Description
Claims (7)
- 風力発電機用回転翼において、
一端に第1フランジが設けられ、支持フレームに設置された少なくとも一つのベアリングによって回転自在に支持された回転軸と、
前記回転軸に設置された1枚のディスクと、
前記ディスクを貫通する形状であり、前記ディスクの上面および下面側に吹いてくる風を案内する複数個の空気案内部と、
前記ディスクの上面および下面における前記空気案内部の領域に設けられ、前記ディスクの上面および下面側に吹いてくる風を集めて前記回転軸を回転させる複数個の第1集風部と、
前記回転軸と前記ディスクに固着され、吹いてくる風を集めて前記回転軸を回転させる複数個の第2集風部と、
一端には前記第1フランジとつなぎ合わせられる第2フランジが設けられ、他端には一つ以上の垂直突起が設けられた第1ユニバーサルカップリグと、
一端には前記第1ユニバーサルカップリングの前記垂直突起に嵌合される一つ以上の垂直溝が設けられ、他端には第3フランジおよび第2ユニバーサルカップリングが設けられるプロペラ軸と、
を備えることを特徴とする、風力発電機用回転翼。 - 前記空気案内部は、前記ディスク表面の外周面領域において外周方向に沿って所定の間隔を置いて配置された上下に貫通した形状の開口部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力発電機用回転翼。
- 前記第1集風部は、前記空気案内部領域を基準として前記ディスクの上面および下面にそれぞれ向かい合うように設置され、風を集める空気ポケットであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力発電機用回転翼。
- 前記第2集風部は、前記ディスクの上面および下面に設置された回転軸から一方の面が固着され、他方の面が前記空気ポケットの一側と近接した前記ディスクの上面および下面に向かい合うように放射状に固着され、内側に向かって所定の深さで湾入した形状を持つ複数個の羽根であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力発電機用回転翼。
- 前記羽根は、両端が前記回転軸と前記ディスクの上面および下面に固定された傾斜フレームに取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の風力発電機用回転翼。
- 前記開口部の一端は、前記空気ポケットの開口した一端から外側に向かって所定の長さで露出されるように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の風力発電機用回転翼。
- 前記空気ポケットは、一端から他端に行くほど幅および高さが段々減少し、半円形の断面形状を持つことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の風力発電機用回転翼。
