Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載のように構成された本発明による燃料噴射弁は、公知のものに比べて次のような利点を有している。すなわち本発明の燃料噴射弁では、弁ニードルの流出縁部が2マイクロメータ〜20マイクロメータの所定の範囲で、弁長手方向軸線の方向で弁座の噴射縁部に対して後退させられていることによって、噴流角度のばらつきを簡単な形式で減じることができる。このように流出縁部が、従来技術には開示されていない数値範囲において後退させられていると、弁ニードルの流出縁部における付着物の形成が回避される。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明の1実施例を説明する。
図1に示された本発明による燃料噴射弁は、燃料例えばガソリンを内燃機関の燃焼室に噴射するために働き、例えばいわゆる直噴において使用される。
Claims (6)
- 燃料噴射弁、特に内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁であって、流出縁部において最大直径を有している弁ニードルと、該弁ニードルと共働しかつシール座を備えた弁座とが設けられていて、該弁座がシール座を起点として噴射縁部に到るまで拡大していて、弁ニードルの流出縁部が燃料噴射弁の閉鎖時に、流れ方向で見て弁座の噴射縁部に対して後退させられている形式のものにおいて、弁ニードル(4)の流出縁部(14)が2マイクロメータ〜20マイクロメータの所定の範囲で、弁長手方向軸線(22)の方向で弁座(9)の噴射縁部(16)に対して後退させられていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 弁ニードル(4)の流出縁部(14)が2マイクロメータ〜12マイクロメータの所定の範囲で、弁座(9)の噴射縁部(16)に対して後退させられている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁ニードル(4)の流出縁部(14)が10マイクロメータ、弁座(9)の噴射縁部(16)に対して後退させられている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁ニードル(4)がアクチュエータ(3)と共働する、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- アクチュエータがピエゾアクチュエータである、請求項4記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁ニードル(4)が燃料噴射弁の開放時に、燃焼室(20)に向かって行程運動を実施する、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
