Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种发电设备,具体是适用于风力发电的对转风力发电机。其主轴(1)装置在内转子(2)内中部,内转子(2)由两个第一轴承(3)装置在外转子(4)内中部,内转子扇翅(6)装置在主轴(1)上端;外转子(4)由两个第二轴承(5)装置在外壳(8)内部,外转子扇翅(7)装置在外转子(4)上端。由于本实用新型设计了内转子与外转子反向相互转动,采用新颖扇翅,能自动追踪风向,使内外转子不停的转动,大大增加了发电量,提高了发电效率,且具有稳定性好,可靠性高的特点。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种发电设备,具体是适用于风力发电的对转风力发电机。
背景技术:原风力发电机的定子是固定的,只有转子转动,从而使发电量大大减少且发电效率低。
实用新型内容:本实用新型克服了原定向风力发电机的弊端,提供了一种增加发电量,提高发电效率的对转风力发电机。其主轴1装置在内转子2内中部,内转子2由两个第一轴承3装置在外转子4内中部,内转子扇翅6装置在主轴1上端;外转子4由两个第二轴承5装置在外壳8内部,外转子扇翅7装置在外转子4上端。由于本实用新型设计了内转子与外转子反向相互转动,采用新颖扇翅,能自动追踪风向,使内外转子不停的转动,其转动的速度约是定向风力发电机(定子和转子结构)相对速度及二者之间的切割磁力线的二倍,发电量和发电效率是定向风力发电机(定子和转子结构)的三倍多,且具有稳定性好,可靠性高的特点。

具体实施方式;如图1图2所示,主轴1装置在内转子2内中部,内转子2由两个第一轴承3装置在外转子4内中部,其主轴1和内转子2应在一条轴线上及保持同心度;内转子扇翅6装置在主轴1上端,并应和主轴1保持垂直度。外转子4由两个第二轴承5装置在外壳8内部,并应和内转子2在一条轴线上及保持同心度;外转子扇翅7装置在外转子4上端,并应和外转子4保持垂直度。内转子2和外转子4都是由矽钢片迭压并缠绕铜芯漆包线而成。
如图1图2所示,内转子扇翅6与外转子扇翅7截面的形状呈半圆环,轮廓分为凹面和凸面,且内转子扇翅6和外转子扇翅7扇翅轮廓的凹面与凸面相反。因此,来自同一方向的风力推动扇翅的凹面的力大于推动扇翅凸面的力,使内转子扇翅与外转子扇翅转向相反。同时当扇翅水平放置的时候,来自任何方向的风都会推动扇翅转动。

1.一种对转风力发电机,其特征在于主轴(1)装置在内转子(2)内中部,内转子(2)由两个第一轴承(3)装置在外转子(4)内中部,内转子扇翅(6)装置在主轴(1)上端;外转子(4)由两个第二轴承(5)装置在外壳(8)内部,外转子扇翅(7)装置在外转子(4)上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对转风力发电机,其特征是内转子扇翅(6)与外转子扇翅(7)截面的形状呈圆弧形,轮廓分为凹面和凸面,且内转子扇翅(6)和外转子扇翅(7)扇翅轮廓的凹面与凸面相反。
