Description
Claims (19)
- エレベータ装置に用いられる荷重支持部材内の少なくとも一つの張力部材と電気的接触を行い、かつ荷重支持部材の動きを抑止する抑止機能を提供するための装置であって、該装置は、
少なくとも一つの張力部材上の被覆を貫通するのに適した少なくとも一つの導電性部材と、少なくとも一つの張力部材上の被覆を貫通するのに適した荷重伝達部材とを有するコネクタ部分と、
コネクタ部分の外部寸法より小さい内部寸法を有する開口部を有する抑止部分であって、それによってコネクタ部分に関連する荷重支持部材の部分が抑止部分の選択された側に留まるようになっている抑止部分と、
を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 抑止部分がスチールまたはセラミック材料の少なくとも一つから成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 抑止部分がプレートから成ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- コネクタ部分は、導電性部材を支持する第一のクランプ部材と、荷重伝達部材を支持する第二のクランプ部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 第一のクランプ部材と第二のクランプ部材とを連結し、これらのクランプ部材の間に受け入れられた荷重支持部材の部分に対して選択された圧力を加える弾性のロック部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 弾性のロック部材は、ねじの切られた部材とスプリングワッシャとから成ることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- クランプ部材が導電性材料から成り、かつ導電性部材および荷重伝達部材を対応するクランプ部材から絶縁する絶縁体を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- クランプ部材がスチールから成ることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- クランプ部材が非導電性の耐熱性材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- クランプ部材がセラミック材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 導電性部材または荷重伝達部材の少なくとも一方が、対応する張力部材への貫通方向に対して略直角に配された部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- エレベータ装置に用いられる荷重支持部材内の少なくとも一つの張力部材との導電性接触を確立し、かつ荷重支持部材の動きを抑止するための方法であって、該方法は、
抑止部分をエレベータ装置の選択された構造に対して固定された位置に固着し、
少なくとも一つの導電性部材を張力部材上の被覆を通して少なくとも部分的に圧入することによって、導電性部材と張力部材との間の導電性接触を行い、
荷重伝達部材を張力部材上の被覆を通して少なくとも部分的に圧入することによって、張力部材と荷重伝達部材との間の確実な機械的接触を行い、
導電性部材および荷重伝達部材を、抑止部分を貫通する開口部の内部寸法よりも大きな外部寸法を有するコネクタ部分内に支持し、
コネクタ部分に関連する荷重支持部材の部分が抑止部分の選択された側に留まるように、コネクタ部分を抑止部分の選択された側に位置させる、
各ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - コネクタ部分が、導電性部材を支持する第一のクランプ部材と、荷重伝達部材を支持する第二のクランプ部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
- クランプ部材を荷重支持部材に対して弾性的に付勢することを含むことを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- クランプ部材が導電性材料から成り、かつ導電性部材および荷重伝達部材を対応するクランプ部材から絶縁する絶縁体を含むことを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- クランプ部材がスチールから成ることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- クランプ部材が非導電性の耐熱性材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- クランプ部材がセラミック材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 抑止部分がスチールまたはセラミック材料の少なくとも一つから成ることを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
