Description
好ましくは、ストッパ部材は、案内部の相補的なねじ部と係合するねじ部を有するものとする。この配置は、ストッパ部材をその閉弁位置内に且つ該閉弁位置外に平行移動させる簡単な機構を使用することを容易にする。例えば、ストッパ部材は、弁スピンドル上に保持し又は弁スピンドルと一体化し、また、弁スピンドルは、手回し車にて終わるものとすることができる。
図面に示した弁は、本体2を有している。本体2の下端は、図示するように、ねじ付きのテーパー付き端部4を有しており、該テーパー付き端部は、端部4がシリンダ6のタップ立てした凹所内にねじ込まれたとき、シリンダ6の内部と連通する。
本発明に従った弁の1つの有利な効果は、受け口42内に挿入される工具とシャトル16又は弁座14との間にて何ら接触が為されない点である。このように、かかる工具は、シリンダから供給された気体の汚染源として作用する可能性はない。
Claims (15)
- シリンダ弁において、
ばね負荷式のシャトルの形態をした単一の弁部材であって、ばねは閉弁方向に向けてシャトルに圧力を加える前記弁部材と、
その閉弁位置において弁部材が当接する弁座と、
シャトルがその内部にて移動することのできる通路を画成する案内部と、
通路内を移動することのできるストッパ部材であって、弁部材をその閉弁位置に保持する位置内に及び位置外に移動するストッパ部材と、
前記案内部と係合する本体と、を備え、
前記案内部は、シャトルを弁座に対して当接させることのできない位置に移動できるように構成された、シリンダ弁。 - 請求項1に記載のシリンダ弁において、本体が、外部の配管に接続するための指標を有する、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のシリンダ弁において、シャトルが、ヘッドであって、該ヘッドよりも大きい直径の本体から弁座の方向に向けて伸びる前記ヘッドを有し、該ヘッドが、弁の外部と、シャトル及びストッパ部材の中間の通路の領域との間にて気体連通させるオリフィスを有する、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項3に記載のシリンダ弁において、ばねが、その一端がシャトルの凹所内に着座し、その他端がストッパ部材に対して当接する圧縮ばねである、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項4に記載のシリンダ弁において、シャトルのヘッドのオリフィスが、凹所を介して通路の前記中間領域と連通する、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1ないし5の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ弁において、弁座が本体と一体的である、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1ないし6の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ弁において、ストッパ部材が、案内部の相補的なねじ部と係合するねじ部を有する、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1ないし7の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ弁において、ストッパ部材が、弁スピンドル上に保持され又は弁スピンドルと一体的である、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項8に記載のシリンダ弁において、弁スピンドルが端部に手回し車を有する、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1ないし9の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ弁において、案内部が、本体の相補的なねじ部と係合するねじ付き外面を有する、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1ないし10の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ弁において、案内部が、受け口を有し、該受け口内には、案内部を本体に対して移動させる作用可能な工具を挿入することができる、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1ないし11の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ弁において、ばねが、その一端がシャトルの凹所内に着座し、その他端がストッパ部材に対して当接する圧縮ばねである、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1ないし12の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ弁において、案内部が、シャトルを弁座に対して当接させることのできない前記位置に案内部があるとき、シャトルと弁座とが係合するのを防止するストッパとして作用する内面を有する、シリンダ弁。
- 請求項1ないし13の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ弁が装着された気体シリンダ。
- 医療用気体を保持する請求項14に記載の気体シリンダ。
