Description
Claims (3)
- コンピュータシステム内において、溶液保存タンク内に位置する化学溶液の導電率を制御する方法であって、前記化学溶液は、前記溶液保存タンク内において少なくとも1つの化学生成物成分を水と混合することによって製造される、方法において、
前記水に関連する導電率計測値を判定する段階と、
前記化学溶液が前記溶液保存タンク内において製造された後に、前記化学溶液の導電率計測値を算出する段階であって、前記化学溶液の導電率計測値は、前記化学溶液中の水に対する前記化学生成物成分のパーセント濃度を示している、段階と、
前記水に関連する導電率計測値、前記化学溶液の導電率計測値、および前記化学溶液に指定されている導電率設定点を分析する段階であって、前記化学生成物成分を前記溶液保存タンクに供給するべきかどうかを判定する段階と、
を備え、
前記導電率設定点は、前記化学溶液中における水に対する前記化学生成物成分の望ましいパーセント濃度を示しており、
前記溶液保存タンク内の前記化学溶液は、皿洗機によって使われ、前記皿洗機において実行される1つまたはそれより多い皿洗いプロセスの間、前記皿洗機内に配置された物品に対して適用され、
前記分析をする段階は、前記水に関連する導電率計測値を前記化学溶液に指定されている導電率設定点に加算し、前記化学溶液の正規化された導電率設定点を生成することと、前記化学溶液の導電率計測値と前記正規化された導電率設定点とを比較することと、を備える方法。 - 前記水に関連する導電率計測値を判定する段階は、
前記溶液保存タンクに対して前記化学生成物成分を供給する前に、前記溶液保存タンクを水で充填し、前記水の1つまたは複数のサンプルを分析してこの水の導電率に関係する情報を生成する段階と、
前記水の導電率に関係する情報を分析して前記水に関連する導電率計測値を生成する段階と、を備える請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記水に関連する導電率計測値を判定する段階に続いて、前記化学生成物成分を前記溶液保存タンクに供給し、その内部において前記化学溶液の製造を開始する段階をさらに備える請求項2に記載の方法。
