Description
前処理槽11で採用される調整濃縮汚泥の可溶化方法としては、例えば加熱、超音波、高電圧パルス印加、高圧気体導入、オゾン供給、粉砕、酸添加、アルカリ添加、または酵素添加等の種々の手段を挙げることができる。しかしながら、消化により発生するメタンを有効利用する観点からすると加熱することが好ましく、調整濃縮汚泥は120〜220℃(好ましくは、150〜180℃)、0.1〜6時間(好ましくは、0.2〜2時間)の条件で加熱・加水分解される。このような条件下で調整濃縮汚泥から生成された反応処理液は消化槽12に供給される。
Claims (4)
- し渣含有汚泥中の固形物質をより小さな粒子に破砕する第1破砕機と、この第1破砕機で破砕されたし渣含有汚泥を受入れて濃縮するための遠心脱水機またはスクリュープレスまたは回転式加圧脱水機の内のいずれかである脱水機と、この脱水機で脱水された濃縮汚泥を受入れて破砕する第2破砕機と、この第2破砕機で破砕された濃縮汚泥を受入れて消化し易くする前処理槽と、この前処理槽で前処理された前処理液を発酵させてメタンを発生させる消化槽とを備えてなることを特徴とする汚泥処理設備。
- 前記第1破砕機の上段側に、し渣含有汚泥を受入れる受入れ槽を設け、前記第1破砕機から前記受入れ槽に連通する汚泥戻しラインを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の汚泥処理設備。
- 前記第2破砕機と前記前処理槽との間に、前記第2破砕機で破砕された濃縮汚泥中の固形物の濃度を均一にする調整槽を設け、この調整槽から前記第2破砕機に連通する汚泥戻しラインを設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の汚泥処理設備。
- 前記請求項1乃至3のうちの何れか一つの項に記載の汚泥処理設備を用いて、し渣含有汚泥を処理することを特徴とする汚泥処理方法。
