Abstract

一种线缆连接器组件(1000),其包括绝缘本体(11)、收容于绝缘本体内的若干端子(131,132)及线缆(14),所述端子包括固持部(1312,1322)、对接部(1311,1321)及尾部(1313,1323),端子的尾部向后延伸出绝缘本体,所述线缆(14)包括若干芯线(141)及包覆在这些芯线外面的绝缘外皮(143),端子的尾部(1313,1323)具有锥状的末端(1316,1326),且在该尾部上进一步设有倒刺(1317,1327),线缆前端的芯线与相应的端子的尾部沿前后方向对应,端子的尾部刺入芯线内形成电性连接。

线缆连接器组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关一种线缆连接器组件,尤其是指一种对线缆与连接器之间的连接方式进行改良的线缆连接器组件。
【背景技术】
线缆连接器组件大多包括绝缘本体、组装在绝缘本体上的若干导电端子、与这些导电端子电性连接的线缆。线缆包括若干芯线以及包覆于芯线外周的绝缘外皮,芯线分别与每一导电端子通过焊接方式连接在一起,从而使信号可在线缆与导电端子之间传递。
然而,采用焊接方式使导电端子与线缆中的芯线实现电性连接,存在如下问题:首先,需要将线缆末端的绝缘外皮剥除,使内部的芯线暴露出来,然后还需要将每一芯线外面的绝缘层剥除,并使其内的导体露出来,以方便其与导电端子之间的焊接;且暴露出绝缘外皮的芯线易成凌乱状态,需要先将其整理,然后才能焊接。显然,采用焊接方式实现线缆与端子之间的连接方式步骤较为繁琐复杂,易导致生产成本增加。其次,焊接方式需要用到焊锡等材料,易对环境造成污染,不符合当今绿色科技及环保产品的发展趋势。
因此,有必要探讨一种新的方式实现线缆与连接器之间的电性连接。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种线缆连接器组件,该线缆连接器组件的端子可与线缆芯线之间方便且可靠地连接。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干端子及线缆,所述端子包括固持部、对接部及尾部,端子的尾部向后延伸出绝缘本体,所述线缆包括若干芯线及包覆在这些芯线外面的绝缘外皮,端子的尾部具有锥状的末端,且在该尾部上进一步设有倒刺,线缆前端的芯线与相应的端子的尾部沿前后方向对应,端子的尾部刺入芯线内形成电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:端子尾部直接刺入线缆芯线内并形成电性连接,不需要对线缆及其内部芯线的绝缘外皮剥除步骤,以及焊接工序,而使该线缆连接器组件制造较为简单,且对环境无污染,此外,端子尾部上设有倒刺,从而使端子尾部与线缆芯线之间达成更加可靠的连接。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图5,本实用新型线缆连接器组件1000包括绝缘本体11、箍件12、端子13、线缆14、绝缘外壳15以及金属壳体16。
绝缘本体11包括基部111以及自基部111向前延伸的舌板部112,且该基部111的上表面较舌板部112的上表面高。基部111上面设有若干固持槽1111。若干端子槽1121设置在舌板112上面,且这些端子槽1121沿横向成一排布置。所述端子槽1121分别与相应的固持槽1111沿前后方向相导通。
本实施例中,线缆连接器组件1000具有四个端子13,其包括位于两侧的一对第一端子131以及位于该对第一端子131之间的一对第二端子132。第一端子131包括固持部1312、自该固持部1312向前延伸的对接部1311、自固持部1312后部内缘向上且向内延伸的大致成L形的连接部1314以及自该连接部1314向后延伸的尾部1313。该尾部1313具有锥状的末端1316,且该尾部两侧分别设有一对倒刺1317,倒刺1317邻近末端1316。第二端子132包括固持部1322、自该固持部1322向前延伸的对接部1321、自固持部1322向后延伸的尾部1323。该尾部1323具有锥状的末端1326,且该尾部两侧分别设有一对倒刺1327,倒刺1327邻近末端1326。此外,第一端子131的固持部1312上面设有向上突出的凸片1315,第二端子132的固持部1322上面设有向上突出的凸片1325。第一端子131的尾部1313彼此靠近且成一排布置,第二端子132的尾部1323彼此靠近且成一排布置,第一端子131的尾部1313与第二端子132的尾部1323沿上下方向排成两排且彼此分开。第一端子131尾部1313之间的距离与第二端子132尾部1323之间的间距相同。在其他实施例中,端子的数量也可以多于四个。本实用新型端子采用将位于两侧的端子尾部向中间弯折,并使其与中间部分的端子尾部相靠近且布置成上、下排的方式,从而使端子尾部排列紧凑,并可有效减小整个线缆连接器组件的体积。
端子13沿前后方向组装到绝缘本体11上面,对接部1311、1321置于绝缘本体11的端子槽1121内,固持部1312、1322干涉收容于绝缘本体11的固持槽1121内,端子尾部1313、1323位于绝缘本体11后缘的后方。
线缆14为一圆形截面结构的线缆,其包括内置于其内的四条彼此绝缘的芯线141、包覆于芯线141外面的金属编织层142以及包覆于金属编织层142外面的绝缘外皮143,且每根芯线141包括中心导体140以及包覆该中心导体的内绝缘皮(未标号)。
金属壳体16包括矩形的框体部161以及自框体部161后壁1611中部向后突出的延伸部162。该延伸部162大致成筒状,且与后壁1611上的通孔相连通。
绝缘本体11被组装到金属壳体16的框体部161内,端子13的尾部1313、1323伸入金属壳体16的延伸部162内。线缆14前端的芯线141与端子的尾部1313、1323沿前后方向对齐,并使这些端子的尾部1313、1323沿前后方向直接刺入线缆14前端的芯线141内并与芯线141内的导体140形成电性连接。同时,金属壳体16的延伸部162也插入线缆14的绝缘外皮143内并与金属编织层142相接触。箍件12绑缚/铆合于线缆14前端的绝缘外皮143外,并将延伸部162紧固于金属编织层142上面。该箍件12可由金属材料或者其他材料制成。
绝缘外壳15成型包覆于金属壳体16的后部、线缆14的前部以及箍件12上面,从而使绝缘本体11与线缆14可靠地连接在一起。
由于端子13的尾部1313、1323上面设有倒刺1317、1327,从而使端子1313、1323与芯线141更加可靠地结合在一起。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干端子及线缆,所述端子包括固持部、对接部及尾部,端子的尾部向后延伸出绝缘本体,所述线缆包括若干芯线及包覆在这些芯线外面的绝缘外皮,其特征在于:端子的尾部具有锥状的末端,且在该尾部上进一步设有倒刺,线缆前端的芯线与相应的端子的尾部沿前后方向对应,端子的尾部刺入芯线内形成电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述端子的尾部上有两个倒刺,且两个倒刺分别位于尾部的两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述两个倒刺邻近锥状的末端。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,所述线缆连接器组件还包括箍件,所述箍件铆合于线缆前端的绝缘外皮上面。
5.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述端子包括第一端子以及第二端子,第一端子的对接部与第二端子的对接部沿横向成一排布置,第一端子的尾部与第二端子的尾部沿上下方向分开布置。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一端子位于第二端子的外侧。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一端子包括连接固持部与尾部的连接部。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述连接部自固持部内缘向上并向内延伸。
9.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件还包括包覆于芯线外面、且被绝缘外皮包覆的金属编织层。
10.如权利要求9所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件进一步包括金属壳体,金属壳体包括框体部以及自框体部向后突出的延伸部,该延伸部插入线缆前端并置于金属编织层的上面。
