Claims (3)
- ロータリスイッチであって、
・ 回転可能な操作要素(13)と、
・ 操作要素(13)の中空円筒状の延長部(5)と、
・ 導体板(3)上で、中空円筒状の延長部(5)の内方に配設されている赤外線発光装置(4)と、
・ 導体板(3)上の、中空円筒状の延長部(5)の縦軸(5)に対して直角な平面上に相並んで配設される二つの赤外線受光器(10,11)と、
・ 操作要素(13)の照明のためのLED(2)とを備えるロータリスイッチにおいて、
延長部(5)が、赤外線発光装置(4)と赤外線受光器(11)との間の領域にまで達し、延長部(5)が、赤外線発光装置(4)の高さで周囲に規則的に分配された開口(6)および閉じた領域(7)を有し、延長部(5)と赤外線受光器(10,11)との間に、位置固定のアパーチャマスク(8)が配設されており、
延長部(5)における複数の開口(6)が、赤外線受光器(10,11)の一方が光の入射を受けるか、両方の赤外線受光器(10,11)が一緒に遮蔽されるか、または両方の赤外線受光器(10,11)が光の入射を受けるような間隔を有していること、
両方の赤外線受光器(10,11)が光の入射を受けるのに、単独の開口(6)のみで十分であることを特徴とするロータリスイッチ。 - アパーチャマスク(8)が、赤外線受光器(10,11)の方向に光を集束させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリスイッチ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のロータリスイッチを自動車の操作装置内で使用する方法。
