Abstract
Description
本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念部に記載した形式の燃料噴射弁から出発する。
独立請求項の特徴部に記載の特徴を備えた本発明による燃料噴射弁は従来のものに比べて、内燃機関の燃焼室内に噴射される混合気クラウドに、燃料噴射弁の弁閉鎖体の適宜な成形によって、シール座の手前の適切な絞り作用により影響を与えることができ、これによって、混合気クラウドが点火プラグに噴射過程の終了時にしか到達しないという利点を有している。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関に用いられる燃料噴射弁(10)であって、アクチュエータ(11)が設けられており、該アクチュエータ(11)が、ノズルボディ(26)に案内された弁ニードル(15)に作用結合されており、該弁ニードル(15)に、動力が伝達されるように結合された弁閉鎖体(27)が設けられており、該弁閉鎖体(27)が、ノズルボディ(26)に形成された弁座面(28)と共にシール座を形成している形式のものにおいて、
弁ニードル(15)および/または弁閉鎖体(27)が、少なくとも1つの面研削加工部(29)を有しており、該面研削加工部(29)が、弁ニードル(15)のかつ/または弁閉鎖体(27)の周面に形成されており、少なくとも1つの面研削加工部(29)と、ノズルボディ(26)に形成された対向面(31)との間に絞りギャップ(32)が形成されており、該絞りギャップ(32)の横断面が、当該燃料噴射弁(10)の開放された状態でのシール座における開放横断面よりも小さく寸法設定されていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。 - 少なくとも1つの面研削加工部(29)が、ノズルボディ(26)内の案内部の領域に設けられている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 複数の面研削加工部(29)が設けられており、該面研削加工部(29)が、規則的なまたは不規則的な間隔を置いて周方向で弁閉鎖体(27)に配置されている、請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 面研削加工部(29)の間に案内面(30)が形成されている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 案内面(30)が、ノズルボディ(26)に形成された対向面(31)と協働して弁閉鎖体(27)の案内部を形成してる、請求項4記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 面研削加工部(29)の絞り作用が、シール座における絞り作用を、当該燃料噴射弁(10)の開放された状態で上回るようになっている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール座における開放横断面が、当該燃料噴射弁(10)の閉鎖時に面研削加工部(29)の領域における絞りギャップ(32)の横断面に徐々に近づくようになっている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 面研削加工部(29)が、案内領域(33)の流入側に形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 案内領域(33)が、弁閉鎖体(27)と一体に形成されている、請求項8記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 案内領域(33)が、対向面(31)と共にコンスタントな幅の絞りギャップ(34)を形成している、請求項9記載の燃料噴射弁。
