および第2のセル列の各セルの前記結合した深さは、前記プレートの外径部分から内径部分にかけて次第に減少する請求項13に記載のガス圧縮方法。
- 請求項1に記載の前記装置の前記セルの個数および大きさは、前記方法に関連する音響エネルギーの主要なノイズ成分を減衰化させるように形成されかつ配置されている請求項10に記載のガス圧縮方法。
- 請求項1に記載の前記装置の前記共鳴器は、ヘルムホルツ共鳴器または四分の一波長共鳴器のいずれかである請求項10に記載のガス圧縮方法。
