Abstract
本发明属于垂直轴风力发电机风叶装置领域,包含外转子发电机和风叶片。其特征在于,在垂直轴风力发电机的风叶外,装一个导流罩,在风向导航标的作用下,风力对迎面风的一半风叶做功,另一半风叶由导流罩罩住,风的能量对导流罩内的叶片无反向做功,导流罩在风向导航标的指引下,始终对着迎面风,导流罩围着风叶做360°的自由运动。

本发明涉及垂直轴风力发电装置领域,尤其关于风叶装置范畴。
背景技术:
垂直轴风力发电机的风叶,由于垂直轴的风叶在转动作圆周运动时,必须要克服风力对它的叶面反向做功,虽然在叶片的设计上可以解决一些问题,但要在微风状态下,既要解决风力对风叶的反做功,又要解决叶片圆周运动直径过大问题,同时要克服电机起动力矩阻力,所以启动至运转很困难。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种导流罩式垂直轴发电机风叶装置,既解决垂直轴电机在微风中启动,而且叶片圆周运动直径较小,并且能克服发电机起动力矩阻力,在微风中顺利起动,满负荷发电。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
导流罩式垂直轴发电机风叶装置,包含外转子风力发电机,和风叶片。其特征在于,在垂直轴风力发电机的风叶外,安装一个导流罩,罩住风叶片圆周运动的一半,在风向导航标的作用下,风力对一半迎风面的风叶做功。另一半风叶,由于有导流罩罩住,风的能量沿着导流罩的流体型表面吹向后方,对导流罩内的叶片无做功,导流罩在风力的作用下,在风向导航标的指引下,始终对着迎面风,导流罩在风向导航标的指引下,围着风叶做360°的自由运动。
本发明的有益效果是:既解决了风力对一半风叶的反做功,又解决了叶片圆周运动直径过大的问题,并克服发电机起动力矩阻力,能在微风的状态下,起动并满员负荷发电。
利用导流罩表面上安装太阳能光伏发电装置,在风力发电的同时,导流罩上的太阳能光伏发电装置也同时发电。

具体实施方式:
本发明如图1所示,将外转子发电机定子10,安装在外转子发电机的定子轴4上,并将外转子发电机定子定位在外转子发电机外转子中心。风叶1,8,通过风叶固定件3,固定在外转子发电机的外转子2上,在定子轴上装上导流罩下轴承5,导流罩上轴承6。将风向导航标7,安装在导流罩9上,并整体固定在上轴承,下轴承上,同时对风叶做360°圆周自由运动,固定端11固定在支架上。同时在导流罩表面上安装太阳能光伏发电装置。
上述应用案例:导流罩直径1.5m,风叶5片,微风4.4m/s,离地10m,发电机起动力矩1N*M,转速360转/分,发电量1KW/h,导流罩上的太阳能光伏发电装置3.5m2,发电量达到600W/h。

1.导流罩式垂直轴发电机风叶装置中,包含风向导航标的导流罩,并能对风叶作360°自由运动。
2.按1所述,在导流罩表面上,装有太阳能光伏发电装置。
