Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively support occasional meeting by automatically starting a data communicable mode with the portable communication terminal of a 'person wanted to actually see if being near occasionally' through matching means when that person exists. SOLUTION: Mobile communication terminals 1 and 4 to be used by users A and B are provided with recording parts 2 and 5 for recording 'key data on user' and transmission/reception parts 3 and 6 for transmitting/receiving 'identification data for identifying user' by radio. Besides, matching parts 14 and 7 are provided for collating the presence/absence of data on the other user B and A identified by the received identification data mutually coincident or related wit the 'key data on user'. When the presence of both the 'key data' mutually coincident or related between the relevant user A and the other user B is discriminated, it is reported to the relevant users A and B by notice parts 15 and 8.

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、戸外や大規模施設内などでの、「出会いたい人・連絡したい人との偶然の出会い」を支援するためのシステムに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来より、ある携帯機器から所定の信号を無線（赤外線など）により出力し、それと同種の携帯機器を持っている人がたまたま近傍に居たとき、その携帯機器が光の点滅等により「近傍に同種の携帯機器を持つ人が居ること」を持ち主に知らせるものが、知られている。これは、「ラブゲッティ」という商品名で「エアフォルク」という会社（兵庫県芦屋市）から１９９８年２月に発売された携帯グッズで、多くの人と知り合いになる切っ掛けとして使えるツールとして販売されている（ある雑誌の紹介欄の記事を次に引用しておく。「ラブゲッティ」は、男性用と女性用があり、男女が半径５ｍ以内に接近するとランプが点滅する。「おはなし」「カラオケ」「ともだち」の３択で、相手とデートモードに入れるという携帯グッズだ。」）。

他方、１９９８年６月２６日付け日経産業新聞の中の「偶然の出会い、端末ビビビッアステル関西新型のＰＨＳ同じ電波圏内で反応」というタイトルの記事には、次のような内容が報道されている。「アステル関西は友人だけでなく、付近にいる他人とも偶然の情報交換ができるＰＨＳ端末「クーフィー」を７月３１日に発売する。ＰＨＳのトランシーバー機能を利用し、複数の端末が同じ電波圏内に入ると互いに反応する。クーフィーはトランシーバーの電波を送受信する「ＡｎｇｅｌＷａｖｅモード」を搭載した。同モードに設定した二台の端末が半径１００〜１５０メートルのトランシーバー圏内に入ると、音や本体の振動で互いに反応する。端末の電話帳に登録している相手であれば、名前とＰＨＳ番号が表示される。反応した相手が友達であることを確かめてから通話できる。トランシーバー機能を利用しているため、アステル関西のエリア外でも通話が可能。」

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような、ある携帯機器から所定の信号を無線（赤外線など）により出力し、それと同種の携帯機器を持っている人が近傍に居たとき、その携帯機器が音又は振動などにより「近傍に同種の携帯機器を持つ人が居ること」を持ち主に知らせるもの（ラブゲッティ）は、それ自体に通信機能は付いていないため、その携帯機器を外部から分かるように所持している必要がある。また、同種の機器同士であれば、誰彼となく無差別に音又は振動で知らせるため、道路通行中に、前記の「知らせる」音などが度重なるとかえって煩雑である。
また、前記の日経産業新聞の記事の新型ＰＨＳについても、同一の機種のＰＨＳで同一のモードに設定している機器同士は、無差別に（自分が会話をしたい特定の人かどうかを確認しないまま）通話状態となるので、例えばある目的地に向かって急いで道路を通行中などに無差別に通話状態になるとかえって煩雑であるという問題がある。

他方、一般に、繁華街を通行中、ある歌手のコンサート会場の中、ある学会（物理学会など）の会場の中、などの様々な場所で、たまたま偶然、親しい知人や友人に遭遇し、久しぶりの「フェイス・ツー・フェイス」の出会い・会話を楽しむことが少なくない。しかし、よく考えてみれば、同じ町に住んでいる者同士、同じ歌手のファンとして昔から知っている者同士、同じ学問（物理学など）を研究している者同士が、前記の繁華街・コンサート会場・学会の会場などで「たまたま偶然」であったとしても、それは、むしろ「十分にあり得ること、かなりの確率で起こり得ること」である。ただ、従来は、人間の視力や注意力の限界から、本当は、前記の繁華街・コンサート会場・学会の会場などで互いに近傍の位置に居合わせたのに、それを知らないまま「互いに通り過ぎた（すれ違った）」ということが、少なくなかったはずである。

本願が提案する一つの発明は、「互いに関連もしくは縁を持つ人たちがたまたま近傍に位置することになってもそのことに気付かないことが少なくなかった、という従来の問題点」に着目したことが一つの切っ掛けとなって創造されたものであって、本願が提案する「一つの発明」の目的は、複数のユーザーの中から、「或るユーザーＡがもし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーＢ」（複数可）を、正確に且つ確実に、抽出もしくは選択できるようにすること、そして、これにより、或るユーザーＡが、「もし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーＢ」が自己の近くに居るという機会を正確に且つ確実に捉えて、その「他のユーザーＢ」との出会いや連絡等を確実に実現できるようにすること、である。
また、本願が提案する「他の発明」の目的は、複数のユーザーの中から、「或るユーザーＡがもし自己が希望する距離（希望距離）内の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーＢ」（複数可）を、正確に且つ確実に、抽出もしくは選択できるようにすること、そして、これにより、或るユーザーＡが、「もし自己の希望距離内の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーＢ」が自己の希望距離内の近くに居るという機会を正確に且つ確実に捉えて、その「他のユーザーＢ」との出会いや連絡等を確実に実現できるようにすること、である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
用語の定義．
まず、本発明において使用する用語の定義をしておく。
本発明において、「移動体通信」の「移動体」とは、個人や自動車などのような移動する物体、を言う。また、本発明の「移動体通信端末」とは、（１）個人用の携帯型通信端末（携帯電話や携帯情報端末（ＰＤＡ）などのような個人が携帯する携帯型通信端末）、（２）自動車用通信端末（自動車のカーナビゲーションシステム用機器に備えられる通信機器など）、などを含む、「ユーザーが移動環境（家庭やオフィスなどの固定環境ではなく）で使用するための通信端末」を言う。
また、本発明の「移動体通信端末」に含まれる上記（１）の「個人用の携帯型通信端末」は、例えば、携帯電話、ＰＨＳ（簡易型携帯電話）、通信機能を備えたノート型パソコン（パーソナル・コンピュータ）、ＰＤＡ（携帯型情報端末。腕時計型などの様々な形態のものを含む）などを含み、ユーザーが携帯できる通信機器ならば何でもよい。また、本発明の「移動体通信端末」の外観は、縫いぐるみ人形（自動車の車内に置いておく人形など）の形状をしていてもよいし、時計・指輪・ブレスレット・ブローチ、イヤリング・ベルトなどのような人が身に着ける物の形状や機能を有していてもよい（つまり、時計・指輪・ブレスレット・イヤリング・ベルトなどの機能を同時に兼ねられるものでもよい）。
また、本発明において、「ユーザーの（に関する）キー・データ（そのユーザー自身の（に関する）キー・データ、又は、そのユーザーがもし近くの場所に居れば出会いたい又は連絡したいと思う他人の（に関する）キー・データ）」などの用語の中で使用している「近くの場所」とは、相対的な概念で、ユーザーの状況により、いろいろ変わりうるものである。例えば、歩行者同士であれば、「実際に出会おうとか、近くに居るので連絡しよう」と考えるのは、通常は、せいぜい１ｋｍ以下の半径内のエリアに限られることが多いであろう（場合により異なり得るが）。また、野球の球場などのような特定の施設内に居るユーザー同士が実際に合ったり連絡したいと思うときは、その施設内に居る場合だけが「近くの場所」となる。しかし、他方、ユーザー同士が自動車に乗っている場合は、数ｋｍの半径内のエリアでも、「近くの場所」になり得るであろう。このように、本発明の「近くの場所」は、ユーザーの移動環境の種類や状況などに応じて、個々に変わりうる概念である。
また、本発明において、「通信」とは、音声による会話、文字による会話（チャット）、電子メール、などの様々な形態を含む。また、本発明において、「無線による送信」には、赤外線による送信、電波による送信、光送信などの様々な無線送信を含む。
また、本発明において、「ユーザーの（に関する）キー・データ」とは、ユーザー自身の（に関する）キー・データ、又は、ユーザーが出会いたいと思っている他人の（に関する）キー・データ、である。また、この「キー・データ」には、例えば、ユーザーの個人ＩＤ、ユーザーがもし近傍に居合わせたときは合いたい人の個人ＩＤ（ユーザーＩＤ、ＩＤコード、識別子）、ユーザーの電話番号や電子メールアドレス（この電話番号や電子メールアドレスが前記ユーザーＩＤを兼ねるようにしてもよい）、自己の氏名、自己のハンドルネーム（通信の世界での仮想の名前）、移動体通信端末の中で育成している電子ペットなどの電子生物に関するデータ、趣味、所属しているクラブやサークルや学会の名前、出身地、出身小学校の名前と卒業年次、出身の大学ゼミの名前と卒業年次、自己の居住している地名、などの様々なデータが含まれる。また、この「キー・データ」は、文字、音声、画像などの様々なデータ形態（データ形式）が可能である。
また、本発明において、移動体通信端末間の通信を仲介するための「無線局（基地局）内に設置されたセンター」又は「無線局（基地局）に接続されたセンター」（なお、「センター」とは、「サーバー」コンピュータや「ホスト」コンピュータなどの、ネットワークに接続されたコンピュータ、という意味）は、従来の地上の無線局（基地局）内に設置された又はそれに接続されたコンピュータだけでなく、飛行船、静止軌道上の人工衛星、低軌道周回衛星（世界的な携帯電話システムの「イリジウム」などで計画されている）、成層圏内などに浮かべた飛行船などに備えられた無線局（基地局）内に設置された又はそれに接続されたコンピュータ、などでもよい。
また、本発明において、後述の各「ユーザーの（に関する）キー・データ」（自己の（に関する）氏名や属性データ、又は、もし自己の近傍の場所に居れば実際に会いたい人又は連絡したい人の（に関する）氏名や属性データ）は、各移動体通信端末から、ユーザーの現在位置特定用データ（又は現在位置データ）などと一緒にセンター（後述）側に送信するようにしてもよいし、一緒に送信しないで、予め、年に一回、月に一回、又は周に一回のペースで、センター側に送信しておき、センター側で予めデータベース化しておくようにしてもよい。

第１「本願の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明」は、次のとおりである。
１ユーザーが保持もしくは使用する、通信機能を備えたユーザー側端末、及び／又は、前記ユーザー側端末による通信もしくはそのユーザーへのサービスのために使用される、センター側の若しくは基地局側の一つ若しくは複数のコンピュータ、に備えられた（又は、により構成される）、出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置であって、複数のユーザーに関して、それぞれ、「自己の若しくはそのユーザー側端末の、及び、もし自己の近くに居れば自己が出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信をしたいと希望する一人もしくは複数の他のユーザーの若しくはそのユーザー側端末の、識別データ（前記『識別データ』は、氏名、電話番号、電子メールアドレス、所属している特定の団体の名称などの所属しているグループの識別データ、などを含む）」又は「自己の、及び、『もし自己の近くに居れば自己が出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信をしたいと希望する一人もしくは複数の他のユーザー』の、属性データ（前記『自己が出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの属性データ』は、前記『自己の属性データ』によって兼ねられるものであってもよい。また前記『属性データ』は、性別、趣味、職業、年齢、趣味や仕事関係で所属している団体・グループ、出身学校、出身地、出身国、現在の居住地、などを含む）」を、記録しておく若しくはユーザー側から受信するためのユーザー関連データ記録手段と、複数のユーザーに関して、それぞれの「前記他のユーザーが自己とどのくらいの距離まで近傍に居れば自己がその他のユーザーとの出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信を希望するか」という希望距離データを、記録しておく若しくはユーザー側から受信するための希望距離データ記録手段（前記の希望距離データを記録しておくための手段は前記ユーザー関連データ記録手段と同一のハードウェアにより構成されていてもよい）と、複数のユーザーに関して、各現在位置を示す座標データ（ＧＰＳ受信機などを利用して得られるデータであって現在位置座標データを得るための基礎となるデータをも含む）を随時もしくは定期的に取得するための現在位置座標データ取得手段と、少なくとも「『或るユーザーＡ又は各ユーザーの、もし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ』と、或るユーザーＡ又は各ユーザーの希望距離データと、各ユーザーの現在位置座標データと、」に基づいて、複数の他の（前記或るユーザーＡ以外の）ユーザー又は複数のユーザーの中から、「『前記或るユーザーＡの、もし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ』に対応しており、且つ、前記或るユーザーＡの現在位置からその希望距離内に居る、一人もしくは複数の他のユーザーＢ」又は「互いに相手が『もし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ』に対応しており、且つ、互いに相手が自らの希望距離内に居る、複数のユーザー」を、抽出もしくは選択するための抽出等手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする、出会い・交流・連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置。
２複数のユーザーのそれぞれの識別データもしくは属性データを記録しておくためのユーザーデータ記録手段と、複数のユーザーの各現在位置を示す座標データ（ＧＰＳ受信機などを利用して得られるデータであって現在位置座標データを得るための基礎となるデータをも含む）を随時もしくは定期的に取得するための現在位置座標データ取得手段と、或るユーザーＡ側から又は各ユーザー側からの、「自己が出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信をしたいと希望する他のユーザー」に関する検索条件であって、少なくとも「前記或るユーザーＡ又は各ユーザーがもし自己の近くに居れば自己が出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信をしたいと希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ（前記『自己が出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの属性データ』は、『前記或るユーザーＡ又は各ユーザー自身の属性データ』によって兼ねられるものであってもよい）」及び「前記或るユーザーＡ又は各ユーザーの、前記『他のユーザー』が自己とどのくらいの距離まで近傍に居れば自己がその他のユーザーとの出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信を希望するか、という希望距離データ」を含む検索条件を、取得、受信、入力もしくは送信するための検索条件取得等手段と、少なくとも「或るユーザーＡ側又は各ユーザー側からの前記検索条件と、各ユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データと、各ユーザーの現在位置座標データと」に基づいて、複数の他の（前記或るユーザーＡ以外の）ユーザー又は複数のユーザーの中から、「前記或るユーザーＡの検索条件を満たす一人もしくは複数の他のユーザーＢ」又は「互いに相手が自らの前記検索条件を満たす複数のユーザー」を、抽出もしくは検索するための抽出等手段と、を備えた、ことを特徴とする、出会い・交流・連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置。
３ユーザーが保持もしくは使用する、通信機能を備えたユーザー側端末、及び／又は、前記ユーザー側端末による通信もしくはそのユーザーへのサービスのために使用される、センター側の若しくは基地局側の一つ若しくは複数のコンピュータ、に備えられた（又は、により構成される）、出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置であって、複数のユーザーに関して、それぞれ、「自己の若しくはそのユーザー側端末の、及び、もし自己の近くに居れば自己が出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信をしたいと希望する一人もしくは複数の他のユーザーの若しくはそのユーザー側端末の、識別データ（前記『識別データ』は、氏名、電話番号、電子メールアドレス、所属している特定の団体の名称などの所属しているグループの識別データ、などを含む）」又は「自己の、及び、『もし自己の近くに居れば自己が出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信をしたいと希望する一人もしくは複数の他のユーザー』の、属性データ（前記『自己が出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの属性データ』は、前記『自己の属性データ』によって兼ねられるものであってもよい。また前記『属性データ』は、性別、趣味、職業、年齢、趣味や仕事関係で所属している団体・グループ、出身学校、出身地、出身国、現在の居住地、などを含む）」を、記録しておく若しくはユーザー側から受信するためのユーザー関連データ記録手段と、複数のユーザーに関して、それぞれの「前記他のユーザーが自己とどのくらいの距離まで近傍に居ればその他人との出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信を希望するか」という希望距離データを、記録しておく若しくはユーザー側から受信するための希望距離データ記録手段（前記の希望距離データを記録しておくための手段は前記ユーザー関連データ記録手段と同一のハードウェアにより構成されていてもよい）と、複数のユーザーに関して、各現在位置を示す座標データ（ＧＰＳ受信機などを利用して得られるデータであって現在位置座標データを得るための基礎となるデータをも含む）を随時もしくは定期的に取得するための現在位置座標データ取得手段と、少なくとも「各ユーザーの又は或るユーザーＡの『もし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ』と、各ユーザー又は或るユーザーＡのの希望距離データと、各ユーザーの現在位置座標データと」に基づいて、複数のユーザー又は複数の他の（前記或るユーザーＡ以外の）ユーザーの中から、「互いに相手が『もし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ』に対応しており、且つ、互いに相手が自己の現在位置からその希望距離内に居る、複数のユーザー」又は「『前記或るユーザーＡの、もし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ』に対応しており、且つ、前記或るユーザーＡの現在位置からその希望距離内に居る、一人又は複数の他のユーザーＢ」を、抽出もしくは選択するための抽出等手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする、出会い・交流・連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置。
４ユーザーが保持もしくは使用する、通信機能を備えたユーザー側端末、及び／又は、前記ユーザー側端末による通信もしくはそのユーザーへのサービスのために使用される、センター側の若しくは基地局側の一つ若しくは複数のコンピュータ、に備えられた（又は、により構成される）、出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置であって、複数のユーザーに関して、それぞれが所属しているグループを識別するためのグループ識別データ（特定のサークルや団体の名称などを含む）を、記録しておく若しくはユーザー側から受信するためのグループ識別データ記録手段と、複数のユーザーに関して、それぞれの「前記グループ識別データに対応するグループ（自己が所属しているグループ）に所属している他のユーザーが自己とどのくらいの距離まで近傍に居れば自己がその他人との出会い、交流、連絡または交信を希望するか」という希望距離データを、記録しておく若しくはユーザー側から受信するための希望距離データ記録手段（前記希望距離データを記録しておくための手段は前記グループ識別データ記録手段と同一のハードウェアにより構成されていてもよい）と、複数のユーザーに関して、各現在位置を示す座標データ（ＧＰＳ受信機などを利用して得られるデータであって現在位置座標データを得るための基礎となるデータをも含む）を随時もしくは定期的に取得するための現在位置座標データ取得手段と、少なくとも「各ユーザー又は或るユーザーＡが所属しているグループ識別データと、各ユーザー又は或るユーザーＡの希望距離データと、各ユーザーの現在位置座標データと」に基づいて、複数のユーザー又は複数の他の（前記或るユーザーＡ以外の）ユーザーの中から、「互いが同一のグループ識別データに対応するグループに所属しており、且つ、互いに相手が自己の現在位置からその希望距離内に居る、複数のユーザー」又は「前記或るユーザーＡが所属しているのと同一のグループ識別データに対応するグループに所属しており、且つ、前記或るユーザーＡの現在位置からその希望距離内に居る、一人もしくは複数の他のユーザーＢ」を、抽出もしくは選択するための抽出等手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする、出会い・交流・連絡または交信の支援のための装置。
５複数のユーザーのそれぞれの識別データもしくは属性データを記録しておくためのユーザーデータ記録手段と、複数のユーザーの各現在位置を示す座標データ（ＧＰＳ受信機などを利用して得られるデータであって現在位置座標データを得るための基礎となるデータをも含む）を随時もしくは定期的に取得するための現在位置座標データ取得手段と、複数の各ユーザーの又は或るユーザーＡの「自己が出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信をしたいと希望する他のユーザー」に関する検索条件であって、少なくとも「前記『他のユーザー』の識別データもしくは属性データ（前記『自己が出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの属性データ』は、『前記各ユーザー又は或るユーザーＡ自身の属性データ』によって兼ねられるものであってもよい）」及び「前記『他のユーザー』が自己とどのくらいの距離まで近傍に居れば自己がその他のユーザーとの出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信を希望するか、という希望距離データ」を含む検索条件を、取得、受信、入力もしくは送信するための検索条件取得等手段と、少なくとも「各ユーザー側から又は或るユーザーＡ側からの前記検索条件と、各ユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データと、各ユーザーの現在位置座標データと」に基づいて、複数のユーザー又は複数の他の（前記或るユーザーＡ以外の）ユーザーの中から、「互いに相手が自らの前記検索条件を満たす複数のユーザー」又は「前記或るユーザーＡの検索条件を満たす一人もしくは複数の他のユーザーＢ」を、抽出もしくは検索するための抽出等手段と、を備えた、ことを特徴とする、出会い・交流・連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置。
６複数のユーザーのそれぞれの識別データもしくは属性データを記録しておくためのユーザーデータ記録手段と、複数のユーザーに関して、それぞれ、「もし自己の近くに居れば自己が出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信をしたいと希望する一人もしくは複数の他のユーザー」の識別データもしくは属性データを、各ユーザーの識別データと対応付けて、入力する、送信する、受信する、もしくは記録しておくための希望他人データ記録手段（前記「自己が出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの属性データ」は、「前記ユーザー自身（自己）の属性データ」によって兼ねられるものであってもよい。また、前記「他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ」を記録しておくための手段は、前記ユーザーデータ記録手段と同一のハードウェアにより構成されていてもよい）と、複数のユーザーの各現在位置を示す座標データ（ＧＰＳ受信機などを利用して得られるデータであって現在位置座標データを得るための基礎となるデータをも含む）を、各ユーザーの識別データと対応付けて、随時もしくは定期的に、取得、受信、入力もしくは送信するための現在位置座標データ取得手段と、各ユーザー又は或るユーザーＡの「前記『他のユーザー』が自己とどのくらいの距離まで近傍に居れば自己がその他のユーザーとの出会い、交流、連絡もしくは交信を希望するか」という希望距離データを、記録しておく又はユーザー側から受信するための希望距離データ記録手段（前記希望距離データを記録しておくための手段は、前記ユーザーデータ記録手段及び／又は前記「出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ」を記録しておくための手段と同一のハードウェアにより構成されていてもよい）と、少なくとも「各ユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データと、各ユーザー又は或るユーザーＡがもし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する『他のユーザー』の識別データもしくは属性データと、各ユーザーの現在位置座標データと、各ユーザー又は或るユーザーＡの希望距離データと」に基づいて、複数のユーザー又は複数の他の（前記或るユーザーＡ以外の）ユーザーの中から、「互いに相手が『もし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データ』に対応しており、且つ、互いに相手が自己の現在位置からその希望距離内に居る、複数のユーザー」又は「前記或るユーザーＡがもし自己の近くに居れば出会い等を希望する他のユーザーの識別データもしくは属性データに対応しており、且つ、前記或るユーザーＡの現在位置からその希望距離内に居る、一人もしくは複数の他のユーザーＢ」を、抽出もしくは検索するための抽出等手段と、を備えた、ことを特徴とする、出会い・交流・連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置。

１１上記１から１０までのいずれかにおいて、前記抽出等手段により得られた結果に基づいて、「（ａ）自らが出会い等を希望する他のユーザーが自らの近くに居ることを示す情報、（ｂ）前記抽出等された他のユーザーに関する情報（前記抽出等された他のユーザーが「誰か」を特定できる氏名やハンドルネームなどの個人特定情報、前記抽出等された他のユーザーの電話番号や電子メールアドレスなどのような前記他のユーザーと連絡もしくは通信接続を行うための情報、前記抽出等された他のユーザーの現在位置に関する情報、前記抽出等された他のユーザーが所属している団体・グループに関する情報、前記抽出等された他のユーザーのユーザー側端末において生存している電子生物に関する情報、などを含む）、及び、（ｃ）前記抽出等された他のユーザーからのメッセージ」の中の少なくとも一つを、取得、送信、受信、もしくは出力するか、又は、自ら（或るユーザーＡ又は各ユーザー自身）と前記抽出等された他のユーザーＢとの間で「電話やチャットや電子メールなどの通信手段により通話、通信もしくは連絡が可能な状態」を、前記抽出等に基づいて自動的に若しくはさらに所定の条件を満たしたときに自動的に、作出するようにした、ことを特徴とする、出会い・交流・連絡もしくは交信の支援のための装置。

第２「本願の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明」そのものではないが、本明細書は次のような発明も提案している。
１．複数のユーザーが使用する移動体通信端末であって、少なくとも、各ユーザーの「ユーザーに関するキー・データ」（自己のキー・データ、又は、自己が出会いたい人・連絡したい人に関するキー・データ）を記録する記録手段、各ユーザーの現在位置を特定するための現在位置特定手段、及び、前記の自己に関するキー・データ及び自己の現在位置データをセンター（センターの（「サーバー」コンピュータや「ホスト」コンピュータなど）に向けて無線で送信する送信手段、を有する移動体通信端末と、前記の各移動体通信端末からそれぞれセンターに無線送信された各ユーザーのキー・データ及び現在位置データに基づいて、「あるユーザー」の近傍のエリア内に、「そのユーザー」に関するキー・データと一致又は関連するキー・データを有する「他のユーザー」が居るときは、それらの各ユーザーにそのことを知らせる告知手段と、を備えた出会い・連絡支援システム。
２．上記１において、前記送信手段は、前記キー・データと共に、前記の各ユーザーからのメッセージをも送信するものであり、前記告知手段は、このメッセージの内容をも告知するものである、出会い・連絡支援システム。
３．上記１又は２において、さらに、近傍のエリア内に一致又は関連するキー・データを有するユーザーが居るとき、前記の互いに一致又は関連するキー・データを有する複数のユーザーが使用する移動体通信端末の間を自動的に通信可能状態とする自動通信モード設定手段、を備えた出会い・連絡支援システム。
４．複数のユーザーがそれぞれ携帯する移動体通信端末であって、少なくとも、各ユーザーの自己を識別する識別データ、及び、自己の現在位置特定用データ（自己の現在位置を特定するデータ、又は、例えばＧＰＳ用信号などの自己の現在位置を特定するための資料となるデータ）を、センター（「サーバー」コンピュータや「ホスト」コンピュータなど）に向けて無線で送信する送信手段、を有する移動体通信端末と、前記センター側に備えられ、前記の各移動体通信端末からそれぞれ送信された各ユーザーの識別データ及び現在位置特定用データに基づいて、「あるユーザー」の近傍のエリア内に「そのユーザーがもし近傍の地に居れば実際に会いたい又は連絡したいと希望する人」が居るとき、そのことを前記ユーザーに知らせるための告知手段と、を備えた出会い・連絡支援システム。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施形態１．
図１は本発明の実施形態１を示すブロック図である。図１において、１は第１のユーザーＡが携帯する移動体通信端末（例えば、携帯電話機）、２はユーザーＡに関するキー・データ（ユーザーＡ自身のＩＤ、氏名、所属する趣味の会名や学会名などのキー・データ、及び、ユーザーＡがもしたまたま偶然に近傍に居合わせたときは合って話をしたいと思う人のＩＤ、氏名、所属する趣味の会名や学会名などのキー・データ）を予め記録しておくキー・データ記録部である。このキー・データ記録部２には、例えば、ユーザーの携帯電話番号（この電話番号がユーザーＩＤを兼ねるようにしてもよい）、ユーザーの氏名、ユーザーが所属している趣味のサークル名、ユーザーが前記通信端末１の中で仮想的に飼育している電子ペット（電子生物）の種類（例えば「たまごっち」など）や同電子ペットの好物や好きな遊びなどがキー・データとして記録されている。
また、図１において、２ｃは、従来の「たまごっち」などの電子ペット又は電子生物を端末の画面上で育成するための電子ペット育成部である。なお、前記の「電子ペット（電子生物）」は、例えば、１９９７年頃から爆発的に流行している「携帯型電子ペット玩具」であるバンダイ（株）製の「たまごっち」や、特開平７−１６０８５３号公報（カシオ計算機、「画像表示装置」。これらの各公報は、先行技術文献として本明細書に取り込む）に開示されている「電子生物」の生育機能が前記通信端末１の一機能として付加されているときの、電子ペット・電子生物のことである。

また図１において、２ａはユーザーＡの現在位置座標を特定するための現在位置特定部（ＧＰＳ＝グローバルポジショニングシステムなどで構成される。また、無線局（基地局）の電波通信圏内が狭いＰＨＳ＝簡易型携帯電話システムを使用した位置特定システムなどでもよい）、２ｂはユーザーが「もし、たまたま偶然に近くに居たら実際に会いたい人に対して送りたいメッセージ」を生成するためのメッセージ生成部である。このメッセージ生成部２ｂによるメッセージの生成は、例えば、ユーザーの音声入力、キーボード入力、又はペン入力などの方法で生成してもよいし、又は、予め何種類かの定型的なメーセージを用意しておいてユーザーがその中から適当なものを選ぶなどの方法で生成してもよい。

また、図１において、３は、前記のキー・データ記録部２からのキー・データ、現在位置特定部２ａからの現在位置データ、及びメーセージ生成部２ｂからのメッセージデータを、自己の近傍のエリアに向けて、電波又は赤外線などで無線で送信すると共に、他の通信端末から無線送信されたキー・データ、現在位置データ、及びメッセージを受信するためのキー・データ等送受信部である。
なお、この送受信部３によるキー・データ等の無線送信は、ユーザーの近傍のエリア、すなわちユーザーが希望する距離の範囲内だけ電波が届くように、行われる。例えば、赤外線で送信するときは、大体、数十メートルだけで間に障害物が無い範囲しか届かないが、ユーザーがそれで十分と思えば、赤外線で送信される。また、ユーザーが自己の位置から半径１００ｍから３００ｍ程度のエリア内に知人などがたまたま偶然に居ればコンタクトを取ってフェイス・ツー・フェイスで合いたいと希望すれば、半径１００〜３００ｍ程度の到達能力を持つような出力を有する微弱電波によりキー・データ、現在位置データ、及びメッセージ等を送信するようにする。また、ユーザーが半径１０ｍ程度の範囲内の近傍エリア内にたまたま居る知り合いの人とのみ会いたいと思えば、半径１０ｍ程度にだけ届く微弱電波（前記キー・データなどを乗せた電波）を飛ばすようにすればよい。

なお、このキー・データ等の無線送信は、例えば、ユーザーが予め指定した所定時間毎（例えば、５分毎、３分毎）に、行われる。また、前記送受信部３は、ユーザーが希望するときは、ユーザーの操作により、いつでも、前記キー・データ等を無線送信する。
又、図１において、電子ペット育成部２ｃからもその電子ペットの固有の信号が出力され、その信号は前記キー・データ等送受信部３から外部へ無線出力されるようになっている。

また、図１において、４は前記ユーザーＡとは異なるユーザーＢが携帯している移動体通信端末（例えば、携帯電話機）、５はこのユーザーＢに関するキー・データを記録しておくキー・データ記録部、５ａはこのユーザーＢの現在位置座標を特定するための現在位置特定部、５ｂはこのユーザーＢのメッセージを生成するメッセージ生成部である。また図１において、６は、前記キー・データ記録部５からのキー・データ、前記現在位置特定部５ａからの現在位置データ、及びメッセージ生成部５ｂからのメッセージを、近傍のエリアに向けて、無線で送信すると共に、他の通信端末から無線送信されたキー・データ、現在位置データ、及びメッセージを受信するためのキー・データ等送受信部である。この送受信部６は、前記の他のユーザーＢが設定した所定時間毎に（例えば３分毎に）前記キー・データ等を無線送信する。また、前記送受信部６は、前記他のユーザーＢが希望するときは、その操作により、いつでも、前記キー・データ等を無線送信する。
また、図１において、電子ペット育成部５ｃからも、その電子ペットの固有の信号が出力され、その信号は前記キー・データ等送受信部６から外部へ無線出力されるようになっている。

また、図１において、７は前記送受信部６で受信した他のユーザー（例えばユーザーＡ）から送信されたキー・データ等が、前記記録部５に記録された自己（ユーザーＢ）に関するキー・データ等と一致又は関連するかどうかなどの比較・照合などをするためのマッチング抽出部、８はこの比較・照合の結果、「自己（ユーザーＢ）に関するキー・データ等と一致又は関連するキー・データ等」が他のユーザーＡ側から無線送信されて来たと判明したとき、そのことを自己（ユーザーＢ）に告知するための告知部である。この告知部８は、音響、音声、光、又は振動などにより、ユーザーＢに「自己のキー・データ等と一致又は関連するキー・データ等を有する他人（ユーザーＡのこと）が自己の近傍に居ること」を知らせる（音響、音声、光又は振動などにより、ユーザーＢに注意を喚起する）。また、前記マッチング抽出部７は、前記各キー・データと前記各現在位置データとを併せ照合して、「互いのキー・データの関連が比較的薄い場合でも、互いの現在位置が極めて近い、という他人」が居る場合は、ユーザーＢにそのことを告知する。

ユーザーＢは、ユーザーＡのキー・データの具体的内容を知りたいと思えば、前記のキー・データが一致又は関連する他のユーザーＡのキー・データ（送受信部６で受信したデータ）を、ディスプレイ９に表示させる（前記ユーザーＡのキー・データは音声で出力させてもよい）。ディスプレイ９には、前記ユーザーＡの氏名などが表示されるので、ユーザーＢがその画面を見て、ユーザーＡが誰かを知ることができる。そして、ユーザーＢが例えば昔から親しい知人なので、「実際にフェイス・ツー・フゥイスで会いたい」と思えば、操作部１０から通信部１１を制御して、ユーザーＡに電話して、「実際にフェイス・ツー・フェイスで会いませんか」などのコンタクトを求めることができる。また、ユーザーＢは、ユーザーＡの現在位置を詳しく知りたいと希望するときは、前記ディスプレイ９に自己の周囲の地図（戸外のときは地図、施設内のときは建物見取り図・配置図など）を表示させて、前記ユーザーＡの現在位置データに基づいて、その地図上にユーザーＡの現在位置を表示させるようにすることもできる。

前記無線局（基地局）２４は、携帯電話機の相互間の電波のやり取りのために半径数ｋｍ又は数十ｋｍ毎に設置されるものである。各無線局（基地局）内装置２４は、電波の届く圏内（半径数ｋｍ又は数十ｋｍのエリア内）の携帯電話機との間で、音声通信（電話）のための電波をやり取りする。ただ、本実施形態２における無線局（基地局）内装置は、単に、「電話（音声によるおしゃべり）」のための電波のやり取りだけでなく、「圏内に居る複数のユーザーのキー・データ及び現在位置データ」のやり取りと、各ユーザーのキー・データ等の相互のマッチングなどをも、行っている。すなわち、図２において、２５はその無線局（基地局）からの電波が届く圏内のユーザー１などの各ユーザーの携帯通信端末から送信されるキー・データ及び現在位置データを受信すると共に、圏内の各通信端末にキー・データ等を送信するためのキー・データ等送受信部、２６は、このキー・データ送受信部２５で受信された各ユーザーのキー・データを互いに比較・照合した結果と、各ユーザーの現在位置データとに基づいて、キー・データが互いに類似し且つ現在位置が極めて近接しているユーザー同士を抽出するための、マッチング抽出部である。なお、この無線局（基地局）内装置２４のキー・データ等送受信部２５には、その無線局（基地局）の電波が届く圏内に居る他のユーザーの通信端末（例えば、図１のユーザー２の移動体通信端末２７や、ユーザー３の移動体通信端末２８など）からも、前記の通信端末２０と同様に、キー・データや現在位置データやメッセージなどが送信される。この送信は、例えば、ユーザーが予め指定した所定時間毎（例えば、５分毎）に、行われる。

前記マッチング抽出部２６は、各ユーザーに関するキー・データの同一性・近接度・類似度を判定する。そして、キー・データが同一であるユーザー同士、又は、比較的高い近接度・類似度を有しているキー・データを有するユーザー同士に、「お互いが近傍の地に居ることを示すデータ（相手のユーザーのキー・データ及び現在位置データを含むことが望ましい）」を、前記キー・データ等送受信部２５を介して送信する。例えば、マッチング部２６は、ユーザー１が「たまたま偶然に近くの場所に居れば会いたい他人」として或る他人のＩＤ、電話番号、又は氏名をキー・データとして送信していた場合、そのＩＤ、電話番号、氏名と同一の他人が同じ無線局（基地局）の圏内に居たときは、「そのこと（同じ無線局（基地局）の圏内にそのＩＤ、電話番号、氏名の他人が居るということ）」を、その他人の現在位置データ及びメッセージがあればそのメッセージ（例えば、「今は一人なので誰か知り合いがいれば合流したい」などのメッセージ）と共に、前記キー・データ等送受信部２５から、ユーザー１に送信する。また、マッチング部２６は、例えば、ユーザー１が「たまたま偶然に近くの場所に居れば合いたい他人」として或る趣味のサークル名をキー・データとして送信していた場合、その同じサークル名をキー・データとする他人が前記同じ無線局（基地局）の圏内に居るときは、そのことを、その他人の現在位置データと共に、前記キー・データ等送受信部２５から、ユーザー１に送信する。

前記無線局（基地局）側から「条件に合う人（合いそうな人）が近くに居ること」及びその人のキー・データ及び現在位置データが例えばユーザー１側に送信されると、ユーザー１の移動体通信端末２０のキー・データ等送受信部２３で受信される。すると、通信端末２０に内蔵された告知部３１が、そのことを音又は振動などでユーザー１に告知する。告知されたユーザー１は、ディスプレイ３２にその「条件に合う人（合いそうな人）」のキー・データを表示させて「その人」が自己の知人かどうか確認できると共に、ディスプレイ３２に地図を表示させてその地図画面上に「その人」の現在位置を表示させて自分との位置関係（どのくらい距離があるか、合うための交通経路など）を確認することができる。また、ユーザー１は、「条件の合う人からのメッセージ」を無線局（基地局）内装置２４から送受信部２３で受信しているので、その受信したメッセージの内容をディスプレイ３２で表示させる（又は、このメッセージの内容を、図示しないスピーカから音声出力させる）ことができる。

以上のように、本実施形態２では、ある一つの無線局（基地局）の圏内にある各ユーザーの移動体通信端末２０，２７，２８・・・から、その無線局（基地局）内装置２４に対して、各ユーザーが「たまたま偶然に近くに居るときは合いたい他人」のキー・データ等を送信するようにしているので、その無線局（基地局）内装置２４では、その無線局（基地局）の圏内の各ユーザーから送信された「たまたま偶然に近くの場所に居れば合いたい他人」のキー・データ等を互いに比較・照合するなどし、条件が適合するユーザー同士（２人でもよいし、３人以上でもよい）がいれば、それらの各ユーザーに「そのこと（条件が相互に適合する他人が同じ無線局（基地局）の圏内に居ること）」を知らせるようにして、ユーザー同士が「フェイス・ツー・フェイス」の交流・親交を図ることを支援するようにしている。なお、この場合の「支援」の手法としては、単に「条件に合いそうな人」のキー・データ及び現在位置データを送信するだけのサービス・レベル（後は、それらのデータを受信したユーザーの側で、その「条件に合いそうな人」のキー・データ等を確認して、電話などをするかどうか決める）、「条件に合う人」のキー・データ及び現在位置データを送信すると共に「その人」に自動的に電話を掛けて交信可能状態とするというサービス・レベル、などの様々なサービス・レベルがあり得る。

次に、本発明の実施形態３を図３に基づいて説明する。図３において、図２におけると共通するものは同一の符号を付している。この実施形態３と実施形態２との違いは、主として、各ユーザーから送信される「たまたま偶然に近くの場所に居れば実際に会いたい人」に関するキー・データ及び自己に関するキー・データ及び自己の現在位置データを、無線局（基地局）内装置３９を介して、センター局内装置４０に送信し、このセンター局内装置４０で各ユーザーの各キー・データのマッチング及び各現在位置データに基づく抽出処理を行う点にある。なお、前記の「センター局内装置４０」は、例えば、前記無線局（基地局）３９が接続されているインターネットなどのネットワークに接続されている、センターの「ホスト」コンピュータや「サーバー」と呼ばれるネットワーク管理且つデータ蓄積用コンピュータなどで構成されるものである。この実施形態３における「センター局」は、電話局が設置する「局」である必要はなく、一般の民間企業がインターネット上に設置する「サーバー」コンピュータそのものでもよい（つまり、この場合は、各ユーザーが携帯する各携帯電話機から、最寄の無線局（基地局）へ、さらに、インターネットなどのネットワークへ、さらに、この明細書では「センター」と呼んでいる「サーバー」コンピュータへ、という経路で、キー・データなどが送信されて行く）。

センター局内装置４０の構成及び動作は次のとおりである。図３において、４１は、無線局（基地局）内装置３９を介して（より詳しくは、この無線局（基地局）内装置３９から、図３では図示を省略しているインターネットなどのネットワークを介して）送信された各ユーザーのキー・データ、希望距離データ及び現在位置データを受信すると共に、（後述のキー・データ等照合抽出部４２による）マッチング及び抽出処理により得られたデータ（「たまたま偶然に近くの場所に居れば実際に会いたい他人」という条件を満たす他人のキー・データ及び現在位置データなど）を無線局（基地局）内装置３９を介して（より詳しくは、図３では図示を省略しているインターネットなどのネットワークから、無線局（基地局）内装置３９を介して）各ユーザーに送信（返信）するためのキー・データ等送受信部、である。また、４２は、前記キー・データ等送受信部４１が受信した各ユーザーからの現在位置データ、希望距離データ、及びキー・データに基づいて、「互いに希望距離内という条件を満たし互いにキー・データが適合する（互いにもし希望距離内の近くの場所に居れば会いたいという希望条件を満たす）ようなユーザーの集合もしくは組み合わせ」をピックアップ・抽出するためのキー・データ等照合抽出部（マッチング抽出部）、である。

すなわち、各ユーザーからは、自己に関するキー・データ（自己のキー・データ及び自己がもし偶然に近くの場所に居れば実際に会いたい他人のキー・データ）、希望距離データ、及び現在位置データが、センター局内装置４０に送信される。センター局内装置４０では、前記の送信された希望距離データ、現在位置データ、及びキー・データに基づいて、全てのユーザーの中から、お互いの希望条件を満たすような「現在、希望距離内の近くに居るとすれば実際に会いたい」とお互いに認めるようなユーザーの集合もしくは組み合わせを、選び出す。そして、その「集合もしくは組み合わせ」に入っている各ユーザーに、そのこと（現在、希望距離内の近くに、出会い等を希望している他人が居るということ）と、「その他人」に関するキー・データ及び現在位置データ（さらに、「その他人」からのメッセージがあればそのメッセージの内容）とを、送信する。これらのデータを受信した各ユーザー側の動作は、実施形態２とほぼ同様である。

以上のように、本実施形態３では、センター局内装置４０が、各ユーザーからのキー・データ、希望距離データ、及び現在位置データを、ほぼリアルタイムに（又は所定時間毎に）受信し、これらのデータについてのマッチングや抽出などの処理を行うことにより、「もし今お互いに希望距離内の近くの場所に居れば実際に会いたいと思うようなユーザーの集合もしくは組み合わせ」を選び出して（抽出もしくは選択して）、その結果を各ユーザーに知らせる、というサービスを行うようにしている。さらに、本実施形態３では、ユーザーの希望により、前記センター局内装置４０が選出（抽出）した「集合もしくは組み合わせ」の中の特定の人（ユーザーが予め設定・指定しておいた「もし近くの場所に居れば自動的に通信・通話可能状態にしたいと希望する他人の条件」に適合する他人）に対しては、自動的に（ユーザーによる特別な操作を必要とすること無く）、通話モード（音声会話可能モード）、チャット（文字会話）モード、電子メール送信モード（電子メール交換可能モード）とすることもできる。

図４は本発明の実施形態４を示すブロック図である。図４において、図２及び図３と共通の部分には同一の符号を付している。この実施形態４では、実施形態２及び実施形態３においてはそれぞれ無線局（基地局）３９，センター局４０に備えられているマッチング抽出部が、ユーザー１が携帯する携帯型通信機器２０に内蔵されている点で、実施形態２及び実施形態３と異なっている。つまり、この実施形態４においては、マッチング抽出部６０が各ユーザーが携帯する通信端末に内蔵されている点が、実施形態２及び実施形態３と異なっている。

この実施形態４においては、キー・データ等送受信部２３は、ユーザー１のユーザーＩＤ（又は電話番号）などを含むユーザー１の「自己に関するキー・データ」、ユーザー１の現在位置データ、及びユーザー１の「ユーザー１が、もしたまたま偶然に近くの場所に居れば実際に会いたい人」に対するメッセージなどを、無線局（基地局）又はセンター局（３９，４０）に、無線送信する。このとき、無線局（基地局）又はセンター局からは、他のユーザー（図４のユーザー２やユーザー３など）の携帯型通信機器からのキー・データ等が送信され、前記ユーザー１の移動体通信端末２０のキー・データ等送受信部２３により受信される。なお、この無線局（基地局）又はセンター局（３９，４０）から前記ユーザー１の通信端末２０に送信される「他のユーザーからのユーザーＩＤ（又は電話番号）を含むキー・データ等」は、日本国の全てのユーザーから送信されたキー・データ等ではなく、無線局（基地局）又はセンター局においてある程度スクリーニングされたものに限っている（このように受信するキー・データ等のデータを絞り込んでおかないと、膨大なデータが受信されてしまうことになり、マッチング抽出部６０が迅速に処理できない。したがって、無線局（基地局）又はセンター局で「ある程度近くのもの」に絞り込んで各ユーザーに送信するようにしている）。すなわち、無線局（基地局）又はセンター局（３９，４０）では、「各ユーザーからの現在位置データに基づいての、『ある程度近く』という条件での抽出」を行い、その抽出された「互いにある程度近傍に居るユーザー」（例えば、双方の距離が３０ｋｍ以内に居るユーザー）についてのみ、そのキー・データ、現在位置データ、メッセージなどを送信（返信）する。

ユーザー１側の携帯型通信機器２０では、マッチング抽出部６０により、前記無線局（基地局）又はセンター局において予め抽出され送信された「『ある程度近く』（例えば半径３０ｋｍ以内）に居る複数の他のユーザー」に関するキー・データなどと、自己のキー・データなどとの比較・照合などを、行う。そして、マッチング抽出部６０は、「自己に関するキー・データと一致又は関連する他のユーザーであって、自己の現在位置の『近く』（例えば、自己と１ｋｍ以内の近く）に居る他のユーザー」を抽出・ピックアップして、そのデータを告知部３１及びディスプレイ３２に送る。告知部３２では、前記の「抽出された他のユーザーの存在」をユーザー１に知らせる。また、前記ディスプレイ３２では、前記の「抽出された他のユーザーの、キー・データ、現在位置データ、メッセージ等」を表示する（図示しないスピーカにより音声表示してもよい）。
